Description
Claims (10)
- Schrämmaschine (2) mit rotierbar gelagerten Schneid- oder Schrämwerkzeugen (19), mit einer Laderampe und einem in Richtung zur Ortsbrust verlaufenden Förderer (4) für die Aufnahme und Abförderung des geschnittenen bzw. geschrämten Materiales, bei welcher die Schneid- oder Schrämwerkzeuge (19) an einem auf in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Führungen verschieblichen Schlitten gelagert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen von im Bereich der Raupenfahrwerke (1), vorzugsweise innerhalb des Raupenfahrwerksrahmens, mit einem Maschinenrahmen verbundenen Rohren oder Stangen gebildet sind, daß der Schlitten von Längsholmen (10) und einem Querträger (9) für die Lagerung der Schneid- oder Schrämwerkzeuge (19) gebildet ist und daß der Maschinenrahmen zumindest in seinem dem Querträger benachbarten vorderen Bereich als Kastenprofil (3) ausgebildet ist, in dessen lichter Weite der Abförderer (4) in Maschinenlängsrichtung verschieblich geführt ist.
- Schrämmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschinenrahmen an der der Ortsbrust abgewandten Seite des Querträgers (9) des Schlittens eine Montageplatte oder Montageholme (13) für die Anordnung von Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtungen (14) trägt.
- Schrämmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querträger (9) des verschieblichen Schlittens das Kastenprofil (3) des Maschinenrahmens portalartig umgreift.
- Schrämmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten die Führungen zumindest teilweise umgreifende Laschen (11) aufweist und über wenigstens ein am Maschinenrahmen abgestütztes hydraulisches Zylinderkolbenaggregat (7) in Maschinenlängsrichtung verschiebbar ist.
- Schrämmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Montageplatte bzw. die Montageholme (13) im wesentlichen parallel zum portalartigen Querträger (9) des Schlittens aufwärts erstreckt (erstrecken) und in der Seitenansicht einen Winkel kleiner oder gleich 90° mit der Maschinenlängsachse in Richtung zur Ortsbrust einschließt (einschließen).
- Schrämmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschinenrahmen außerhalb des Raupenfahrwerkes (1) Stützkonsolen (21) für Abstützstempel (22) aufweist.
- Schrämmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtungen (14) um eine im wesentlichen in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse (26) schwenkbar mit der Montageplatte oder den Montageholmen (13) verbunden sind.
- Schrämmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei auf einem gemeinsamen Träger V-förmig angeordnete Ankerbohr- und setzeinrichtungen (14) schwenkbar mit der Montageplatte oder den Montageholmen (13) des Maschinenrahmens verbunden sind, wobei die gemeinsame Schwenkachse (26) in Höhe einer unteren Schwenkachse (15) eines mehrteiligen Auslegerarmes (16) für Schrämwerkzeuge (19) an dem portalartigen Querträger (9) des Schlittens oder unter dieser Schwenkachse liegt.
- Schrämmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachsen (15,17) der Auslegerarme (16,18) im wesentlichen parallel zur Maschinenlängsachse und die Schwenkachse (26) der Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtung (14) zur Ortsbrust abwärts geneigt angeordnet sind.
- Schrämmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laderampe in Höhenrichtung schwenkbar mit dem in Maschinenlängsrichtung verschieblich antreibbaren Förderer (4) verbunden ist.
