Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Bügeltisch mit einer auf einem Standgestell angeordneten Bügelfläche, wobei diese Bügelfläche wenigstens eine Hauptbügelfläche und wenigstens eine an dieser Hauptbügelfläche lösbar anbringbare Erweiterungsbügelfläche umfasst und die Erweiterungsbügelfläche durch ein Erweiterungsmodul gebildet wird, das an der Hauptbügelfläche des Bügeltischs vorzugsweise durch eine Steckverbindung lösbar anbringbar ist, wobei die Hauptbügelfläche des Bügeltischs an wenigstens einer Querseite im wesentlichen geradlinig abschließt.
Der herkömmliche Bügeltisch hat eine Bügelfläche die in ihrer Form und in ihrer Größe festliegt. Da die Anforderungen an die Bügelfläche des Bügeltisches beim Bügeln der verschiedensten Kleidungsstücke unterschiedlich sind, ist eine solche in der Größe und Form festliegende starre Bügelfläche oft nachteilig.
Aus der US-A 2 657 485 ist ein Bügeltisch mit erweiterbarer Hauptbügelfläche der eingangs genannten Art bekannt geworden, bei dem die Hauptbügelfläche allerdings an der Längsseite über ein mittels einer Steckverbindung lösbar anbringbares Erweiterungsmodul erweiterbar ist. Bei einer solchen Erweiterung wird die Bügelfläche des Bügeltischs verbreitert, nicht aber verlängert. Die Form des Erweiterungsmoduls ist außerdem rechteckig und damit nicht an die Form bestimmter Kleidungsstücke angepasst, um deren bügeln zu erleichtern.
Aus der US-A-5 016 367 ist ein weiterer Bügeltisch mit erweiterbarer Bügelfläche bekannt, bei dem Erweiterungsmodule mit relativ kleiner Fläche um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar an der Hauptbügelfläche des Bügeltischs angebracht sind. Diese schmalen Erweiterungsmodule eignen sich in erster Linie für das Bügeln von Hosenbeinen oder Ärmeln von Hemden. Eine Erweiterung der Bügelfläche über die Querseite hinaus ist nicht vorgesehen ebenso wenig wie eine Verlängerung des Bügeltischs durch im Umriss unterschiedlich geformte Erweiterungsmodule, die bei Bedarf an die Hauptbügelfläche ansteckbar sind.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, einen Bügeltisch der eingangs genannten Gattung zur Verfügung zu stellen, der ausgehend von einer Hauptbügelfläche mit einfacher Standardform eine einfach montierbare Verlängerung über eine Querseite hinaus zur Gestaltung von erweiterten Bügelflächen mit variierender Umrissform und spezifischer Eignung zum Bügeln bestimmter Kleidungsstücke ermöglicht.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe liefert ein Bügeltisch der eingangs genannten Gattung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Hauptanspruchs.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher der Grundgedanke zugrunde, die Bügelfläche in ihrer Form und Größe variabel zu gestalten und zwar derart, dass man von einer Hauptbügelfläche ausgeht und diese durch eine oder mehrere gegebenenfalls an verschiedenen Stellen lösbar anbringbare Erweiterungsbügelflächen in ihrer Größe erweiterbar und in ihrer Form variabel gestaltet. Um eine technisch akzeptable Lösung zu erhalten versieht man einen Bügeltisch, der ein herkömmliches Standgestell aufweisen kann, auf dem die Bügelfläche ruht, mit einer Hauptbügelfläche, die eine standardisierte Form und Größe aufweist und die dann vorzugsweise durch sogenannte Erweiterungsmodule erweiterbar ist. Diese Erweiterungsmodule sind an der Hauptbügelfläche lösbar anbringbar, vorzugsweise über eine Steckverbindung. Die Erweiterungsmodule liefern dann eine Erweiterungsbügelfläche, die zusammen mit der Hauptbügelfläche eine veränderliche Gesamtbügelfläche ergibt, die variabel ist je nachdem wie die durch das Erweiterungsmodul geschaffene Erweiterungsbügelfläche geformt ist, wie groß diese Erweiterungsbügelfläche ist und wieviele der Erweiterungsmodule verwendet werden.
