Claims (13)
- Fliesenschneidemaschine, mit einer rechteckigen Maschinenplatte (1), an der einerseits eine vertikal schwenkbare Schneideschiene (5) mit einem längsverschieblichen Schneidarm (7) und andererseits eine mit einer Skala (10) versehene Längs-Anschlagleiste (9) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Maschinenplatte (1) eine rechteckige Ausrichtplatte (15) an der Längs-Anschlagleiste (9) anliegend befestigt ist, die an ihrer nach oben weisenden Werkstück-Auflagefläche ein Liniengitter (20, 30) aufweist. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtplatte (15) ein Parallel-Liniengitter (20) aus jeweils zueinander parallelen Längs- (21) und Querlinien (22) und ein 45°-Diagonalgitter (30) mit zueinander senkrecht stehenden Diagonallinien (31, 32) aufweist. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längslinien (21) im Abstand von ca. 1 cm, die Querlinien (22) im Abstand von ca. 5 cm und die Diagonallinien (31, 32) im Abstand von ca. 2,5 cm voneinander angeordnet sind. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer der Schmalseiten der Ausrichtplatte (15) eine Zentimeter-Skala (28) mittensymmetrisch aufgebracht ist, wobei von der Mitte der Ausrichtplatte (15) ausgehend zu beiden Seiten, zugeordnet zu den Längslinien (21) des Liniengitters (20) aufsteigende Zahlen aufgebracht sind und wobei die mittige Längslinie, als "Null"-Längslinie (23), wesentlich verstärkter ausgeführt ist als die übrigen Längslinien, und daß die Ausrichtplatte (15) so auf der Maschinenplatte (1) aufgebracht ist, daß die Skalen-Seite an der Längs-Anschlagleiste (9) ansteht. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die Längslinien (21) ausgebildeten Längsfelder (25, 26) in Aufeinanderfolge abwechselnd eine unterschiedliche Farbgebung aufweisen, d.h. daß helle Felder (25) und dunkle Felder (26) abwechselnd aufeinanderfolgen. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgehend von der "Null"-Längslinie (23) jede zweite Längslinie (21) bzw. die jeweils geradzahlige und die ungeradzahligen Linien unterschiedlich ausgeführt bzw. eingebracht sind. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtplatte (15) die gleiche Breite aufweist wie die Maschinenplatte (1). - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtplatte (15) breiter als die Maschinenplatte (1) ausgelegt ist, vorzugsweise doppelt so breit. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtplatte (15) direkt auf der Oberseite der Maschinenplatte (1) in an sich bekannter Weise durch z.B. durch Doppelklebeband, selbstklebend, mit Tapetenkleister aufgebracht bzw. befestigt ist. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtplatte (15) aus Karton besteht und auf einer auf der Oberfläche der Maschinenplatte (1) befestigbaren Zwischenplatte (16) in bekannter Weise aufgebracht ist, z.B. über Doppelklebeband (18), selbstklebend oder Tapetenkleister. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenplatte (16) auf der Maschinenplatte (1) ebenfalls in bekannter Weise befestigbar ist, z.B. über Doppelklebeband (17), selbstklebend, durch Klemmeinrichtungen oder Magneteinrichtungen lösbar befestigt ist. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magneteinrichtung zum Befestigen der Zwischenplatte (16) auf der Maschinenplatte (1) aus in der Maschinenplatte (1) eingelassenen Magneten und an der Unterseite der Zwischenplatte (16) vorgesehenen metallisierten Zonen oder Blechstreifen oder- plättchen besteht, oder die Zwischenplatte (16) insgesamt eine ferromagnetische eine Blechplatte ist. - Fliesenschneidemaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtplatte (15) aus dünnem oder dickem Karton, aus Holz oder aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist, oder eine Folie ist und daß die Zwischenplatte (16) ein dicker Karton, eine Blechplatte, eine Holzplatte oder eine Kunststoffplatte ist, und eine Dicke von 4 mm aufweist.
