Description
Die gefärbten Pudermittel werden schließlich nach Schritt (B) des Verfahrens vom Sprühtrocknungsturm in eine separate Anlage überführt. Dort wird dann die Abpuderung der ungefärbten Waschmittelteilchen mit dem gesondert hergestellten, gefärbten Pudermittel durchgerührt. Der Abpuderungsvorgang mit den gefärbten Pudermittel-Teilchen wird also als ein von der Herstellung derselben gesonderter Schritt durchgeführt.
Auch Vergleichsmessungen mit Farbstoffpudern als einziger Komponente während der Abpuderung von ungefärbten Wasch- und Reinigungsmittelteilchen führen nicht zu dem guten optischen Eindruck der Waschmittel, der mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erzielt werden.
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln aus gefärbten Teilchen, die Tenside, Builder und/oder Bleichmittel sowie ein Färbemittel enthalten,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(A) das Pudermittel und das Färbemittel aufgeschlämmt und einer Sprühtrocknung unterzogen werden und(B) das gefärbte und sprühgetrocknete Pudermittel auf Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelteilchen aufgebracht wird,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Färbemittel im Waschprozeß teilweise oder vollständig oxidativ zerstört wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Färbemittel und das Bleichmittel zum Entfärben des Färbemittels in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von bis zu 1: 500 vorliegen.
- Verfahren nach nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gefärbten Teilchen Bleichaktivator enthalten.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gefärbte und sprühgetrocknete Pudermittel und die Wasch- und Reinigungsmittelteilchen in Schritt (B) innig miteinander vermischt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gefärbte und sprühgetrocknete Pudermittel auf in an sich bekannter Weise granulierte Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelteilchen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß das gefärbte und sprühgetrocknete Pudermittel auf in an sich bekannter Weise sprühgetrocknete Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelteilchen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gefärbte und sprühgetrocknete Pudermittel auf feste Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelteilchen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß als Pudermittel Zeolithe eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Pudermittel Zeolith NaA eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Aufbringens des gefärbten und sprühgetrockneten Pudermittels auf die Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelteilchen ein Gewichtsverhältnis von Waschoder Reinigungsmittelteilchen zu gefärbtem Pudermittel von 95:5 bis 99,5:0,5 eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gewichtsverhältnis von Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelteilchen zu gefärbtem Pudermittel von 97:3 bis 99:1 eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelteilchen anionische, nicht-ionische und/oder amphotere Tenside enthalten.
