Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung für das körperliche Training, im wesentlichen umfassend
  • - einen Rahmen (1), daran
  • - eine Sitzvorrichtung (10) mit
  • - einer Sitzfläche (11)
  • - und einer verstellbaren Rückenlehne (12, 13),
  • - eine mit den Füßen zu betätigende Tretvorrichtung (20) mit
  • - zwei Pedalen (21)
  • - und zwei Schub-Kurbel-Getrieben (22, 23, 24, 29) zur Umwandlung der Tretbewegung in eine Drehbewegung,
  • - und eine Bremse (27) zur Erzeugung einer einstellbaren Trainingskraft,gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:
  • - die Sitzvorrichtung (10) ist in der Höhe verstellbar,
  • - die Rückenlehne (12, 13) ist im Normalzustand in einem Winkel von ca. 50- 60° gegenüber der Senkrechten nach hinten geneigt,
  • - die Sitzfläche (11) ist etwa waagerecht,
  • - die Pedale (21) sind an je einem Winkelgestänge (22, 23) montiert,
  • - die den Pedalen (21) zugeordneten Winkelarme (22) sind mittels je eines Drehlagers (24) an einer Doppelkurbel (29) angelenkt,
  • - die anderen Winkelarme (23) sind in am Rahmen (1) befestigten Geradführungen (30) längsbeweglich geführt,
  • - die Drehbewegung der Doppelkurbel (29) wird von der Bremse (27) gebremst,
  • - die Hinterkante der Pedale (21) liegt etwa in der Verlängerung der Rückenlehne (12).
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:
  • - mit der Doppelkurbel (29) ist ein Rad (25) gekoppelt,
  • - ein endloses Zugmittel (26), z. B. ein Riemen oder eine Kette, überträgt die Drehbewegung zur Bremse (27).
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:
  • - die Geradführung (30)
  • - umfasst
  • - zwei Führungsrollen (31)
  • - und zwei Stützrollen (32)
  • - und ist schwenkbar am Rahmen (1) befestigt.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:
  • - der Rahmen (1) besteht aus Vierkantrohren.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:
  • - Sitzfläche (11) und Rückenlehne (12, 13) sind auswechselbar gepolstert.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:
  • - die Winkelarme (22, 23) schließen einen stumpfen Winkel von ca. 100-120° ein.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:
  • - die Bremse (27) ist eine Wirbelstrombremse mit Elektromagnet (28).