Gemäß der Erfindung wird eine Hauptbügelfläche verwendet, die an wenigstens einer Querseite im wesentlichen geradlinig abschließt und das oder die Erweiterungsmodule weisen wenigstens an einer Seite eine Begrenzungskante auf, die der Länge der Querseite der Hauptbügelfläche entspricht, so dass das Erweiterungsmodul somit die Hauptbügelfläche über die Querseite hinaus in Längsrichtung des Bügeltisches verlängert. Weiterhin ist die Hauptbügelfläche vorzugsweise so geschaffen, dass sie an einer oder an beiden Seiten in Längsrichtung (d.h. an der Querseite) durch Erweiterungsmodule verlängerbar ist.
Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, dass Erweiterungsmodule zur Verfügung stehen, die die unterschiedlichste Grundrißform aufweisen, so dass durch Austauschen der Erweiterungsmodule der Benutzer die Form der Gesamtbügelfläche im Bereich der Erweiterungsfläche sehr variabel gestalten kann. Beispielsweise kann die Erweiterungsfläche des Erweiterungsmoduls in etwa eine Trapezform aufweisen, wobei die breitere Begrenzungskante der trapezförmigen Fläche bei montiertem Erweiterungsmodul der Hauptbügelfläche zugewandt ist.
Eine weitere alternative Ausführungsform sieht vor, dass das Erweiterungsmodul an der der Hauptbügelfläche zugewandten Begrenzungskante geradlinig verläuft und im übrigen eine gekrümmte Umrißlinie aufweist. Diese gekrümmte Umrißlinie kann gemäß einer Variante rein konvex gekrümmt sein. Eine weitere Variante sieht vor, dass das Erweiterungsmodul eine teilweise konvex und konkav gekrümmte Umrißlinie aufweist. Weiterhin ist vorzugsweise gemäß einer Variante der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass das Erweiterungsmodul sich zu der von der Hauptbügelfläche abgewandten Seite hin verschmälert. Dies kann sowohl für ein trapezförmiges Erweiterungsmodul als auch für ein solches mit gekrümmter Umrißlinie gelten. Ist die Umrißlinie teilweise konvex und teilweise konkav, dann erhält das Erweiterungsmodul endseitig eine etwas abgerundete Spitze.
Der Anbau des Erweiterungsmoduls an die Hauptbügelfläche erfolgt vorzugsweise über an dem Erweiterungsmodul angeformte Steckfortsätze, die in vorzugsweise rohrförmige Aufnahmen an der Hauptbügelfläche des Bügeltisches einschiebbar sind. Beispielsweise werden die rohrförmigen Aufnahmen durch ein Rahmenrohr der Hauptbügelfläche des Bügeltisches gebildet oder die rohrförmigen Aufnahmen können unterseitig an einem Rahmenrohr der Hauptbügelfläche angebracht sein.
Eine weitere alternative Ausführungsform sieht vor, daß die Erweiterungsmodule mit Hilfe von Überwurfclips an die Hauptbügelfläche des Bügeltischs montierbar sind, d.h. vorzugsweise anklemmbar sind. Diese Überwurfclips können beispielsweise bei einer konkreten Ausgestaltungsform vorzugsweise angeformte Befestigungselemente, z.B. Federnasen aufweisen, die dann Teile der Hauptbügelfläche und des Erweiterungsmoduls übergreifen und diese durch Klemmverbindungen verbinden.
Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, daß das Erweiterungsmodul nicht nur eine Erweiterung der Bügelfläche schafft, sondern daß dieses auch eine weitere Funktion innehat, wobei es sich vorzugsweise um eine solche Funktion handelt, die auch bei herkömmlichen Bügeltischen bereits durch endseitig am Bügeltisch angebaute Zusatzteile erfüllt wird, wobei diese Zusatzteile jedoch bei den bekannten Bügeltischen am Bügeltisch fest angebracht sind. Der Gedanke der Erfindung besteht also darin, das Erweiterungsmodul, das eine Zusatzfunktion schafft, am Bügeltisch lösbar anbringbar auszubilden, dadurch kann der Benutzer das Erweiterungsmodul abnehmen, wenn es nicht gebraucht wird. Er hat weiterhin die Möglichkeit, bei Bedarf dort wo sich sonst ein Erweiterungsmodul befindet nach dessen Demontage ein Erweiterungsmodul mit einer anderen Funktion zu montieren oder aber statt des vorhergehenden Erweiterungsmoduls ein solches zu montieren, das eine Erweiterungsbügelfläche schafft, wie es eingangs beschrieben wurde.
