Claims (14)
- Aufwickelvorrichtung, insbesondere für eine Wickelmaschine, die einen Spulenständer (2) aufweist, in den eine Anzahl von Spulen (3a-3h) nebeneinanderliegend einsetzbar ist, auf die sukzessive eine der Aufwickelvorrichtung (1) über einen Einfädelkopf (5) zugeführte Materialbahn aufwickelbar ist, indem der die Spulen (3a-3h) tragende Spulenständer (2) quer zur Zuführrichtung der Materialbahn verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der in den Spulenständer (2) einsetzbaren Spulen (3a-3h) unabhängig von den anderen Spulen (3a-3h) von einer Wickelposition, in der der Spule (3a-3h) die Materialbahn zuführbar ist, durch eine in der Zuführrichtung der Materialbahn und somit im wesentlichen quer zur Verschieberichtung des Spulenständers (2) verlaufenden Bewegung in eine Belade-/Entnahmeposition, in der die Spule (3a-3h) in den Spulenhalter (2) einsetzbar bzw. aus diesem entnehmbar ist, bewegbar ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle der in den Spulenständer (2) einsetzbaren Spulen (3a-3h) unabhängig voneinander von der Wickelposition in ihre Belade-/Entnahmeposition bewegbar sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der von ihrer Wickelposition in ihre Belade-/Entnahmeposition bewegbaren Spulen (3a-3h) auf einer Spulenhalterung (10a-10h) angeordnet ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf mindestens einer der Spulenhalterungen (10a-1 Oh) mindestens zwei Spulen (3a-3h) angeordnet sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10h) der Aufwikkelvorrichtung (1) um eine Achse oder Welle (15) schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Spulenhalterungen (10a-10h) auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (15) angeordnet sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10h) als ein auf einer Achse oder einer Welle (15) schwenkbar gelagerter Arm (11) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Arm (11) an seinem dem mit der Welle (15) zusammenwirkenden Ende (11'') gegenüberliegenden Ende (11') mindestens eine Spule (3a-3h) trägt.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10h) derAufwikkelvorrichtung (1) einen Spulenantrieb (20; 120) für die mindestens eine Spule (3a-3h) aufweist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (20; 120) eine Welle (21) aufweist, auf der mindestens eine Spule (3a-3h) gelagert ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (20) über ein Übertragungselement (23) mit einem Kupplungselement (24) verbunden ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch das Kupplungselement (24) eine Rotationsbewegung der die Spulenhalterungen (10a-10h) tragenden Welle (15) in eine Rotationsbewegung der Spulen (3a-3h) umsetzbar ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (120) für die mindestens eine Spule (3a-3h) als ein Reibradantrieb ausgebildet ist, welcher ein Reibrad (121) aufweist, das in Wirkeingriff mit einer mit der Spule (3a-3h) zusammenwirkenden Reibscheibe (124) bringbar ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Spulenantrieb (120) durch ein Anpreßelement (127) gegen die Spule (3a-3h) drückbar ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Spulenantrieb (120) auf einem Schlitten (125) angeordnet ist, der auf einer Schiene (126) verschiebbar geführt ist.
