Claims (12)
- Kalander für bahnförmige Materialien, wie Papier, mit einem Ständer und einem Walzenstapel, der eine Unterwalze, eine Oberwalze und mindestens eine dazwischen angeordnete Mittelwalze aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Mittelwalze (7, 9, 11; 109) zwecks Walzentrennung relativ zur Nachbarwalze in einer etwa senkrecht zur Stapelebene (13) verlaufenden Querrichtung verlagerbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterwalze (12) zwecks Walzentrennung in der Stapelebene (13) absenkbar und die unterste Mittelwalze (11) quer verlagerbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterwalze (12) durch eine Biegeeinstellwalze mit Mantelhub gebildet und der Absenkweg auf den Mantelhub beschränkt ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelebene (13) zur Horizontalen geneigt ist und die mindestens eine quer verlagerbare Mittelwalze (7, 9, 11) schräg nach unten aus der Stapelebene (13) bewegbar ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine quer verlagerbare Mittelwalze (7, 9, 11; 109) durch Hydrozylinder (32, 33, 34; 133) verlagerbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (16, 22, 28; 122) der mindestens einen quer verlagerbaren Mittelwalze (7, 9, 11; 109) von Hebeln (18, 23, 29; 123) getragen sind, die um Schwenkachsen (20, 24, 30) am Ständer (1) schwenkbar sind und daß die Lager (122) relativ zu den Hebeln (123) oder die Hebel (18, 23, 29) relativ zu den Schwenkachsen (20, 24, 30) oder die Schwenkachsen relativ zum Ständer durch die Hydrozylinder (32, 33, 34) verstellbar sind.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (122) mittels eines Schwenkgelenks (148) an den Hebeln (123) geführt sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine quer verlagerbare Mittelwalze (9, 11) eine harte Walze ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberwalze (5) durch eine Biegeeinstellwalze mit Mantelhub und ständerfestem Träger (14) gebildet ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberste Mittelwalze (6) ständerfest gelagert ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Mittelwalze (7 bis 11) von Hebeln (18, 29, 23, 26, 29) getragen ist, die um Schwenkachsen (20, 21, 24, 27, 29) am Ständer (1) schwenkbar sind und daß den Hebeln Anschläge (36 bis 40) zugeordnet sind, die die Absenkbewegung der Mittelwalze (7 bis 11) stoppen.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterste Mittelwalze (11) quer verlagerbar ist und daß die Unterwalze (12) ebenfalls quer verlagerbar ist, um einen einzigen Arbeitsnip (41) bei im übrigen geöffneten Walzennips (42 bis 47) zu bilden.
