Claims (17)
- Lösbare Eckverbindung zwischen einem beispielsweise senkrecht verlaufenden ersten Beschlagteil (13) und einem beispielsweise waagerecht verlaufenden zweiten Beschlagteil (60) eines Beschlagsystems für Schwenkflügel oder Schwenkkippflügel von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen,mit einem am ersten Beschlagteil (13) vorgesehenen ersten Kuppelelement (10; 80) und mit einem am zweiten Beschlagteil (60) vorgesehenen zweiten Kuppelelement (66), wobei das erste Kuppelelement (10; 80) ein Hakenelement (28; 96) aufweist, das zum Verbinden der beiden Beschlagteile (13, 60) mit einer am zweiten Kuppelelement (64) ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (68) in Eingriff bringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Hakenelement am ersten Kuppelelement (10; 80) ein zumindest teilweise federnd ausgebildeter Rasthaken (28; 96) ist, der zum miteinander Verbinden der beiden Beschlagteile (13, 60) mit der Ausnehmung (68) am zweiten Kuppelelement (64) verrastbar ist. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der federnde Rasthaken (28; 96) des ersten Kuppelelementes (10; 80) in etwa parallel zur Längsrichtung des ersten Beschlagteils (13) zum Verrasten auslenkbar ist. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das erste Kuppelelement (10; 80) eine zumindest annähernd in Richtung des Rasthakens (28; 96) verlaufende Nase (16, 86) aufweist, die gemeinsam mit dem Rasthaken (28, 96) einen Einführtrichter (48; 110) für das zweite Kuppelelement (64) bildet. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zu beiden Seiten des Rasthakens (28; 96) am ersten Kuppelelement (10; 80) eine Erhebung (44; 106) ausgebildet ist, die den Einführtrichter (48; 110) zusätzlich begrenzt. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Nase (16; 86) des ersten Kuppelelementes (10; 80) unter einem vorzugsweise rechten Winkel geneigt zur Längsrichtung des ersten Beschlagteils (13) verläuft, mit der einen Stirnseite des ersten Beschlagteils (13) in etwa bündig abschließt und mit dieser einen Eckabschluß des ersten Beschlagteils (13) bildet. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das erste Kuppelelement (10; 80) als separates Bauteil ausgebildet ist, und daß zum Befestigen des ersten Kuppelelementes (10; 80) am ersten Beschlagteil (13) ein Befestigungselement, vorzugsweise ein Niet (36; 90), dient. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das erste Beschlagteil ein Treibstangenbeschlag (13) ist, an dessen Stulpschiene (12) das erste Kuppelelement (10) befestigt ist, wobei das als Niet ausgebildete Befestigungselement vorzugsweise durch eine Öffnung (34) an der Stulpschiene (12) ragt, von der dem ersten Kuppelelement (10) abgewandten Sichtseite der Stulpschiene (12) absteht und gegebenenfalls einen Auflaufzapfen (36) für das Fenster bzw. die Tür bildet. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das zweite Kuppelelement (64) eine über das freie Ende des zweiten Beschlagteils (60), vorzugsweise über das freie Ende einer Stulpschiene (62) des zweiten Beschlagteils (60), hinausragende, vorzugsweise gekröpfte Kupplungsnase (66) ist, in deren vorzugsweise parallel zur Flachseite des zweiten Beschlagteils (60) verlaufenden Flachseite die vorzugsweise als Bohrung (68) ausgebildete Ausnehmung vorgesehen ist. - Lösbare Eckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das zweite Beschlagteil eine Eckumlenkung (60) ist, und daß das zweite Kuppelelement (64) einstückig an dessen Stulpschiene (62) ausgebildet ist. - Winkelförmiges Kuppelelement für eine Eckverbindung eines Beschlagsystems für Schwenkflügel oder Schwenkkippflügel von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen, das mit seinem ersten Winkelabschnitt (14; 84) an einem beispielsweise senkrecht verlaufenden Beschlagteil (13) des Beschlagsystems befestigbar ist und zum Ankuppeln an ein an einem weiteren beispielsweise waagerecht verlaufenden Beschlagteil (60) vorgesehenes weiteres Kuppelelement (64) dient, wobei ein am winkelförmigen Kuppelelement (10; 80) vorgesehenes Hakenelement (28; 96) mit einer am weiteren Kuppelelement (64) ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (68) in Eingriff bringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das winkelförmige Kuppelelement (10; 80) als Hakenelement einen zumindest teilweise federnden Rasthaken (28; 96) aufweist, der gemeinsam mit dem als Nase ausgebildeten zweiten Winkelabschnitt (16; 86) des winkelförmigen Kuppelelementes (10; 80) einen Einführtrichter (48; 110) für das weitere Kuppelelement (64) bildet. - Winkelförmiges Kuppelelement nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zu beiden Seiten des Rasthakens (28; 96) jeweils eine Erhebung (44; 106) ausgebildet ist, die den Einführtrichter (48; 110) zusätzlich begrenzt. - Winkelförmiges Kuppelelement nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Nase (16; 86) des winkelförmigen Kuppelelementes (10; 80) unter einem vorzugsweise rechten Winkel geneigt zur Längsrichtung des ersten Winkelabschnittes (14; 84) und in am ersten Beschlagteil (13) montiertem Zustand in etwa bündig mit dessen Stirnseite abschließt und mit dieser einen Eckabschluß bildet. - Winkelförmiges Kuppelelement nach Anspruch 10, 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der federnde Rasthaken einstückig am ersten Winkelabschnitt des abgewinkelten Kuppelelementes ausgebildet ist. - Winkelförmiges Kuppelelement nach Anspruch 10, 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der federnde Rasthaken (28; 96) als separates Bauteil ausgebildet ist, das an dem ersten Winkelabschnitt (14; 84) befestigt ist. - Winkelförmiges Kuppelelement nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der separat ausgebildete Rasthaken (28; 96) abgewinkelt ist,
wobei der eine Schenkel (30; 98) bei am ersten Beschlagteil (13) montiertem winkelförmigen Kuppelelement (10; 80) zwischen diesem und dem ersten Beschlagteil (13) angeordnet ist und der andere Schenkel (40; 102) vom Kuppelelement (10; 80) absteht und mit dem Zungenabschnitt (42, 104) des Rasthakens (28; 96) versehen ist. - Winkelförmiges Kuppelelement nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der andere Schenkel (40; 102) nahe seinem freien Ende eine als Hakenabschnitt dienende, teilweise ausgestanzte Zunge (42; 104) aufweist, die in Richtung des freien Endes aufgebogen ist und eine Anlaufschräge für das andere Kuppelelement (64) bildet. - Beschlagsystem für Schwenkflügel oder Schwenkkippflügel von Fenstern oder Türen, mit einem beispielsweise senkrecht verlaufenden ersten Beschlagteil (13) und mindestens einem beispielsweise waagerecht verlaufenden zweiten Beschlagteil (60), wobei die beiden unter einem Winkel zueinander verlaufenden Beschlagteile (13, 60) in einem Eckbereich durch eine Eckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 miteinander verbunden sind.
