Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Klemmen eines Unterwindefadens an einer Spindel einer Ringspinn-maschine, wobei die Spindel unterhalb eines aufgesteckten Kopses einen festen Klemmring und eine mittels einer Betätigungsvorrichtung axial zur Spindel verschiebbare, mit dem Klemmring in Klemm-Wirkverbindung bringbare Klemmhülse aufweist, wobei die Klemmflächen an Klemmring und Klemmhülse ineinandergreifend kegelig sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Faden (6) klemmenden Flächen (21 bzw. 22) am Klemmring (16) und/oder an der Klemmhülse (19) eine den Faden sicher klemmende Strukturierung (26) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strukturierung (26) als Wellung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strukturierung (26) als scharfkantige Verzahnung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Strukturierung (26) sowohl am Klemmring (16) als auch an der Klemmhülse (19) angeordnet und ineinandergreifend ausgebildet ist und daß zwischen Klemmring (16) und Klemmhülse (19) eine Verdrehsicherung vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strukturierung (26) als Aufrauhung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Teile Klemmring (16) und/oder Klemmhülse (19) elastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmflächen (21, 22) von Klemmring (16) und Klemmhülse (19) durch die Kraft mindestens einer Feder (20) in Eingriff drückbar sind.
- Verfahren zum Klemmen eines Unterwindefadens an einer Spindel einer Ringspinnmaschine, wobei die Spindel unterhalb eines aufgesteckten Kopses einen festen Klemmring und eine mittels einer Betätigungsvorrichtung axial zur Spindel verschiebbare, mit dem Klemmring in Klemm-Wirkverbindung bringbare Klemmhülse aufweist, wobei die Klemmflächen an Klemmring und Klemmhülse ineinandergreifend kegelig sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verschieben des Windung vom kleineren auf den größeren Durchmesser des Klemmringes (16) und das Einlegen des Fadens (6) in die Strukturierung (26) wenigstens einer der beiden Klemmflächen (21, 22) ein Anspannen der Windung und damit eine erhöhte Klemmung bewirkt und daß durch das Öffnen der Klemmvorrichtung (12) durch Freiwerden der Windung aus der Strukturierung (26) und gleichzeitiges Wandern auf einen kleineren Durchmesser des Klemmringes (16) die Spannung aus der Windung herausgenommen wird, und das Herausschleudern des Fadens aus der Klemmvorrichtung (12) beschleunigt wird.
