Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Öffnen einer um eine horizontale Schwenkachse schwenkbaren Klappe einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie mit einem Befehlsgeber, gekennzeichnet durch eine Gasfeder-Auswerfer-Kombination, deren Gasfeder (8) mit ihren Enden klappen- und karosserieseitig an bezüglich der Schwenkachse (5) derart gewählten Stellen (10, 11) angelenkt ist, daß die Gasfeder (8) bei in Schließstellung und in einer teilgeöffneten Stellung befindlicher Klappe (2) auf diese ein Schließmoment, dagegen bei weiter geöffneter Klappe (2) ein diese in ihre voll geöffnete Stellung (2') schwenkendes Öffnungsmoment ausübt, während der Auswerfer (9) zum Schwenken der Klappe (2) nur etwas über die teilgeöffnete Stellung hinaus ausgelegt und ihm der Befehlsgeber (7) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befehlsgeber ein mechanischer Druckimpulsgeber am Fahrzeug, insbesondere an der Klappe (2), ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befehlsgeber ein tragbarer drahtloser Sender (7) ist.
