Claims (11)
- Trainingsgerät mit einem Grundrahmen, mit Fußstützen und Handgriffen, über die ein Kraftwiderstandsmechanismus betätigbar ist, sowie mit einem Sitz, der an einer Parallelogrammführung gelagert ist, an deren einem Lagerarm ein mit den Handgriffen verbundenes Übertragungsteil gelenkig gelagert ist, um die Bewegungen von Sitz und Handgriffen zu koppeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet,a) daß das Übertragungsteil ein Übertragungsrahmen (26) ist,b) daß der Übertragungsrahmen (26) mit einem Kurbeltrieb (22) gekoppelt ist,c) daß der Kurbeltrieb (22) gegen eine Bremskraft betätigbar ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub des Kurbeltriebes (22) einstellbar ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurbeltrieb (22) als Exzenterrad ausgebildet ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übertragungsrahmen (26) an einem Ende mit dem Kurbeltrieb (22) und an einem Zwischenpunkt mit einem zwischen den Lagerpunkten (4b,8b) des Lagerarms (6b) befindlichen, gegebenenfalls verstellbaren Anlenkpunkt (28) verbunden ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handgriffe (32) an einem mit dem Übertragungsrahmen (26) verbundenen Griffhalter (30) sitzen.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übertragungsrahmen (26) durch zwei spiegelbildlich angeordnete, längs verlaufende, jedoch im Breich des Sitzes seitlich nach außen abgebogene und nach oben in die Griffhalter (30) und Handgriffe (32) auslaufende Hebel gebildet wird.
- Traningsgerät nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurbeltrieb (22) auf eine Riemenscheibe (24) arbeitet.
- Traningsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riemenscheibe (24) ein Schwungrad (38) antreibt.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Schwungscheibe (38) eine gegebenenfalls einstellbare Bremse (40) gekoppelt ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (10) mit einer lendenstützenden Lehne (12) versehen ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußstützen (18) einstellbar sind und Halteschlaufen haben.
