Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Handhabung einer Spule, insbesondere Flanachspule (1) an einer Spulmaschine (5), umfassend
einen Doffwagen (10) mit Hebeeinrichtungen (20) zum Anheben und Absenken der Spule (1) zwischen einer Spulhöhe, in welcher die Spule (1) auf einer Spulspindel (6) der Spulmaschine verschiebbar und von ihr abziehbar ist und einer Transporthöhe, in welcher die Spule auf einem Boden (9) oder auf ein vor der Spulmaschine laufendes Transportband aufliegend rollbar ist;
eine Führungseinrichtung (30) zum reibungsarmen Führen des Doffwagens (10) mit oder ohne angehobener Spule (1) in einer Transportrichtung parallel zur Spulspindel (6) zwischen einer Wickelposition zum Bewickeln der Spule und einer Transportposition zum Zu- und Abtransportieren der Spule (1), wobei die Führungseinrichtung (30) mindestens in der Transportrichtung fest mit der Spulmaschine (5) verbunden und derart ausgebildet ist, daß sich die Hebeeinrichtungen (20) in der Spulposition im Bereich der vollen Spule bzw. der Flansche (2) befinden, und so ausgebildet sind, daß sie bei in der Transportsposition befindlicher voller Spule oder Flanschspule (1) diese freigeben und in die Wickelposition verschiebbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hebeeinrichtung (20) zum Ergreifen beziehungsweise Abstützen einer Flanschspule an ihren Flanschen (2, 3) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Führungseinrichtungen (30) Geradeführungen (31-34) umfassen, wobei Führungsstangen aus der Spulmaschine (5) herausfahrbar befestigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hebeeinrichtungen für jeden Flansch (2) oder die bewickelte Spule ein Paar von schwenkbar am Doffwagen (10) befestigten Hebeln (21, 22) oder dergleichen reibungsarme Stützainrichtungen umfassen, die mit ersten Greifenden (23, 24) an den Flanschen (2, 3) in deren Umfangsrichtung beweglich angreifen und mit zweiten Betätigungsenden (25, 26) über vorzugsweise einen gemeinsamen Hubzylinder (27) zum Anheben und Absenken der Flanschspule (1) bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Greifenden (23, 24) als Rollen oder dergleichen reibungsarme Stützainrichtungen ausgebildet sind, die sich in Richtung der Spulspindel (6) erstrecken und daß die zweiten Betätigungsenden (25, 26) innerhalb der Spulmaschine (5) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Betätigungsenden (25, 26) über die Führungaeinrichtungen (30) drehfest zum Verschwenken der Greifenden (23, 24) mit diesen drehfest verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Doffwagen (10) zum Verschieben von Hand eine Griffstange (35) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Griffstange (35) aus der Spulmaschine (5) herauaragende Enden der als Geradeführungen (31-34) ausgebildeten Führungseinrichtungen (30) rahmenartig verbindet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Griffstange (35) im wesentlichen kreisringabschnittsförmig ausgebildet ist und einen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer ist als derjenige der Flansche (2, 3), so daß die Griffstange (35) über die Flanschspule (1) in Axialrichtung verschiebbar ist, wenn die Flanschspule (1) auf dem Boden (9) aufliegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hebeeinrichtungen (20) zum Ablegen einer vollen Spule oder Flanschspule auf einem Förderband, einem Wagen oder dergleichen Transportsystem ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hebel (21, 22) und/oder die Greifenden (23, 24) über Hebel, Zahnräder oder dergleichen Getriebeeinrichtung zur synchronen Bewegung miteinander verbunden sind.
