Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von stabförmigen Tabakprodukten mit einem Filter, insbesondere von Filterzigaretten, im wesentlichen umfassend eine Tabakstockzufuhreinrichtung (11), eine Filterzufuhreinrichtung (12), eine Belagpapierzufuhreinrichtung (13), eine Zigarettenherstelleinrichtung (14), eine Zigarettenprüfeinrichtung (15) sowie eine Zigarettenabgabeeinrichtung (16), wobei sämtliche Einrichtungen (11 bis 16) eine Vielzahl von Trommeln (17) zur Bildung eines Trommellaufs (18) aufweisen, der mittels eines Antriebsmittels lagesynchron zum Transport der stabförmigen Tabakprodukte innerhalb der Vorrichtung (10) antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Trommel (17) des Trommellaufs (18) mit einem separaten, zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (19) antreibbar ist, wobei das separate Antriebsmittel (19) zusammen mit einer aus Trommel (17) sowie Lager- und Steuerflansch (25) gebildeten Trommeleinheit (27) eine Antriebseinheit (33) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Trommel (17) des Trommellaufs (18) ein separates Antriebsmittel (19) zugeordnet ist, das zusammen mit der Trommeleinheit (27) jeweils eine unabhängige Antriebseinheit (33) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel (19) und die Trommeleinheit (27) eine gemeinsame durchgehende Welle (24) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (24) als gemeinsame Antriebs- und Trommelwelle ausgebildet ist und eine Aufnahme (40) für die Trommel (17) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (24) innerhalb des Lager- und Steuerflansches (25) doppelt gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel (19) im Bereich eines freien Endes (32) der Welle (24) auf derselben angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (24) auf der dem Antriebsmittel (19) zugewandten Seite, nämlich am Ende (32) fliegend gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das separate Antriebsmittel (19) ein Servomotor, im wesentlichen umfassend einen Rotor (20), einen Stator (21) sowie einen Drehgeber (22), ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel (19) durch ein Gehäuse (23) abgeschirmt ist, wobei das Gehäuse (23) in seinen Außenabmessungen kleiner als eine Öffnung (37) innerhalb einer Trennwand (34) der Vorrichtung (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (23) ein im wesentlichen rechteckiges Profil aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Antriebsmittel (19) an eine gemeinsame Steuerung angeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung einen integrierten Singletum-Absolutwertgeber einschließt.
