Claims (16)
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit zur Brandbekämpfung, mit einer Pumpe zum Ansaugen von Wasser aus einem Wasserreservoir und zum Ausbringen des Löschwassers in einer bestimmten Durchflußmenge über eine Löschwasserleitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Löschwasserleitung (8) eine weitere druck- und durchflußmengengeregelte Druckleitung (7) abzweigt, in die ein Schaummittel-Zumischer (4) mit diesem nachgeschaltetem Verschäumungskanal (5) eingebunden ist und in die Druckleitung (7) vor dem Verschäumungskanal (5) eine an einen Kompressor (2) angeschlossene druckgeregelte Druckluftleitung (20) mündet.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die gleichzeitige Ausgabe von Löschwasser und Löschschaum zur Gewährleistung des erforderlichen Druckes für die Schaumerzeugung dem Wasserausgang (8a) in der Löschwasserleitung (8) ein Durchflußreduzierungselement (10) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Verschäumungskanal (5) Verwirbelungselemente (5a) eingebaut sind.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verwirbelungselemente (5a) aus am Umfang eines axial angeordneten Stabes angebrachten Scheiben bestehen.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Druckleitung (7) in Strömungsrichtung vor der Einmündung der Druckluftleitung (20) ein Rückschlagventil (17) eingebunden ist.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Schaummittel-Zumischer (4) ein Kugelventil (16) zur Einstellung der Durchflußmenge für Naß- oder Trockenschaum unmittelbar vorgeschaltet ist.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Druckleitung (7) in Strömungsrichtung vor dem Schaummmittel-Zumischer (4) eine Stauscheibe (13) zur Druckreduzierung und ein Wasserfilter (14) sowie ein Magnetventil (15) mit integrierter Druckreduzierung und Durchflußmengenbegrenzung eingebunden sind
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pumpe (1) in der Löschwasserleitung (8) unmittelbar ein Rückschlagventil (9) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (1) und der Kompressor (2) von einem als Verbrennungsmotor ausgebildeten gemeinsamen Motor (3) abgetrieben werden und der Motor (3) einen Abgasstrahler (3a) aufweist, der über die Pumpe (1) an die Saugleitung (6) angeschlossen ist, um in der Saugleitung (6) vorhandene Luft abzusaugen.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Druckleitung (7) in Strömungsrichtung nach der Pumpe (1) eine Venturidüse (12) integriert ist, deren Düsenteil und deren Diffusorteil in einen Kühlwasser-Kreislauf über den Kompressor (2) eingebunden sind.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckluftleitung (20) zur Erzeugung eines gleichmäßigen Luftstroms über einen Luftberuhigungskessel (21) geführt ist.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüch 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Druckluftleitung (20) über ein Druckregelventil (22) eine Druckluftaustragsleitung (24) zur Versorgung weiterer Druckluftverbraucher angeschlossen ist.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß deren wasserführende Bauteile an eine zentrale Entwässerung angeschlossen sind.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch ein zentrales Bedienpult, auf dem Taster zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Kompressors und des Schaummittel-Zumischers, zur Durchflußmengen- und Druckeinstellung für Wasser bzw. Druckluft zur Erzeugung einer bestimmten Schaumqualität bzw. zur Gewährleistung des Parallelbetriebes mit Löschwasser und Schaum, zum Freigeben oder Verschließen des Wasser- und/oder des Schaumausgangs und zum Starten des Verbrennungsmotors sowie entsprechende Druckanzeigevorrichtungen für den Luft- und Wasserdruck vorgesehen sind.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaummittel-Zumischer (4) als wasserhydraulisch betriebener Dosierkolbenzumischer mit Dosierstab (4a) ausgebildet ist.
- Mobile Pumpeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Funktions- und Steuerungsbauteile, einschließlich des Bedienpultes und einer Abdeckhaube, auf einem mit Traggriffen versehenen Schlitten angeordnet sind.
