Abstract

Einen Wandhalter zur Anbringung eines Sanitärgegenstands enthält einen Sockel (1), der beispielsweise mit Hilfe von Schrauben an einer Wand angeschraubt wird. Der Sockel (1) enthält eine Aufnahme für einen Einsatz (6), der an dem zu befestigenden Gegenstand angebracht wird oder einen Teil des zu befestigenden Gegenstandes bildet. Der Einsatz (6) enthält einen federbeaufschlagten Riegel, der durch die Feder (24) radial nach außen gedrückt wird. Beim Einschieben gleitet der Riegel in einer Nut (27) mit abnehmender Nuttiefe nach innen, bis bei Erreichen der korrekten Position des Einsatzes (6) der Riegel in eine Öffnung gedrückt wird. Dadurch ist der Einsatz (6) festgelegt. Er kann zusammen mit dem Gegenstand nur durch Eindrücken des Riegels von außen mit Hilfe eines Sonderwerkzeugs entnommen werden. <IMAGE>

Description

Zur Anbringung von unterschiedlichen Sanitärgegenständen an einer Wand sind Wandhalter bekannt.
Bei einem bekannten Wandhalter dieser Art (DE 195 10 941 A1) wird ein Anbringungselement an der Wand festgeschraubt. Der Sanitärgegenstand ist daher so ausgebildet, dass er auf das Anbringungselement aufgeschoben werden kann. Das Anbringungselement wird vollständig von dem Sanitärgegenstand abgedeckt.
Ebenfalls bekannt ist eine Ablage (DE 37 367 37 A1), bei der ein Unterteil an der Wand festgeschraubt wird. Auf das Unterteil wird die Ablage derart aufgeschoben, dass sie das Unterteil vollständig abdeckt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Wandhalter zur Anbringung unterschiedlicher Sanitärgegenstände zu schaffen, der bei einfachem Aufbau das schnelle Anbringen von Sanitärgegenständen ermöglicht.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung einen Wandhalter mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 vor. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche, deren Wortlaut ebenso wie der Wortlaut der Zusammenfassung durch Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht wird.
Der Sockel des Wandhalters wird an der Wand angebracht, beispielsweise dadurch, dass er angeschraubt wird. In den befestigten Sockel wird dann der Einsatz eingesetzt, beispielsweise eingeschoben. Sobald er so weit eingeschoben ist, dass er an der richtigen Stelle liegt, wirkt die Festlegeeinrichtung derart, dass der Einsatz festgelegt ist und bleibt.
Der Einsatz, der in die Aufnahme eingesetzt, eingeschoben oder eingefügt wird, kann beispielsweise ein Teil des zu befestigenden Gegenstandes sein.
Es ist aber ebenfalls möglich, dass der Ansatz ein Anbringungsmittel aufweist, mit dem der zu befestigende Sanitärgegenstand an ihm angebracht wird und das nur dann betätigt werden kann, wenn der Einsatz noch nicht in der Aufnahme des Sockels eingesetzt ist, oder zumindest noch nicht vollständig.
Die Erfindung schlägt vor, dass die Aufnahme und der Einsatz derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass ein Einschieben des Einsatzes nur in einer bestimmten Winkelposition möglich ist, um eine korrekte Positionierung des Gegenstandes gegenüber dem Sockel zu gewährleisten. Dies kann beispielsweise durch die Form der Aufnahme und des Einsatzes erreicht werden.
Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Festlegeeinrichtung einen Kraftschluss zwischen der Aufnahme und dem Einsatz aufweist. Dies kann beispielsweise durch eine enge Passung in Keilform erfolgen.
Es kann in Weiterbildung aber auch vorgesehen sein, dass die Festlegeeinrichtung einen Formschluss zwischen der Aufnahme und dem Einsatz aufweist und insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Festlegeeinrichtung beim Einsetzen des Einsatzes in die Aufnahme überwunden wird. Dies führt dazu, dass beim Einschieben des Einsatzes keine zusätzlichen Maßnahmen ergriffen werden müssen, so dass sich die Befestigung des Sanitärgegenstands an den Sockel besonders einfach gestaltet.
Beispielsweise kann die Festlegeeinrichtung einen Riegel aufweisen, der quer zur Einsetzrichtung wirkt. Der Riegel kann beispielsweise durch sein Eigengewicht beaufschlagt sein, wenn der Sockel immer in der gleichen Orientierung angebracht wird.
Es ist aber ebenfalls möglich, dass der Riegel in seine Sperrstellung federbeaufschlagt ist, insbesondere durch eine Druckfeder. Beim Einschieben des Einsatzes kann durch entsprechende Gestaltung der Aufnahme der Riegel gegen die Kraft der Feder zurückgeschoben werden, bis der Einsatz die korrekte Position erreicht. Dort schiebt die Feder den Riegel dann in eine Ausnehmung, die die Festlegung bewirkt.
Insbesondere günstig ist es, wenn die Feder einen Puffer aus elastischem Material aufweist, beispielsweise aus Gummi oder einem sonstigen gummielastischen Elastomer.
Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, den Sockel durch eine Kappe oder Rosette abzudecken, die entweder als getrenntes Bauteil ausgebildet ist oder auch einen Teil des anzubringenden Gegenstands bildet. Die Rosette kann zwischen dem Einsatz und dem anzubringenden Gegenstand festgeklemmt werden.
Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Hierbei zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt in einem Schnitt den zusammengesetzten Wandhalter, wie er nach einer Montage aussehen würde. Der Wandhalter enthält einen Sockel 1, der mit einer Platte 2 versehen ist. Die Platte 2 enthält zwei Schraubenlöcher 3, durch die der Sockel mit Schrauben an einer Wand angeschraubt werden kann. In seinem mittleren Bereich zwischen den beiden Schraubenlöchern 3 enthält der Sockel einen Zylinder 4, der in seinem Inneren eine Aufnahme 5 für einen Einsatz 6 bildet. Die Aufnahme 5 weist angenähert Zylinderform auf, erweitert sich in ihrem Durchmesser aber von der zur Wand gerichteten Fläche 7 in Richtung auf die der Wand abgewandte Vorderseite 8.
Der Einsatz 6, siehe auch Figur 3, ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ein getrenntes Bauteil in Form eines zylindrischen hohlen Zapfens. Auch hier weicht die Form ganz leicht von der Zylinderform ab, so dass sich sein Durchmesser in Richtung auf das Ende, mit dem er in die Aufnahme 5 eingesetzt wird, etwas verringert.
Der Einsatz weist an seiner Außenseite 9 eine Anbringungseinrichtung 10 zur Anbringung des Sanitärgegenstands auf, der an der Wand befestigt werden soll. Die Anbringungseinrichtung 10 besteht im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einer Schraube 11, die durch eine Querwand 12 mit einer Bohrung 13 hindurchgesteckt ist. Der Schraubenkopf 14 liegt im Innern des Einsatzes 6 und kann nur dann betätigt werden, wenn der Einsatz 6 nicht in der Aufnahme 5 steckt.
Zur lagerichtigen Orientierung des zu befestigenden Gegenstandes ist in der Stirnseite 9 des Einsatzes 6 parallel zu der Schraube 11 ein Zapfen 15 eingesetzt.
Der Einsatz 6 weist im Bereich seines in das Innere der Aufnahme 5 gerichteten Endes 16 zwei diametral verlaufende Bohrungen 17, 18 auf, von denen die eine Bohrung 18 einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als die andere Bohrung 17. Durch die Bohrung 18 mit dem größeren Durchmesser wird ein Riegel 19 eingesetzt, siehe Figur 5. Dieser weist die Form eines zylindrischen Bolzens mit einem im Durchmesser verbreiterten flachen Kopf 20 auf. Die dem Kopf 20 abgewandte Vorderseite 21 weist einen etwas verringerten Durchmesser auf. In der Vorderfläche 22 ist eine Vertiefung 23 eingebracht.
Wenn der Riegel 19 durch die Bohrung 18 eingesetzt ist, bis die Unterseite seines Kopfes 20 auf der Innnenseite des Ansatzes 6 aufliegt, greift der Schaft des Riegels 19 durch die Öffnung 17 hindurch. In diesem Zustand wird dann das in Figur 1 zu sehende Federelement 24 eingeschoben, das als durch einen Boden 25 abgeschlossene einstückige Hülse aus gummiartigem Material ausgebildet ist. Dieses Federelement 24 hält den Riegel 19 radial nach außen beaufschlagt, siehe Figur 1.
An der äußeren Stirnseite 9 des Einsatzes 6 wird eine Abdeckkappe 26 angebracht, die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie mit ihrem Außenrand den Außenrand des Sockels umgibt. Die Befestigung kann beispielsweise durch eine Verklemmung zwischen der Stirnseite 9 des Einsatzes 6 und dem mit Hilfe der Schraube 11 angeschraubten Gegenstand erfolgen.
Anschließend wird der Einsatz 6 mit dem eingesetzten und federbeaufschlagten Riegel 19 so orientiert, dass der aus der Öffnung 17 herausragende Riegel 19 einer Längsnut 27 gegenüberliegt, die in Figur 2 oben und in Figur 1 unten angeordnet ist. Die Längsnut 27 ist so geformt, dass sie von der Vorderseite 8 des Sockels ausgehend eine in Richtung auf die Wandseite 7 abnehmende Tiefe aufweist. Die Längsnut 27 erstreckt sich aber bis zu einer Öffnung 28 in der Wand des die Aufnahme 5 bildenden Zylinders 4. Nur in der beschriebenen Orientierung kann der Einsatz in die Aufnahme 5 des Sockels 1 eingeschoben werden. Beim Einschieben wird auf Grund der Schrägfläche des Bodens der Nut 27 der Riegel 19 gegen die Kraft des Federelements 24 radial in das Innere des Einsatzes 6 eingeschoben, bis er die Stelle der Öffnung 28 erreicht. In dieser Position fluchtet die rückseitige Stirnseite 16 des Einsatzes 6 mit der Fläche 7 des Sockels. Der Riegel wird in die Öffnung 28 eingeschoben, und der Einsatz 6 ist verriegelt.
Zum Lösen der Verriegelung muss durch ein Loch 29 in der Kappe 26 der Riegel 19 nach innen verschoben werden. Dies kann mit einem längeren Stift gemacht werden. Dieser Stift kann in die Vertiefung 23 der Stirnseite 22 des Riegels 19 eingesetzt werden, um ein Abrutschen zu verhindern. Die Öffnung 29 kann so klein gemacht werden, dass sie praktisch nicht auffällt.

