Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Querperforieren von Bahnen (30), vorzugsweise von Papierbahnen zur Herstellung von Säcken, mit einem rotierend angetriebenen Perforiermesser (10) und einer Nutwalze (17), die beide in einem Maschinengestell (1, 2) gelagert sind und zwischen denen die zu perforierende Bahn (30) hindurchläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens eine Stelleinrichtung (13, 21) zur Veränderung des Abstands zwischen den Drehachsen des Perforiermessers (10) und der Nutwalze (17) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steileinrichtung (21) in der Weise einer weiten Verstellung dient, daß sich das Perforiermesser gegen ein solches größerer oder kleinerer Breite oder gegen ein Perforiermesser mit größerem oder kleinerem Abstand zur Drehachse austauschen läßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine andere Stelleinrichtung (13) in der Weise der Feineinstellung dient, daß sich die Eintauchtiefe der Zähne des Perforiermessers (10) die Nuten der Nutwalze (17) einstellen läßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Stelleinrichtung (13, 21) aus drehbar im Maschinengestell (1, 2) gelagerten feststellbaren exzentrischen Wellen (13, 21) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nutwalze (17) an zwei an den Seitenteilen des Gestells schwenkbar gelagerten Lagerhebeln (15, 16) drehbar gelagert ist, deren identischen Schwenkwinkel durch eine der Grobeinstellung dienende Exenterwelle (21) einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Grobeinstellung dienende Exenterwelle (21) fluchtende Fensterausschnitte (20) beider Lagerhebel (15, 16) durchsetzt und sich an Identischen Seiten dieser Fensterausschnitte abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spiel der Exenterwelle (21) in den Fensterausschnitten (20) durch Stellschrauben (23) ausgleichbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerhebel (15, 16) schwenkbar auf einer im Maschinengestell (1, 2) gelagerten, der Feineinstellung dienenden Welle (13) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager des Perforiermessers (10) und der Nutwalze (17) in Tragstücken (15, 16) angeordnet sind, die querverschieblich im Maschinengestell (1, 2) geführt sind, und daß eine Einrichtung (9) zur Seitenverstellung der Tragstükke (15, 16) relativ zu dem Maschinengestell (1, 2) vorgesehen ist.
