Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung dargestellt, die der diebstahlsicheren Präsentation von Waren mit Bügeln (1) zum Aufhängen der Waren und einen Hauptträger (2) zum Einhängen der Bügel dient. Dies wird erreicht durch eine Vorrichtung, bei der die Bügel an einem Ende mit Rückhaltemitteln versehen sind, die das Abnehmen der Ware vom Bügel verhindern und am anderen Ende mit Einhängemitteln zum Einhängen der Bügel in den Hauptträger, wobei letzterer mit einer abschliessbaren Versperrung (5) versehen ist, die das Aushängen der Bügel verhindert.

Description

Vorrichtung zur diebstahlsicheren Präsentation von Waren
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur diebstahlsicheren Präsentation von Waren mit Bügeln zum Aufhängen der Ware, die an einem Ende mit Rückhaltemitteln versehen sind, die das Abnehmen der Ware vom Bügel verhindern, und am anderen Ende, welches dem Aufbringen und Entnehmen der Ware dient, Einhängemittel aufweisen, einem Hauptträger mit Ausnehmungen zum Einhängen der Einhängemittel der Bügel und einer abschliessbaren Versperrung am Hauptträger, die das Aushängen der Bügel verhindert.
Bei einer Vielzahl von Waren bestehen einander widersprechende Bedürfnisse, nämlich einerseits das Interesse des Verkäufers an einer verkaufsfördernden Präsentation, die dem potentiellen Kunden die Möglichkeit gibt, die Ware genau zu prüfen und andererseits die Notwendigkeit der Sicherung der Ware gegen Diebstahl, die das verkaufshindernde Einschliessen der Ware erfordern würde.
Um den Diebstahl zumindest zu erschweren und gegebenenfalls das Diebesgut als solches eindeutig identifizieren zu können, wird häufig die Ware einzeln mit einer Diebstahlsicherung verbunden, die ohne spezielles Werkzeug nicht von der Ware entfernt werden kann.
Aus der DE-A-36 08 695 ist eine Diebstahlsicherung für Gürtel bekannt, in der ein einzelner Gürtel mit seiner Schnalle eingehängt und verriegelt wird. Wollte man den Gürtel entwenden, müsste die Sicherung mitgenommen werden. Dies wäre auffälliger als die Mitnahme eines Gürtels ohne eine solche Sicherung. Aus FR-A-2 535 594 und FR-A-2 546 390 sind auf demselben Prinzip beruhende Diebstahlsicherungen für Portemonnaies und dergleichen bekannt.
Aus US-A-4088228 ist eine Vorrichtung zur diebstahlsicheren Präsentation von Kleidungsstücken bekannt. Bügel, auf denen die Ware hängt, stecken von oben in einem Träger, in dessen Innerem ein Schliessriegel verläuft, der mit den entsprechend geformten, eingesteckten Bügelenden zusammenwirkt.
Alle diese Sicherungsmittel erschweren die Entwendung in einem gewissen Mass, aber sie bieten keine wirkliche Sicherheit, oder sie sind so aufwendig und teuer, dass sie sich für Waren niedrigerer und mittlerer Preisgruppen nicht lohnen.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Diebstahlsicherung für Waren anzugeben, die einerseits die verkaufsfördernde offene Präsentation der Waren ermöglicht und andererseits weitestgehende Sicherheit gegen Entwendung der Ware bietet und die mit einem vernünftigen Aufwand realisierbar ist.
Erfindungsge äss wird dies erreicht durch eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, bei der die Ausnehmungen aus Bohrungen im Hauptträger bestehen und die Versperrung aus einer die eingehängten Bügel überdeckenden Schiene gebildet ist.
Im folgenden werden anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Vorrichtung zur
Präsentation von Portemonnaies; Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht derselben Vorrichtung; Fig. 3 verschiedene Formen von Bügeln; Fig. 4 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer alternativen Form einer Vorrichtung zur Präsentation von Waren;
Fig. 5 verschiedene Formen von Bügelenden zum Einhängen in den Hauptträger und
Fig. 6 verschiedene Formen von Anschlägen für die aufgehängten Waren.