Zusatzfunktionen, die ein Erweiterungsmodul liefern kann, sind z.B. eine Abstellmöglichkeit für ein Bügeleisen, wenn das Erweiterungsmodul eine sogenannte Parkmulde aufweist. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann das Erweiterungsmodul eine Ablagefläche aus Blech und/oder aus Draht aufweisen für diverse Gegenstände, z.B. für Wäsche. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann das Erweiterungsmodul auch als Wäschekorbablage ausgebildet sein, so daß man dort einen Wäschekorb abstellen kann, in den die Wäsche abgelegt wird oder aus dem zu bügelnde Wäsche entnommen wird.
Gemäß der Erfindung ist es also auch möglich, an eine im Grundriß standardisierte, z.B. rechteckige Hauptbügelfläche an der einen Querseite ein Erweiterungsmodul mit einer Erweiterungsbügelfläche zu montieren und an der anderen Querseite, d.h. am anderen Ende der Bügelfläche ein Erweiterungsmodul mit einer Zusatzfunktion im vorgenannten Sinne zu montieren. Durch Abnehmen und Austauschen gegen andere Erweiterungsmodule ist der Bügeltisch vielseitig veränderbar.
Die in den Unteransprüchen genannten Merkmale betreffen bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung. Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Detailbeschreibung.
Nachfolgend wird die vorliegende Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen

Zunächst wird auf Fig. 1 Bezug genommen. Die Darstellung zeigt schematisch vereinfacht einen Bügeltisch mit einer Hauptbügelfläche 4, die beispielsweise im Grundriß rechteckig sein kann und an die an beiden Querseiten ein Erweiterungsmodul 11 anbaubar ist, beispielsweise ein solches mit einem trapezförmigen Grundriß wie es in Fig. 1 beispielhaft dargestellt ist. Die Begrenzungskante 30 dieses Erweiterungsmoduls 11 hat vorzugsweise die gleiche Länge wie die Querseite 20 der Hauptbügelfläche 10. Die Anbringung des Erweiterungsmoduls 11 kann beispielsweise nach Art einer Steckverbindung über angeformte Steckfortsätze 33 vorgenommen werden, wie dies in Fig. 9 gezeigt wird. Dies wird später noch genauer erläutert.
In den Fig. 2 bis 8 sind weitere alternative Möglichkeiten für Erweiterungsmodule gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt. Diese können die unterschiedlichsten Grundrißformen haben. Beispielsweise ist in Fig. 2 ein Erweiterungsmodul 12 dargestellt, welches an der der Hauptbügelfläche 10 zugewandten Begrenzungskante 30 geradlinig verläuft und im übrigen eine gekrümmte Umrißlinie 31 aufweist. Ein ähnliches, aber in der gekrümmten Linie etwas anders geformtes Erweiterungsmodul 12, ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt.
Ein weiteres Erweiterungsmodul 13 zeigt Fig. 4. Dieses ist in seiner Umrißlinie 32 anders als die Ausführungsformen gemäß den Fig. 2 und 3 teilweise konvex und teilweise konkav gekrümmt, so daß sich eine geschwungene Umrißlinie ergibt und das Erweiterungsmodul zu der der Hauptbügelfläche 10 abgewandten Seite hin sich verschmälert und nach Art einer abgerundeten Spitze dort ausläuft. Die Grundrißform des jeweiligen Erweiterungsmoduls 11, 12, 13 ist angepaßt an das jeweilige zu bügelnde Wäschestück, wodurch der Bügelvorgang erleichtert wird.
