Claims (10)
- Élément de guidage de fil (1) en forme de tige pour des machines textiles, en particulier lisse plate, comprenant deux tronçons longitudinaux métalliques (22, 24) qui débouchent dans un tronçon central (16), à l'intérieur duquel est collé un oeillet à fil (10) au moyen d'une colle (14) sur les tronçons longitudinaux métalliques (22, 24), caractérisé en ce que la colle (14) est une colle choisie parmi le groupe comprenant les colles acryliques, ou une colle époxyde à deux composants, susceptible de durcir par voie chimique ou physique en 0,1 à 20 secondes.
- Élément de guidage de fil (1) en forme de tige selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la colle (14) est durcissable avec la lumière ultraviolette.
- Élément de guidage de fil (1) en forme de tige selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le tronçon central (16) avec l'oeillet à fil (10) et la colle (14), et de préférence aussi les tronçons longitudinaux (22, 24), sont revêtus d'une couche métallique, en particulier d'une couche appliquée par voie galvanique comme une couche de nickel.
- Élément de guidage de fil en forme de tige selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage de fil (1) est réalisé sous forme d'une lisse à fil rond qui comprend au moins deux fils ronds (22a, 24b), et en ce que l'oeillet à fil (10) est agencé entre les fils ronds (22a, 24b) qui s'étendent avec écartement dans le tronçon central (16).

- Élément de guidage de fil en forme de tige selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'oeillet à fil (10) présente une surface résistant à l'usure, en particulier une surface durcie, nitrurée, revêtue de matériau dur, ou réalisée en céramique massive.
- Procédé pour la réalisation d'un élément de guidage de fil (1) en forme de tige pour des machines textiles, en particulier d'une lisse plate (1), comprenant deux tronçons longitudinaux métalliques (22, 24) qui débouchent dans un tronçon central (16) dans lequel est positionné un oeillet à fil (10) et collé avec les tronçons longitudinaux (22, 24) dans la région du tronçon central (16), caractérisé en ce que l'on apporte une colle (14) choisie parmi le groupe comprenant les colles acryliques, ou les colles époxydes à deux composants (14) et en ce qu'on la fait durcir par voie chimique ou physique en une durée inférieure à 20 secondes, de telle manière que l'oeillet à fil (10) est fermement collé avec le tronçon central (16) au moyen de la colle durcie (14).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la colle (14) est durcie sous rayonnement ultraviolet.
- Cadre à lisses ou machine de tissage comprenant un élément des éléments de guidage de fil en forme de tige, en particulier des lisses plates, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