Die in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigte Vorrichtung besteht aus Bügeln 1, die in einen Hauptträger 2 eingehängt sind. Die Bügel 1 sind im wesentlichen U-förmig, wobei die Schenkel um einen Winkel von ca. 45° abgeknickt sind. Der Hauptträger 2 weist eine der Zahl der Bügel entsprechende Zahl von Schlitzpaaren 3 auf. Die Schlitze haben eine der Dicke der Bügel entsprechende Weite und besitzen an ihren inneren Enden eine Erweiterung mit einem Durchmesser und einer Tiefe, der einer Verdickung 4 an den Enden der Bügel 1 entspricht. Die Bügel 1 werden von der Seite in die Schlitze eingeführt und an deren Ende mit ihrer Verdickung nach unten in die Erweiterung geschoben.
Die beiden Schlitze eines Schlitzpaares erstrecken sich unterschiedlich weit von der Seitenwand des Hauptträgers nach innen, so dass sich die Erweiterungen und damit die Enden der eingesetzten Bügel auf einer schräg zur Längsachse des Hauptträgers verlaufenden Linie befinden. In dieser Position hängen die Bügel somit schräg zum Hauptträger und sind um einen gewissen Winkel verdrehbar.
Der Hauptträger ist mit einer Versperrung aus einer Schiene 5 versehen, die an einem Ende mittels eines Scharniers 6 hochklappbar befestigt ist und an ihrem anderen Ende mit einem Schloss 7 versperrt werden kann. Wenn die Versperrung geschlossen ist, können die Bügel nicht angehoben und somit nicht aus der Halterung im Hauptträger entnommen werden. Anstatt mit der Versperrung das Anheben der Bügel zu verhindern, ist es auch möglich, durch eine dreh- oder klappbar angebrachte Schiene das seitliche Entfernen aus dem Schlitz zu versperren. Ausserdem kann die Versperrung anstelle einer dreh- oder klappbaren Schiene auch einen schiebbaren Riegel aufweisen.
Das Verschliessen erfolgt entweder, wie im gezeigten Beispiel, mittels eines Vorhängeschlosses durch Stirnlöcher im Hauptträger und in der Versperrung oder aber durch ein im Hauptträger eingebautes Schloss, in welches die Schiene bzw. der Riegel der Versperrung einhakt.
In Fig. 2 ist sichtbar, wie die Waren, im vorliegenden Fall Portemonnaies 8, auf den Bügeln hängen. Die Bügel werden zunächst mit einem Schenkel auf der Innenseite des Rückens des Portemonnaies durch dieses hindurchgesteckt und dann in den Hauptträger eingesetzt und versperrt. Der Kunde kann jedes einzelne auf diese Weise präsentierte Portemonnaie drehen und öffnen und somit von allen Seiten und auch von innen betrachten, ohne es aber wegnehmen zu können.
Wie in Fig. 3 a-g gezeigt, sind anstelle der in Fig. 1 dargestellten U-förmigen Bügel auch andere Bügelformen möglich. Fig. 3 a zeigt einen geraden U-förmigen Bügel, der im eingesetzten Zustand senkrecht nach unten gerichtet ist. Fig. 3 b zeigt einen U-förmigen Bügel der ebenfalls abgeknickt ist aber in bezug auf eine Achse, die zu der durch die Bügelschenkel definierten Ebene senkrecht steht. Fig. 3 c zeigt einen einfachen geraden Bügel mit einem Anschlag am Ende. Der Anschlag ist gross genug, um die Entnahme der Ware über dieses Bügelende zu verhindern. Einfache Bügel sind im Vergleich zu U-förmigen kostengünstiger, aber die U-förmigen Bügel sind stabiler. Fig. 3 d zeigt einen U-förmigen Bügel dessen Schenkel ungleich lang sind und bei dem nur ein Schenkel in den Hauptträger ein- gehängt wird. Fig. 3 e zeigt einen einfachen abgeknickten Bügel mit einem Anschlag am Ende. Fig. 3 f zeigt einen abgewinkelten Bügel mit zwei Schenkeln, der aber anstelle der U-Form einen Anschlag aufweist. Fig. 3 g zeigt einen breiten Bügel zum Einhängen in weiter voneinander entfernten Schlitzen. Dieser Bügel dient der Präsentation von grösseren oder anders geformten Waren.
