Claims (14)
- Aufwickelvorrichtung, insbesondere für eine Wickelmaschine, die einen Spulenständer (2) aufweist, in den eine Anzahl von Spulen (3a-3d) nebeneinanderliegend einsetzbar ist, auf die sukzessive eine der Aufwickelvorrichtung (1) über einen Einfädelkopf (5) zugeführte Materialbahn aufwickelbar ist, indem der die Spulen (3a-3d) tragende Spulenständer (2) quer zur Zuführrichtung der Materialbahn verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der in den Spulenständer (2) einsetzbaren Spulen (3a-3d) unabhängig von den anderen Spulen (3a-3d) von einer Wickelposition, in der der Spule (3a-3d) die Materialbahn zuführbar ist, in der Zuführrichtung der Materialbahn und somit im wesentlichen quer zur Verschieberichtung des Spulenständers (2) in eine Belade-/Entnahmeposition, in der die Spule (3a-3d) in den Spulenhalter (2) einsetzbar bzw. aus diesem entnehmbar ist, verschieblich ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der von ihrer Wickelposition in ihre Belade-/Entnahmeposition verschieblichen Spulen (3a-3d) auf einer Spulenhalterung (10a-10d) angeordnet ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf mindestens einer der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10d) mindestens zwei Spulen (3a-3d) angeordnet sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle der in den Spulenständer (2) einsetzbaren Spulen (3a-3d) unabhängig voneinander von der Wickelposition in ihre Belade-/Entnahmeposition verschieblich sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10d) der Aufwikkelvorrichtung (1) auf einer verschieblichen Achse oder Welle (15), vorzugsweise jede Spulenhalterung (10a-10d) auf einer eigenen Achse oder Welle (15), angeordnet ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10d) als ein in einer Führung (126) verschieblicher Arm (11) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Arm (11) an seinem dem mit der Führung (126) zusammenwirkenden Ende (11") gegenüberliegenden Ende (11') mindestens eine Spule (3a-3d) trägt.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Spulenantrieb (20; 120) zum Antreiben mindestens einer Spule (3a-3d) vorgesehen ist, und daß vorzugsweise der mindestens eine Spulenantrieb (20; 120) an einem Körper (30) der Aufwickelvorrichtung (1) befestigt ist, gegenüber welchem die in den Spulenständer (2) einsetzbaren Spulen (3a-3d) verschieblich sind.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (20; 120) an mindestens einer der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10d) der Aufwickelvorrichtung (1), vorzugsweise an jeder der Spulenhalterungen (10a-10d), vorgesehen ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (20; 120) eine Welle (21) aufweist, auf der mindestens eine Spule (3a-3d) gelagert ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (20) über ein Übertragungselement (23) mit einem Kupplungselement (24) verbunden ist, wobei vorzugsweise durch das Kupplungselement (24) eine Rotationsbewegung der Wellen (15), auf welchen die Spulenhalterungen (10a-10d) angeordnet sind, in eine Rotationsbewegung der Spulen (3a-3d) umsetzbar ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (120) als ein Reibradantrieb ausgebildet ist, welcher ein Reibrad (121) aufweist, das, vorzugsweise mittels eines Anpreßelements, in Wirkeingriff mit der Spule (3a-3d) oder einer mit ihr zusammenwirkenden Reibscheibe (124) bringbar ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenantrieb (120) vertikal verschieblich, vorzugsweise auf einem Schlitten (125), an dem Körper (30), gegenüber welchem die in den Spulenständer (2) einsetzbaren Spulen (3a-3d) verschieblich sind, befestigt ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibrad (121) an einem Schwenkarm (129) vorgesehen ist.
- Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der, vorzugsweise alle, Spulenhalterungen (10a-10d) auf jeweils einer Führung (126) verschiebbar geführt sind.