Die Fig. 5 bis 8 zeigen weitere mögliche Erweiterungsmodule zum Anbau an die Hauptbügelfläche 10, entweder links oder rechts an die Querseite 20 der Hauptbügelfläche 10 sich in Verlängerung anschließend und in den Außenabmessungen im allgemeinen der Breite der Hauptbügelfläche 10 etwa entsprechend dimensioniert. Anders als bei den vorherigen Beispielen gemäß den Fig. 2 bis 4 handelt es sich bei den Erweiterungsmodulen in den Fig. 5 bis 8 um solche, die eine zusätzliche Funktion mit sich bringen, um dadurch dem Benutzer des Bügeltischs einen höheren Bedienungskomfort zu liefern. Dabei sind diese Erweiterungsmodule in ähnlicher Weise wie vorher beschrieben bei den Erweiterungsmodulen für die Vergrößerung der Bügelfläche beispielsweise über Steckfortsätze 33 an der Hauptbügelfläche 10 anbringbar. Es handelt sich in der Regel um Erweiterungsmodule für zusätzliche Funktionen, die der Benutzer des Bügeltisches nicht immer benötigt, so daß die Abnehmbarkeit von Vorteil ist. Fig. 5 zeigt eine sogenannte Parkmulde 22 für die Ablage eines heißen Bügeleisens. Das Erweiterungsmodul als ganzes ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 21 bezeichnet.
In Fig. 6 ist ein Erweiterungsmodul 23 dargestellt, welches eine Ablagefläche 24 aufweist sowie zusätzlich eine Ablage 26 aus Draht. Beispielsweise kann man Wäsche auf die Ablagefläche 24 auflegen, wobei diese Blechablage 24 Belüftungsöffnungen 27 aufweisen kann.
Alternativ dazu kann auch eine Wäscheablage 28 als einfache Drahtablage ausgebildet sein, wie es in Fig. 8 dargestellt ist. Es handelt sich um einen etwa U-förmigen Drahtbügel mit querverlaufenden Stäben.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine weitere Alternative eines Erweiterungsmoduls 25, das als Wäschekorbablage ausgebildet ist, so daß man dort einen Wäschekorb 29 abstellen kann. Die Wäschekorbablage besteht aus zwei zweifach abgewinkelten Streben 35, wobei man auf dem tiefer liegenden Teil den Wäschekorb 29 abstellt und gegebenenfalls eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, um den Wäschekorb 29 an der Wäschekorbablage 25 festzulegen.
Verschiedene mögliche Befestigungsarten für die Erweiterungsmodule sind in den Fig. 9 bis 11 dargestellt. Fig. 9 zeigt eine erste mögliche Alternative, bei der an dem Erweiterungsmodul 11 zwei Steckfortsätze 33 angeformt sind, die in eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende rohrförmige Aufnahme 34 der Hauptbügelfläche des Bügeltisches einschiebbar ist. Solche Steckfortsätze 33 befinden sich an beiden Seiten. Ein Rahmenrohr, das als rohrförmige Aufnahme 34 dienen kann, ist in der Regel ohnehin an der Hauptbügelfläche 10 des Bügeltischs vorhanden.
Eine weitere alternative Variante der Befestigung zeigt Fig. 10. Dort sind wiederum entsprechend Steckfortsätze 33 an dem Erweiterungsmodul 11 angeformt. An der Hauptbügelfläche 10 sind kürzere stutzenartige rohrförmige Aufnahmen 34a unterseitig an einem Rahmenrohr 35 angebracht, in die die Steckfortsätze 33 eingesteckt werden können, so daß sich dann praktisch das Erweiterungsmodul 11, insbesondere wenn es sich um eine Erweiterung der Bügelfläche handelt, bündig an die Hauptbügelfläche 10 anschließen kann.
