Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for Identification of the spinning positions of cops according to the generic term of claim 1.
- the freshly spun is made in spinning mills Yarn wound on a bobbin. Own modern spinning machines e.g. 600 - 1500 spinning positions on which a corresponding Number of cops to be wound in parallel.
- the cops are closed by the spinning machines Winding machines transported where the yarn to larger Cheese wound and simultaneously checked or is cleaned.
- the yarn test on the winding machines is carried out, provides information about the yarn quality. If defective yarn is found, it is desirable that Identify the spinning station, where it was generated, so that the problem can be fixed.
- every cop is included provided with an individual marking, on the basis of which the respective spinning position can be identified.
- This Marking can be read out at the rewind station, so that it can be determined at which spinning station the bobbin has been wrapped. Thanks to the direct marking the cop can be used without additional aids, e.g. special caddies, reliable identification of the spinning position be performed. This is particularly the case with plants beneficial where the spinning machine and the winding machine do not work together, but the cops in large containers disordered from the spinning to the winding machine be transported.
- the marking can in particular on the Sleeve of the cop or on the thread wound on it be applied.
- the marking is applied to the sleeve, for example, consist of a barcode.
- the barcode can at least three times, preferably five times, over the scope of the Spinning sleeve to be repeated so that it can rotate without turning the Kopses is readable.
- the barcode should not exceed a certain length. If a code is used in which different Bit values in different widths from Code sections are implemented, so the value range of the code preferably so limited that the Number of wide sections of code is limited.
- the marking can also be magnetic on the Spinning sleeves must be recorded, preferably by the Spinning sleeves consist of a plastic in which Introduced particles of a magnetizable material have been.
- the marking is produced by dyeing the yarn, in particular by coloring an end portion of the yarn.
- each spinning tube with an individual marking, where the identification of the respective spinning station happens via a table, which is outside the Kopse is saved.
- the area of the spinning station read the marking when winding and the table accordingly updated. This makes the marking unnecessary to rewrite the cop with every winding.
- a system which comprises a plurality of spinning machines 1 and a plurality of winding machines 2.
- Each spinning machine has a variety of Spinning stations 3, e.g. approx. 1000.
- the yarn is wound on a spinning tube.
- the done Coils are automatically wound by the spinning stations loaded into container 4.
- the containers 4 become the winding machines 2 hazards.
- Each winding machine has a variety (e.g. approx. 100) from rewind station 5, um, the yarn from the cops to rewind on larger packages. It takes place at the same time a classification and, if necessary, cleaning of the yarn instead. In particular, thick and thin places and other yarn defects counted, so the quality data of the yarn of each cop can be captured.
- the quality data determined in the rewinding stations 5 assign the cops to the individual spinning positions 3. E.g. determined that the yarn of a certain Spinning station has poor quality, so this spinning position can be readjusted.
- Fig. 2 is a single, wound cop 6 shown. It has a ring spinning sleeve 7 Plastic on which the yarn 8 is wound. For Identification of the cop is at one end of the spinning tube 7 a marker 9 is arranged.
- the mark 9 from a bar code the one the Representing Kops assigned identification number.
- This Identification number differs from cop to cop and firmly attached to the spinning tube.
- Readers 10 are in the spinning machines 1 arranged, by means of which the identification number is read is before the empty spinning sleeve one of the spinning stations 3 is fed or after being wound has been.
- the corresponding data (identification number of the cop and identity of the spinning station in which the Spinning tube has been wound) become a central one Computer 11 transmitted and there in a table saved. This table shows which Spinning station of each cop has been last wound.
- the winding machines 2 are also readers 12 arranged which the identification number each Read Kops before continuing to a rewind station 5 becomes. This information (identification number of the cop and identity of the respective rewind station) stored in a table in the central computer 11.
- the cleaning and Classifying devices of the individual rewinding stations Quality data of each cop to the central computer 11, where, due to the identity of the rewind station 5 a certain cop and thus a certain spinning station 3 can be assigned.
- the marking has 9 in the version 2 the form of a bar code. This extends across the length of the cop and is on the outside one end of the spinning sleeve 7 attached. He will preferably from the supplier of the spinning tubes on this applied and by the operator of the spinning or winding machines not changed.
- the Barcode consists of a total of 32 sections, one below the other separated from transitions between light and dark or dark and light areas. Every section has at least one element width E of e.g. 0.3 mm.
- the first section has a width of 4E and marks the start of the code.
- the following 24 sections correspond to the 24 bits of the identification number of the cop and have a width of 1E or 2E, each after whether the corresponding bit has the value 1 or 0. This is followed by a CRC check digit consisting of 6 Bits followed by an end mark (a light section) of a length of at least 1E.
- the spinning sleeve 7 can also be marked in another way. So the barcode e.g. can also be arranged on the inside of the sleeve or molded into the sleeve as a surface relief. It is also conceivable to have one on the spinning sleeve 7 Affix magnetic stripes in which the identification number is saved.
- the spinning sleeve 7 itself is designed to be magnetizable, by being made of a plastic in which Suspended particles of a magnetizable material have been.
- each cop 6 has its own identification number, which he spanned over several winding and unwinding cycles maintains so that the identification of the quality data with the spinning positions on those stored in the central computer 11 Tables must be done. It is however also conceivable, the Kops for each new Auf- and Mark the unwind cycle again, in which case the Mark preferably the respective spinning position directly identified.
- a reading device 10 a writing device can be arranged, which the magnetic identity of the respective spinning station Form or as a bar code on the cops.
- the yarn end 13 be provided with color marks 14, which like a Barcode can be read.
- the advantage of this Execution is that in the area of Rewinding stations 2 no separate readers 12 for the Barcode are required because the color marks 14 also with read the detectors of the classifying devices can be.
