Claims (16)
- Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel mit einem rotierbaren, mittels eines Motors antreibbaren Schneidmesser (Kreismesser 3), einer Schneidgutauflage (Profil 1) sowie einer Anschlagplatte (2) für das Schneidgut, wobei die Schneidemaschine eine Schalteinheit (8) zum Ein- und Ausschalten der Schneidemaschine sowie eine Handhabe (9) umfaßt, die die Einstellung des Abstands der Anschlagplatte (2) von der Schneidebene des Schneidmessers (Kreismesser 3) erlaubt, um die Dicke des geschnittenen Schneidguts vorzugeben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (9) die Schalteinheit (8) umfaßt, mittels der die Schneidemaschine ein- bzw. ausgeschaltet werden kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (9) einen Verriegelungsschalter (7) umfaßt.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Verriegelungsschalter (7) die Anschlagplatte (2) gegenüber der Schneideebene des Schneidmessers (Kreismesser 3) festgelegt werden kann, insbesondere etwa in der Schneideebene.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Verriegelungsschalter (7) die Betätigung der Schalteinheit (8) verhindert werden kann, so daß die Schneidemaschine nicht eingeschaltet werden kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (9) auf der von der Schneidgutauflage (Profil 1) abgewandten Seite der Anschlagplatte (2) angebracht ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (9) einen Drehknopf (6) umfaßt, durch dessen Drehen der Abstand der Anschlagplatte (2) von der Schneidebene des Schneidmessers (Kreismesser 3) eingestellt werden kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Drehknopf (6) eine gewindeförmig ansteigende Kreisringfläche (10) vorgesehen ist, an der ein mit der Schneidgutauflage (Profil 1) verbundener Hebel anliegen kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalteinheit (8) ein vorzugsweise als Subminiaturschalter (22) ausgeführtes Schaltmittel (22) umfaßt.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltmittel (22) durch elektrische Zuführungen (25), die teilweise durch die als Profil (1) ausgeführte Schneidgutauflage geführt sind, mit dem Motor bzw. der Spannungsversorgung verbunden sind.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Schaltmittel (22) ein Auslösestift (21) vorgesehen ist, wobei bei in das Schaltmittel (22) hereingedrücktem Auslösestift (21) die Schneidemaschine eingeschaltet ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (9) ein Gehäuseteil (15) umfaßt, in dem das Schaltmittel (22) aufgenommen ist, und daß die Schalteinheit (8) einen Betätigungsabschnitt (17) umfaßt, wobei durch Druck von außen auf den Betätigungsabschnitt (17) der Betätigungsabschnitt (17) oder ein mit diesem verbundener Abschnitt (18) des Gehäuseteils (15) in dessen Inneres gedrückt werden kann, wodurch ein Teil (Federschenkel 20) der Schalteinheit (8) gegen den Auslösestift (21) gedrückt werden kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung des Betätigungsabschnitts (17) bzw. des mit ihm verbundenen Abschnitts (18) des Gehäuseteils (15) gegen die Kraft eines Federmittels (Federschenkel 19) erfolgt.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewindeförmig ansteigende Kreisringfläche (10) ein Verriegelungsloch (14) aufweist und daß der Verriegelungsschalter (7) einen Verriegelungsstift (12) umfaßt, wobei durch Verriegeln des Verriegelungsschalters (7) der Verriegelungsstift (12) in das Verriegelungsloch (14) eingeschoben werden kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsschalter (7) einen Verriegelungsstift (13) umfaßt, der durch Verriegeln des Verriegelungsstiftes (7) in eine Position an der der Innenseite des Gehäuseteils (15) zugewandten Seite des Betätigungsabschnitts (17) oder des mit dem Betätigungsschnitts (17) verbundenen Abschnitts (18) des Gehäuseteils (15) überführt wird, so daß kein Teil (Federschenkel 20) der Schalteinheit (8) gegen den Auslösestift (21) gedrückt werden kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsschalter (7) einen außerhalb des Gehäuseteils (15) angeordneten Abschnitt aufweist, durch dessen Bewegung der verriegelungsschalter (7) ver- bzw. entriegelt werden kann.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsabschnitt oder ein mit diesem verbundener Abschnitt (18) des Gehäuseteils (15) in einer Stellung verrastbar ist, in der von einem Teil (Federschenkel 19) der Schalteinheit (8) der Auslösestift (21) in das Schaltmittel (22) gedrückt wird.