Claims (12)

  1. Wandhalter für einen Sanitärgegenstand, mit
    1.1 einem an einer Wand anzubringenden Sockel (2), der
    1.1.1 eine von der Wand weggerichtete Aufnahme (5) aufweist,
    1.2 einem Einsatz (6), der
    1.2.1. in die Aufnahme (5) einsetzbar ist, sowie mit
    1.3 einer Festlegeeinrichtung (19) zum Festlegen des Einsatzes (6) in der Aufnahme (5) des Sockels (1).
  2. Wandhalter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Einsatz (6) ein Anbringungsmittel (10) aufweist, das nur bei nicht in die Aufnahme (5) eingesetztem Einsatz (6) betätigbar ist.
  3. Wandhalter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Einsatz (6) ein Teil des zu befestigenden Sanitärgegenstands ist.
  4. Wandhalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Festlegeeinrichtung einen Kraftschluss zwischen der Aufnahme (5) und dem Einsatz (6) aufweist.
  5. Wandhalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Festlegeeinrichtung einen Formschluss zwischen der Aufnahme (5) und dem Ansatz (6) aufweist.
  6. Wandhalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Festlegeeinrichtung beim Einsetzen des Einsatzes (6) in die Aufnahme (5) des Sockels (1) überwunden wird.
  7. Wandhalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Festlegeeinrichtung einen Riegel (19) aufweist, der quer zur Einsetzrichtung wirkt.
  8. Wandhalter nach Anspruch 7, bei dem der Riegel (19) in Sperrstellung federbeaufschlagt ist.
  9. Wandhalter nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Feder (24) eine Druckfeder ist.
  10. Wandhalter nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, bei dem die Feder (24) einen Gummipuffer aufweist.
  11. Wandhalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Sockel (1) durch eine Kappe (26) abdeckbar ist.
  12. Wandhalter nach Anspruch 11, bei dem die Kappe (26) zwischen dem Einsatz (6) und dem zu befestigenden Sanitärgegenstand festgelegt ist.
