Description
The invention relates to a training device with in the preamble of claim 1 specified features.
It is a variety of strength or endurance training equipment known to work out as an exercise bike or in gyms various muscle groups or for cardiovascular training Find use. Document DE-C-498341 discloses an exercise machine which comprises a Brake disc includes as well as the further features of the preamble of claim 1. Thus, in US Pat. No. 5,342,269 Armtrainingsgerät where a two-armed lever on a support a base frame is stored. Located on the upper lever arm handles, while the lower lever arm via a connecting rod on a parallelogram strut of a parallelogram guide of the seat is articulated. You pull the handles towards you, the seat is pulled forward, under Overcoming the weight of the exerciser raised becomes. In another known from US Pat. No. 5,507,709 The seat is also a training device via a parallelogram guide mounted on a support acting as a base frame, and a bearing arm of this parallelogram is over a lever mechanism with a bearing point in the base frame pivotable supports connected; on a related one The longitudinal strut also grips two swivel-mounted handles so that you have a combined movement of the seat, handles and footrests, the load from the Body weight of the exerciser is formed. Finally is an arm and leg training device is known from US Pat. No. 5,733,227, which has a crank mechanism on a brake wheel adjustable braking force works. The exerciser gets up two foot plates, which he moves up and down for leg training, while moving the handles back and forth at the same time.
Training with such devices is usually quite tedious and boring and therefore not for everyone, so a begun Training program is often canceled.
The invention has for its object a generic Training device so that with a harmonious and a pleasant movement sequence at the same time a workout for arm, leg and abdominal muscles.
The invention is characterized by the features specified in claim 1 solved. Further developments of the invention are in the subclaims characterized.
Through the parallelogram of the seat and the articulation of the power transmission frame on the one hand on the seat parallelogram and on the other hand on a crank mechanism there is a Sequence of movements in which the arm, leg, stomach and Back muscles can be trained evenly without this is perceived by the exerciser as an annoying program, which cause him to stop training early would. The training effect is therefore better than the usual Endurance or cardio equipment, since the exerciser because of the harmonic movement of the effort of the Training program is not actually conscious, but has a lot of fun with the training movement.
In an expedient embodiment of the invention, the crank mechanism can be designed with an adjustable stroke and thus allows an adaptation of the extent of the training movements to the Person and the training progress of the user. The stroke setting can e.g. by repositioning or moving articulation points of the transmission frame, which is that of the exerciser applied forces on the dead center of the movement overcoming flywheel transmits on the crank arms can be achieved. These sit e.g. on a wave with which a pulley is connected, the belt of which Flywheel drives. Expediently engages the flywheel a preferably also adjustable brake in the form, for example an eddy current brake, a friction brake, one Hydraulic brake, etc., which is an adjustment of the training strength allowed. You can also adjust to your body measurements the footpegs of the exerciser can be adjusted. Become provide them with loops, so the training effect in addition to pushing off with your feet and a tightening movement be expanded. A preferred embodiment of the transmission frame exists in the form of two lengthways Levers hinged at the end to the crank arms of the crank mechanism are and with a central bearing on the seat parallelogram are stored. These levers can expediently on both sides the seat must be angled outwards and upwards run out to form the ends of the handles.
To avoid incorrect strain on the spine the seat is preferably provided with a backrest against which the exerciser leans on and which one is orthopedically correct Support of the spine guaranteed during training.
By linking the transmission frame to one - preferably adjustable - intermediate position of one of the parallelogram arms, over which the seat is articulated with the base frame is connected, a relative movement between the seat and Hand movements possible, which is a movement of the training mechanism also allowed alone with arm forces, so that with the invention Training device alone the arm muscles, completed the leg muscles alone or combined training which also includes the abdominal muscles.

Füße ausgerüstet werden können.1 shows a
Fig. 1 unmittelbar einleuchtet. At the other end of the

beiderseitigen Enden Kurbelarme 23 sitzen. An diesen Kurbelarmen
