Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von ein-, zwei- oder dreibasigen Treibladungspulvern für Rohrwaffenmunition, wobei an sich bekannte ein-, zwei- oder dreibasige Treibladungspulver, die folgende Bestandteile als Energieträger enthalten: Nitrocellulose, Salpetersäureester, Alkylnitratoethylnitramine, Nitroguanidin, Hexogen, Oktogen 3-Nitro-1,2,4-Triazol-5-on (NTO), Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitan (CL20) oder Mischungen derartiger Pulver, mit Hilfe phlegmatisierender Stoffe oberflächenbehandelt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächenbehandlung des jeweiligen Treibladungspulvers mit Hilfe inerter oder energetischer Polymere bzw. mit Hilfe energetischer monomerer Weichmacher oder mit Hilfe von Mischungen aus beiden Komponenten vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Polymere inerte oder energetische Polyester, Polyether, Polyurethane, Polyharnstoffe, Polybutadiene oder Polyamide verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als energetische Polymere Poly-3-nitratomethyl-3-methyloxetan (PolyNIMMO), Polyglyzidylnitrat /Poly-Glyn) oder Polyglyzidylazid (GAP) verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als energetische Weichmacher Alkylnitratoethylnitramine (Methyl-NENA, Ethyl-NENA, Butyl-NENA) und Salpetersäureester (Nitroglycerin, Diethylglykoldinitrat, Triethylenglykoldinitrat, Butantrioltrinitrat, Methrioltrinitrat) und Bis (2.2-Dinitropropyl) Acetal-Formal (BDNPA-F) Dinitrodiazealkane bzw. Mischungen dieser Substanzen verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächenbehandlungsmittel in Lösung oder als Emulsion durch Aufsprühen in einer rotierenden Trommel oder Inkubation in einer Imprägnierlösung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei gemeinsamer Verwendung der polymeren Bestandteile und der monomeren energetischen Weichmacher die Oberflächenbehandlung sowohl durch Aufbringen einer Mischung beider Komponenten oder durch eine zweistufige Behandlung nacheinander aufgebracht werden.