Bei der in Fig. 4 gezeigten Vorrichtung zur Präsentation von Waren, beispielsweise ebenfalls Portemonnaies, handelt es sich um eine einfachere Ausführungsform, bei der die Bügel 11 nicht in Schlitze eingehängt, sondern von oben in einen entsprechend gestalteten Hauptträger 12 eingesteckt werden. Der Hauptträger 12 ist mit einer Reihe von Bohrungen 13 versehen, in welche L-förmig abgebogene Bügel 11 mit ihren kurzen Schenkeln 14 eingesteckt werden. An ihren jeweils anderen Enden sind die Bügel mit Anschlägen 15 versehen. Wie bei der bereits beschriebenen Ausführungsform ist der Hauptträger mit einer Sperrschiene 16 versehen, die im heruntergeklappten Zustand das Herausnehmen der Bügel verhindert.
Wie in Fig. 5 a-c gezeigt, können die Verdickungen, durch welche die Bügel im Hauptträger halten, unterschiedliche Formen annehmen. Fig. 5 a zeigt das Bügelende mit einer darüberge- schobenen Öse. Fig. 5 b zeigt ein Bügelende mit einer aufgelöteten Kugel. Fig. 5 c zeigt ein einfach abgewinkeltes Bügelende wie es die Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 4 besitzt.
Die Fig. 6 a-c zeigen verschiedene Formen von Anschlägen an den dem Hauptträger entgegengesetzten Enden. Fig. 6 a zeigt eine am Ende angebrachte Platte. Diese kann rund, aber auch eckig sein. Fig. 6 b zeigt ein einfach abgewinkeltes Bügelende. Fig. 6 c zeigt ein rund gebogenes Bügelende. Der Anschlag dient einerseits als vergrösserte Auflagefläche für die Ware, so dass diese weniger abgenutzt wird. Andererseits bewirkt der An- schlag, dass die Ware, die von einem Betrachter in Unordnung gebracht wurde, durch den Anschlag eher wieder in eine geordnete Lage zu liegen kommt.

Patentansprüche
1. Vorrichtung zur diebstahlsicheren Präsentation von Waren mit Bügeln zum Aufhängen der Waren, die an einem Ende mit Rückhaltemitteln versehen sind, die das Abnehmen der Ware vom Bügel verhindern, und am anderen Ende, welches dem Aufbringen und Entnehmen der Ware dient, Einhängemittel aufweisen, einem Hauptträger mit Ausnehmungen zum Einhängen der Einhängemittel der Bügel und einer abschliessbaren Versperrung am Hauptträger, die das Aushängen der Bügel verhindert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (3, 13) aus Bohrungen im Hauptträger (2) bestehen und die Versperrung aus einer die eingehängten Bügel (1) überdeckenden Schiene (5, 16) gebildet ist.
2. Diebstahlsicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (5, 16) klappbar angeordnet ist.
3. Diebstahlsicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen (13) zylindrischen Querschnitt haben.
4. Diebstahlsicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen durch Schlitze (3) mit den Seitenflächen des Hauptträgers verbunden sind.
5. Diebstahlsicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende der Schiene (5, 16) zum Einrasten in ein im Hauptträger angeordnetes Schloss ausgebildet ist.
