Claims (18)
- Verpackungsmaschine, insbesondere für Zigaretten (10), mit Aggregaten und Organen für die Handhabung von Verpackungsmaterial und Zigaretten (10), insbesondere Förderorganen, Schneidaggregaten, Faltorganen etc., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Partikel, Materialreste etc. des Verpackungsmaterials und/oder der Zigaretten sowie Staub unmittelbar im Bereich verstärkter Entstehung dieser Schmutzpartikel durch Bearbeitung oder Handhabung beseitigt, insbesondere abgesaugt werden.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Partikel im Bereich der Absaugung durch mechanische und/oder elektrostatische Bearbeitung des Verpackungsmaterials, insbesondere einer Materialbahn, freigesetzt und abgesaugt werden.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich der Absaugung mindestens teilweise abgekapselt ist, insbesondere durch Absauggehäuse, die über Absaugstutzen, Absaugleitungen etc. mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbunden sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zigaretten und/oder Verpackungsmaterial durch den Absaugbereich hindurch- oder an einer offenen Seite desselben vorbeiförderbar sind, insbesondere durch ein Absauggehäuse hindurch oder an diesem vorbei.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben, insbesondere oberhalb und/oder unterhalb einer Förderbahn für Zuschnitte und/oder Zigaretten (10), mindestens ein Absaugaggregat ortsfest positioniert ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich eines Zuschnitt-Magazins (12), insbesondere unterhalb desselben im Bereich eines Entnahmeorgans für die Zuschnitte 13, ein ortsfestes Saugaggregat (24) positioniert ist, insbesondere in Fortsetzung einer Zuschnittbahn (23) zum Abfördern der entnommenen Zuschnitte (13).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugaggregat (24) ein Gehäuse (25) aufweist, das an der Oberseite mehrere, insbesondere schlitzförmige Saugöffnungen (26) bildet, die durch Stege (27) voneinander getrennt sind, wobei die Zuschnitte (13) von dem Entnahmeorgan auf den Stegen (27) des Saugaggregats (24) ablegbar sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Materialbahn aus Verpackungsmaterial, insbesondere eine Papierbahn (14), durch ein geschlossenes, eine Eintrittsöffnung (33) und eine Austrittsöffnung (38) aufweisendes Gehäuse (32) eines Reinigungsaggregats (31) hindurchleitbar ist, wobei innerhalb des Gehäuses (32) Partikel absaugbar sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß fortlaufende Materialbahnen, insbesondere Papierbahnen (14), im Bereich oder vor der Absaugung von Partikeln mechanisch bearbeitet werden, insbesondere durch Bürsten (41, 42), die an den Oberflächen der Materialbahn wirken, vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Gehäuses (32) mit Absaugung.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Materialbahnen, insbesondere Papierbahnen (14) im Bereich der Absaugung im Sinne einer Beseitigung von elektrostatischer Aufladung behandelt werden, insbesondere durch zu beiden Seiten der Materialbahn angeordnete Ionensprühdüsen (43, 44), wobei vorzugsweise die Ionensprühdüsen (43, 44) mit mechanischen Bearbeitungsorganen innerhalb des Gehäuses (32) angeordnet sind, in Förderrichtung der Materialbahn vor den Bürsten (41, 42).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich einer Trennvorrichtung für eine Materialbahn, insbesondere Papierbahn (14) vorzugsweise zum Anbringen eines in Längsrichtung der Papierbahn (14) verlaufenden Trennschnitts ein Saugorgan (56) angeordnet ist, wobei das Trennorgan, insbesondere ein Trennmesser (53), innerhalb eines Gehäuses (57) des Saugorgans (56) angeordnet ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schneidaggregat (61) zum Abtrennen von Zuschnitten von einer Materialbahn (62), insbesondere zum Abtrennen von Kragen (18), mindestens teilweise von einem Gehäuse, nämlich einer Saugglocke (66), umgeben ist, vorzugsweise derart, daß eine oberhalb der Materialbahn (62) positionierte Messerwalze (63) innerhalb der nach unten offenen Saugglocke (66) gelagert und die Saugglocke (66) mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbunden ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 12 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teilbereich der Saugglocke (66) anhebbar ist, insbesondere durch Verschwenken längs eines Schwenklagers (71).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich einer Förderbahn für Zuschnitte, insbesondere für Kragen (18), unterhalb der Bewegungsbahn der Zuschnitte bzw. Kragen (18) ein Absaugaggregat angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise derart, daß eine Auflage für die Zuschnitte, insbesondere eine Förderplatte (77) Luftöffnungen, insbesondere Saugbohrungen (80) aufweist, durch die durch ein unterhalb der Förderplatte (77) angeordnetes Saugaggregat Luft mit Partikeln absaugbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Förderbahn für Zuschnitte bzw. Kragen (18), insbesondere im Bereich der Förderplatte (77), außerdem Saugbohrungen (80) zum Absaugen von Luft, weitere Saugbohrungen (79) angeordnet sind zur Zuführung von abzusaugender Luft.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich von Hand-habungs- und Förderorganen für Zigaretten (10) bzw. Zigarettengruppen (11) Organe zum Ableiten, insbesondere Absaugen von Partikeln angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 16 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich eines in aufrechter Ebene drehenden Förderers für Zigarettengruppen (11) insbesondere im Bereich eines Zigarettenrevolvers (19), Ableitorgane für (Tabak-) Partikel angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise Förderrutschen (89, 90) und/oder teilweise innerhalb des Zigarettenrevolvers (19) angeordnete Innenrutschen (95), durch die Tabakpartikel unter Eigengewicht abförderbar sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 16 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb einer Bewegungsbahn für Zigarettengruppen (11), insbesondere oberhalb einer Zigarettenbahn (98), Absaugeinheiten (101, 105) angeordnet sind, durch die die Zigarettengruppen (11) hindurchförderbar sind und die an Unterdruckquellen angeschlossen sind.
