Claims (12)
- Knoten für ein Fachwerk, das gebäudeseitig einem Rahmenwerk aus Pfosten- und Riegeprofilen einer Fassaden- oder einer Lichtdachkonstruktion zugeordnet und mit dem Rahmenwerk verbunden ist, mit einem Tragstück und zwei ein- oder mehrteiligen Scheiben wobeia) das Tragstück (4, 23, 37, 85, 93)a1) zur Aufnahme und Festlegung und gegebenenfallsa2) Bildung von Führungsmitteln für die Zugelemente (30, 41, 48) vorgesehen,b) zwischen den zwei ein- oder mehrteiligen Scheiben angeordnet ist,c) und diese Bauteile eine geschlossene Oberfläche bilden, die ausschließlich durch Öffnungen für die Zugelemente oder für aus dem Knoten hervorragende Führungsmittel oder durch Aufnahmen (34) von Köpfen (33) der Schrauben zur Festlegung einer oder beider Scheiben unterbrochen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassd) das Tragstück (4) mehrere durch Wangen (14) begrenzte Aufnahmen (13) für ein Befestigungsauge eines Endes des Zugelementes aufweist, die Wangen (14) mit einer Querbohrung (15) für einen das Auge festlegenden Bolzen versehen sind und die das Tragstück (4) stimseitig abdeckenden Scheiben (16, 17) an den dem Tragstück (4) zugewandten Seiten Ansätze (18) aufweisen, die an den äußeren Wangenflächen anliegen und die Öffnungen der Querbohrung (15) abdecken. - Knoten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheiben (16, 17) oder ein Teil der Scheiben als stirnseitige Abdeckkappen ausgebildet sind.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragstück (4, 23, 37) und die zugeordneten Scheiben (16, 17; 24, 25, 27) oder Abdeckkappen und gegebenenfalls das oder die aus dem Knoten herausragenden Führungsmittel untereinander unmittelbar oder mittelbar durch ein oder mehrere durch den Knoten sich erstreckende Zugelemente (30,41, 48) formschlüssig festgelegt sind.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragstück (4) mit vier durch Wangen (14) begrenzten Aufnahmen ausgerüstet ist und die Scheiben (16, 17) jeweils vier Ansätze (18) aufweisen, die den Raum zwischen den Aufnahmen (13) ausfüllen.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansätze (18) im Querschnitt kreissegmentförmig ausgebildet sind und die Scheiben (16, 17) eine gewölbte Außenfläche haben.
- Knoten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (40) an der der Fassade abgewandten Seite mit einer Abdeckkappe (44) ausgestattet ist und an der Außenseite der Scheibe (40) und an der Innenseite der Abdeckkappe (44) miteinander fluchtende Nuten (42, 43) zur Führung eines Zugelementes (48) vorgesehen sind.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (40) mit dem Tragstück (37) und die Abdeckkappe (44) mit der Scheibe (40) verschraubt ist.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Tragstück (47) und in der Scheibe (40) fluchtende Nuten (38, 39) zur Führung eines Zugelementes (41) vorgesehen sind.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine das Führungsmittel bildende Umlenkplatte (50) in zwei Aufnahmen (13) des Tragstücks (52) und in eine Aufnahmenut (57) der an der der Fassade zugeordneten Seite vorgesehenen Scheibe (56) eingesetzt ist und aus dem Knoten an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten herausragt.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkplatte (50) eine mittige Aussparung (51) aufweist und formschlüssig in Aufnahmen (13) des Tragstücks (52) einsetzbar und durch Achsbolzen (54) festlegbar ist, die in Querbohrungen (15) der Wangen (14) der Aufnahmen eingesetzt werden und sich durch halboffene Bohrungen (53) der Umlenkplatte erstrecken.
- Knoten nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (51) eine halboffene Bohrung (61) zum Durchführen eines Zugelementes (60) aufweist, das ferner sich durch eine Nut (59) der Scheibe (56) erstreckt.
- Knoten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenkontur des Knotens zylinderförmig, kugelförmig, prismenförmig oder rechteckförmig ausgebildet ist.
