Claims (20)
- Linearverbinder aus Kunststoff fiir hohle Abstandhalterprofile von Mehrscheibenisoliergläsern, dessen länglicher Körper (1) einen vollständig oder im wesentlichen vollständig U-förmigen Querschnitt für den Durchgang eines Molekularsiebs aufweist und in den Hohlraum des einen Abstandhalterprofils sowie den Hohlraum des anderen Abstandhalterprofils der beiden miteinander zu verbindenden Profilkörper einsteckbar ist und der eine mit Anschlagelementen (2) versehene Oberfläche aufweist, welche beim Einstecken gegen die einander zugewandten Profilkörperstirnseiten stoßen, sowie mit lamellenförmigen Ausgleichsfedern (3) zur Erzeugung eines festen Sitzes zwischen dem Körper und der Innenwand des Abstandhalterprofils versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lamellenförmigen Ausgleichsfedern (3), die von den Seitenflächen (11) der beiden Schenkel (6) des U-Profilkörpers (1) nach außen ragen, durch dünne Stege (4) miteinander verbunden sind und daß die beiden parallelen Schenkel (6) des U-Profilkörpers (1) auf ihrer Innenseite (10) mit Verankerungsrippen (9) versehen sind, die gegen den Boden (12) des U-Profilkörpers abgestützt sind.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) sich parallel zur Längsachse A des U- Profilkörpers (1) erstrecken.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) in einer Reihe fluchtend hintereinander liegen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) gleiche Abmessungen aufweisen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Stege (4) bis zu den Spitzen (5) der lamellenartigen Ausgleichsfedern (3) erstrecken.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) eine hautartige Konfiguration aufweisen und die elastische Rückstellkraft der Ausgleichsfedern beim Einschieben des Linearverbinders in den Hohlraum der Abstandhalterprofile verstärken.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur einige der Ausgleichsfedern (3) auf den Oberflächen (11) der Schenkel (6) des U-Profilkörpers (1) durch Stege miteinander verbunden sind.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufeinanderfolgenden Ausgleichsfedern (3) durch mehrere parallele Stege (4) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) so bemessen und geformt sind, daß sie den beim Einschieben des Linearverbinders in den Hohlraum der Abstandhalterprofile auf die Ausgleichsfedern (3) einwirkenden Biegeund Druckkräften entgegenwirken und ein Umkippen dieser Federn verhindern.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4), bezogen auf die Breite der Ausgleichsfedern (3), versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) gegen den Boden (12) des U-Profilkörpers (1) versetzt liegen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) den lichten Raum zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Ausgleichsfedern (3) nahezu vollständig ausfüllen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schenkel (6) mit wenigstens zwei Verstärkungsrippen (9) versehen ist, die symmetrisch zur Mittelachse C des U-Profilkörpers (1) angordent sind.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen mit dem Boden (12) auf der Innenseite (10) des Schenkels (6) ein gleichseitiges Dreieck bilden.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen bis etwa zur halben Höhe des Schenkels (6) reichen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (9) die Form rechtwinkliger Dreiecke aufweisen, deren Hypothenuse konkav gebogen ist und die mit den Schenkeln (6) einen rechten Winkel bilden.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (9) gleich groß und über die Länge des U-Profilkörpers (1) gleichmäßig verteilt sind.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schenkel (6) des U-Profilkörpers (1) durch eine einzige Verstärkungsrippe gegen den Boden (12) des Körpers abgestützt ist, die sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Körpers erstreckt.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (9) mit abgeschrägten oder abgerundeten Vorder- und Rückseiten (13, 14) versehen sind, die für das durchlaufende Molekularsieb einen möglichst geringen Strömungswiderstand erzeugen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (9) in Durchflußrichtung des U-Profilkörpers (1) aerodynamisch geformt sind.