Fig. 11 zeigt eine weitere alternative Befestigungsmethode für ein Erweiterungsmodul 11 für die Bügelfläche. Wie man sieht, sind dort Überwurfclips 40 vorgesehen, die Teile aufweisen, beispielsweise Federnasen 41, die sowohl an Teilen der Hauptbügelfläche 10, zum Beispiel an einem Rahmenrohr oder an einer Strebe als auch an Teilen des Erweiterungsmoduls 11, beispielsweise einer entsprechenden rohrförmigen Strebe oder dergleichen anklemmbar sind, indem sie letztere Streben jeweils übergreifen oder untergreifen, so daß sich eine Art Rastverbindung ergibt, die Hauptbügelfläche 10 und Erweiterungsmodul 11 zusammenhält. Selbstverständlich sind auch weitere Befestigungsmöglichkeiten denkbar, wobei einfache lösbare Befestigungseinrichtungen, die werkzeuglos montierbar sind, bevorzugt sind.

Claims (11)

  1. Bügeltisch mit einer auf einem Standgestell angeordneten Bügelfläche, wobei diese Bügelfläche wenigstens eine Hauptbügelfläche (10) und wenigstens eine an dieser Hauptbügelfläche (10) lösbar anbringbare Erweiterungsbügelfläche (11, 12, 13) umfasst und die Erweiterungsbügelfläche durch ein Erweiterungsmodul (11, 12, 13) gebildet wird, das an der Hauptbügelfläche (10) des Bügeltischs vorzugsweise durch eine Steckverbindung lösbar anbringbar ist, wobei die Hauptbügelfläche (10) des Bügeltischs an wenigstens einer Querseite (20) im wesentlichen geradlinig abschließt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erweiterungsmodul die Hauptbügelfläche (10) über die Querseite (20) hinaus in Längsrichtung des Bügeltischs verlängert und wenigstens an einer Seite eine Begrenzungskante (30) aufweist, die der Länge der Querseite (20) der Hauptbügelfläche (10) entspricht,
    und dass alternative Erweiterungsmodule mit unterschiedlichen Grundrissformen vorgesehen sind, wobei die Erweiterungsfläche eines Erweiterungsmoduls (11) in etwa eine Trapezform aufweist, wobei die breitere Begrenzungskante (30) der trapezförmigen Fläche beim montierten Erweiterungsmodul der Hauptfläche (10) zugewandt ist,
    und dass ein alternatives Erweiterungsmodul (12) vorgesehen ist, welches an der der Hauptbügelfläche (10) zugewandten Begrenzungskante (30) geradlinig verläuft und im übrigen eine gekrümmte Umrisslinie (31) aufweist.
  2. Bügeltisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptbügelfläche (10) an einer oder an beiden Seiten in Langsrichtung durch Erweiterungsmodule (11, 12, 13) verlängerbar ist.
  3. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erweiterungsmodul (13) eine teilweise konvex und teilweise konkav gekrümmte Umrißlinie (32) aufweist.
  4. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erweiterungsmodul sich zu der von der Hauptbügelfläche (10) abgewandten Seite hin verschmälert.
  5. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erweiterungsmodul (11, 12, 13) angeformte Steckfortsätze (33) aufweist, die in vorzugsweise rohrförmige Aufnahmen (34) an der Hauptbügelfläche (10) des Bügeltischs einschiebbar sind.
  6. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rohrförmigen Aufnahmen (34) durch ein Rahmenrohr der Hauptbügelfläche (10) des Bügeltischs gebildet sind oder dass die rohrförmigen Aufnahmen (34a) unterseitig an einem Rahmenrohr (35) der Hauptbügelfläche (10) angebracht sind.
  7. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erweiterungsmodule (11, 12, 13) mit Hilfe von Überwurfclips (40) an die Hauptbügelfläche (10) des Bügeltischs montierbar sind.
  8. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfclips (40) angeformte Befestigungselemente, vorzugsweise Federnasen (41) aufweisen, die Teile der Hauptbügelfläche (10) und des Erweiterungsmoduls (11, 12, 13) übergreifen und diese durch Klemmverbindung verbinden.
  9. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Erweiterungsmodul (21) eine Parkmulde (22) für ein Bügeleisen aufweist.
  10. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Erweiterungsmodul (23) eine Ablagefläche (24) aus Blech und/oder aus Draht aufweist.
  11. Bügeltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Erweiterungsmodul (25) als Wäschekorbablage ausgebildet ist.
