Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock with a reversible latch, the tail of the trap with one in the lock case guided trap end piece by means of a in a predetermined trap position by actuating one of externally accessible handle in the trap entry position coupling piece that can be moved into a release position connected is.
- a castle of the type in question is known from EP 0 735 220 A1, which is guided in the lock housing Trap end piece in a cross to the direction of displacement the trap-like shaft the slide-like Coupling takes up. This is with a side Provide recess so that when moved back Trap a handling-side driver in the composite position can be brought to the coupling piece.
- a handling-side driver in the composite position can be brought to the coupling piece.
- By relocating the handle designed as a slide is a parallel entrainment possible of the coupling piece, which is the latter Remove and reinsert the trap in reverse Position allowed.
- the text in this EP application stated that it is also possible in the advanced Fall position the coupling piece in the release position bring to.
- the invention has for its object a generic Lock designed so that the trap change is particularly easy to perform.
- a generic lock is created with a view to turning the trap of increased utility value.
- the handle is relocated and uncoupled from the latch tail in the pre-positioned latch position.
- the first projection of the handle acts on the coupling piece, while the second projection engages behind the latch end piece and blocks it against shifting back.
- the handle can be pulled forward, turned 180 ° and then reinserted using the handle on the latch head projecting over the faceplate. Should the coupling piece be slightly inhibiting in the way of the trap tail, the trap end piece is nevertheless held in its locked position, so that after overcoming the obstacle the trap tail can be brought effectively to the coupling piece in the catching position.
- the angle leg forming the projections runs parallel to the direction of displacement of the trap and thus allows the coupling piece and the trap end piece to cooperate favorably.
- the other angled leg which closes the contour of the lock housing, is easy to grasp and can be pivoted out of the area of the rear wall of the lock housing. After the relocation has been carried out and the trap has been turned, the handle returns to its starting position.
- the coupling piece is a leaf spring bent in an angular shape, one angular section of which lies in the edge support opposite the first projection and the other angular section of which has a push-through opening for the trap tail which is circular in cross section.
- the coupling piece combines both, namely to serve as a blocking and as a cushion.
- the edge support of the one angled section causes the other angled section, which forms a push-through opening, to come into positive engagement with the trap tail.
- the coupling piece Only when one angular section is acted upon by the first projection of the handle is the coupling piece shifted such that the push-through opening of the other angular section clears the way for the trap tail, which is circular in cross section. It is favorable in terms of control technology that the first projection acts approximately on the apex region of the angle leaf spring. Technological advantages result from the fact that the handle is mounted around an axis formed by a housing corner piece.
- Handle and corner piece of the housing can accordingly be defined as a structural unit on the lock housing.
- Technological advantages result from the fact that the latch end piece slides with an extension on the corner piece of the housing.
- the first projection sits in a position close to the swivel joint.
- an advantageous feature is that the second projection is more distant from the hinge than the first and is assigned to a different plane.
- the one shown, designated as a whole by the number 1 Castle has an elongated faceplate 2 with this attached lock base 3, parallel to which a castle ceiling that covers the castle furnishings 4 extends.
- Part of the castle interior is one in the upper one Area of the lock housing guided, the faceplate 2 penetrating Trap 5. Below it is in the lock housing a bolt 6 out. Whose bolt head 6 'passes through the faceplate 2 and sits in a castle inward Tie tail 6 '' away.
- the latch 6 is by means of an unillustrated into an installation opening 7 insertable lock cylinders lockable. The said installation opening 7 is located below the bolt tail 6 ''.
- the lock cylinder reaches through with a radial gap 8 provided ring gear 9. Der Radial gap is in when the locking cylinder is inserted Bring aligned position with the installation opening 7.
- Means of the ring gear 9 is a reduction gear 10 drivable, which for relocating a cuff adjacent Espagnolette connecting slide 11 is used.
- a reduction gear 10 drivable which for relocating a cuff adjacent Espagnolette connecting slide 11 is used.
- the bolt is in the locked position 6 pre-closed. This is state of the art, so that this is not discussed in more detail.
- a follower 12 is mounted in the lock base 3 and lock cover 4, which in turn can be rotated by means of a door handle 13 illustrated in phantom.
- the follower nut 12 guides a latch engagement lever 14.
- the lower end of the lever is articulated via a hinge pin 15 to a downward-changing lever 16, the lower, free end of which cooperates with a stop shoulder 17 of the ring gear 9.
- the upper end of the latch engaging lever 14 engages over a latch end piece 18 and forms a vertically running elongated hole 19 into which a coupling pin 20 of the latch end piece 18 projects.
- the stop shoulder 17 acts on the lower end of the change lever 16. This rises in the upward direction and thereby rotates the latch attack lever 14 around the bearing surface formed by the follower 12. Accordingly, the latch end piece 18 is displaced by the slot / pin connection 19, 20 and the latch 5 is pulled in the direction of the lock.
- the trap 5 has one with a sloping trap equipped trap head 5 ', which with a pin-like trap tail 5 '' is connected.
- the Trap tail 5 '' continues under training a stop step 22 'in a stepped End 22 circular cross section. End of the same there is an annular groove 23.
- the one beyond the annular groove 23 remaining end portion of the end 22 is one Truncated cone 24 formed, the base of the annular groove 23rd turned towards.
- the trap tail occurs 5 '' in a diameter-adapted bore 25 of the trap end piece 18 in such a way that the head surface of the Truncated cone 24 flush with the back of the trap end 18 completes.
- the insertion movement is included limited by the stop step 22 ', which is the trap end piece 18 acted upon.
- a nut arm 26 of the follower nut 19 engages in a corner recess of the latch end piece 18 facing the face plate 2.
- a leg 27 'of a case spring 27 designed as a torsion spring acts on the case end piece 18 and shifts it into a stop-limited advance position.
- the latch end piece 18 is guided by a web strip 28 of the lock base 3 which extends in the latch displacement direction.
- the latch spring 27 is plugged onto a pin projection 30 which is made of the same material as the housing corner piece 29 .
- An axis 32 for mounting a handle 33 designed as a lever arm and pivoting out of the lock rear wall arises from the broad surface of the housing corner piece 29 facing the housing base 4.
- the one angle leg 34 runs parallel to the latch displacement direction and above the latch end piece 18, while the other angle leg 35 includes one represents the contour of the lock housing, obtuse-angled handle. Its end is provided with a corrugation 36 in order to achieve good grip.
- the handle 33 interacts with a coupling piece 37 incorporated into the trap end piece 18.
- a coupling piece 37 incorporated into the trap end piece 18.
- it is a leaf spring bent in an angular shape.
- One of its angular sections 38 is in edge contact with a narrow upper support bar 39 of the trap end piece 18.
- the support bar 39 extends transversely to the direction of the latch displacement and transversely to the lock base 3 and lock cover 4. Then the support bar 39 is located on the side of the axis facing the latch head 5 ' 32.
- an evasive space 40 remains below the angled section 38, which extends on the falling side with a shaft 41 standing at right angles to it. The latter crosses the bore 25 of the trap end piece 18.
- the other angle section 42 projects into this shaft 41.
- first one Projection 45 which is at the top of the angled section 38 rests and thus the handle 33 in the clockwise direction supports.

Abstract
Description
