Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von (Filter-)Zigaretten (18) aus ursprünglich doppelt langen Zigarettenstäben bzw. Tabakstöcken (10), die durch Mulden (28) für jeweils einen Tabakstock (10) bzw. eine Zigarette aufweisende Förderorgane längs einer Fertigungsstrecke transportierbar sind, wobei während des Transports die Tabakstöcke (10) in ihrer Längsmitte durchtrennt und die so gebildeten Zigaretten (15) paarweise voneinander getrennt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tabakstöcke (10) bzw. Zigaretten (15) im Bereich der Fertigungsstrecke mindestens abschnittsweise durch Gurtförderer - Muldengurte - transportierbar sind, die an ihrer Außenseite Mulden (28) für jeweils einen Tabakstock (10) oder jeweils zwei aus diesen gebildete Zigaretten (15) oder für einzelne Zigaretten (18) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tabakstöcke (10) und/oder Zigaretten (15) und/oder Doppelzigaretten (22) und/oder Filterzigaretten (18) im Bereich von Arbeitsstationen, insbesondere im Bereich einer Rollstation (16), einer Prüfstation (19) und einer Wendestation (20), von Mulden aufweisenden Trommeln bzw. Rädern transportierbar sind, zwischen den Bearbeitungsstationen jedoch auf einem Fördertrum (35) eines Muldengurts aufliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förder- bzw. Fertigungsstrecke aus einzelnen, eigenständigen Muldengurten gebildete Förderabschnitte aufweist, nämlich (endlose) Abschnittsgurte (59, 60, 61) mit jeweils eigenständigem Antrieb.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fertigungsstrecke ein einziger, durchgehender, als Muldengurt ausgebildeter Fördergurt (40) zugeordnet ist, dessen Fördertrum (35) für den Transport von Tabakstöcken (10), Zigaretten (15), Filterzigaretten (18) oder Doppelzigaretten (22) im Bereich von Bearbeitungsstationen nach unten abgelenkt ist zur Umgehung von Organen der Bearbeitungsstationen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Förderabschnitt (42, 47, 50, 53) des durchgehenden Fördergurts (40) mindestens eine Antriebswalze (25) mit eigenem Antrieb, insbesondere durch Servomotor (58), zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Trennorgane zum Durchtrennen von Tabakstöcken (10) oder Doppelzigaretten (22), nämlich Messer (12) bzw. Trennmesser (17), im Bereich von Muldengurten angeordnet sind, nämlich im Bereich eines Förderabschnitts (42, 50) oder im Bereich eines Abschnittsgurts (60).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Organe zur Bildung eines Querabstands zwischen den nach Durchtrennung eines Tabakstocks (10) gebildeten Zigaretten (15) in einem Bereich zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Förderabschnitten (42, 47) einerseits bzw. (50, 53) andererseits, insbesondere kegelförmigen Spreiztrommeln (45, 46).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Förderabschnitten (47, 50) bzw. zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Abschnittsgurten (59, 60) eine Rollstation (16) gebildet ist zur Verbindung von zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Zigaretten (15) mit einem gemeinsamen Filterstopfen (14).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der insbesondere als Zahnreimen ausgebildete Muldengurt im Bereich der Mulden (28) quergerichtete Saugbohrungen (30) aufweist, die im Bereich mit Saugbohrungen (32) der Walzen korrespondieren bzw. fluchten, wobei die Saugbohrungen (32) der Walzen an eine Unterdruckquelle angeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulden (28) des Muldengurts auch im Bereich einer (horizontalen) geradlinigen Förderstrecke bzw. im Bereich des Fördertrums (35), mit Saugluft beaufschlagt sind, insbesondere durch unterhalb des Fördertrums (35) angeordnete, feststehende Saugkästen (36), die mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbunden und zur Unterseite des Fördertrums (35) hin offen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkasten (36) unterhalb des Fördertrums (35) zugleich als Stützorgan für den Fördertrum (35) dient, insbesondere durch innerhalb des Saugkastens (36) angeordnete, in Förderrichtung verlaufende Stege (39), auf denen der Fördertrum (35) mindestens teilweise aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorzugsweise über die volle Breite des Muldengurts durchgehende Mulden (28) Unterbrechungen (64) aufweisen, nämlich Ausnehmungen, in die Bearbeitungs- oder Leitorgane eintreten, insbesondere Hubfinger (65) zum Herausheben von Tabakstöcken (10), Zigaretten (15), Filterzigaretten (18), Doppelzigaretten (22) und/oder Filterstopfen (14) aus den Mulden (28).
