Claims (11)
- Pfannenschlaufe als Verbindungsglied zwischen einem an einer Pfanne angeordneten Zapfen und einem Gehänge eines Kranes, bestehend aus zwei parallel im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Laschen (2,3;21,22), wobei in einem Endbereich eine den Zapfen der Pfanne umfassende Hülse (4;23) und im anderen Endbereich ein im Hakenmaul (19) des Krangehänges anlegbarer Zapfen (11) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (4;23), der Zapfen (11) und die Laschen (2, 3;21,22) aus einer Werkstoffgüte hergestellt und so miteinander verbunden sind, dass sie ein isotensisches geschlossenes Kettenglied bilden, bei dem alle Querschnittsbereiche gleichmäßig beansprucht werden. - Pfannenschlaufe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pfannenschlaufe einstückig ausgebildet ist. - Pfannenschlaufe nach Anspruch 2,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (8) der Lasche (2, 3) geringer ist als der in der gleichen Ebene liegende Durchmesser (7) der Hülse (4). - Pfannenschlaufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (8) der Lasche (21,22) gleich oder größer ist als der in der gleichen Ebene liegende Durchmesser (7) der Hülse (23). - Pfannenschlaufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (14) des Zapfens (11) versetzt zum Mittelpunkt (15) des Abrundungsradius (16) und in Richtung des oberen Endbereiches der beiden Laschen (2,3) angeordnet ist. - Pfannenschlaufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnseiten der Hülse (4, 23) und des Zapfens (11) glattbündig zur außenliegenden Breitseite der Laschen (2,3,21,22) liegen. - Pfannenschlaufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (2,3,4,11,21,22,23) der Pfannenschlaufe (1,20) zusammen mit dem Krangehänge (19) ein Tragsystem spannungsgleicher Querschnitte bilden.
