Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zur Herstellung von Metallpulver aus Schmelzen (1) mit mindestens einem metallurgischen Gefäß (2) zum Behandeln und/oder zur Bereitstellung des Flüssigmetalles, einer Verdüsungskammer mit einem Düsenteil zur Zerstäubung des Flüssigmetalles, einem Separator für eine Klassierung des gebildeten Metallpulvers, einer Kapselungsanlage zum Einbringen und Verschließen desselben in einem Behälter sowie Förder- und Verbindungsmittel zum Pulvertransport in der Einrichtung und Leitungen mit Reglern und Anschlüssen und dergleichen zur Bereitstellung von Verdüsungsmedium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdüsungskammer (3), welche eintragseitig mit dem metallurgischen Gefäß (2) in Verbindung steht und in deren Längserstreckung mit einem Winkel (α) nach unten geneigt ausgebildet ist, austragseitig mit einem Umführungsteil (4) zusammenwirkt, an welchen Teil (4), in Weiterführung des Förderweges für das Pulver, ein nach oben gerichtetes Rohr (5) anschließt und dieses Steigrohr (5) in einen dem Separator (7) vorgeordneten Desintegrator (6) mündet, wobei der mit dem Desintegrator (6) über ein Ablenkventil (61) verbundene Separator (7) eine Verbindung mit einem Sammelbehälter (8) aufweist, welcher selbst unter Zwischenlage eines Absperrorganes (81) mit einer Kapselungsanlage (9) bzw. Pulverkapsel in Verbindung bringbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile Verdüsungskammer (3), Steigrohr (5), Desintegrator (6), Separator (7) und Sammebehälter (8) jeweils mindestens ein kurzzeitig lös- und befestigbares Reinigungsverschlußmittel bzw. eine dergleichen Reinigungsöffnung (31, 51, 62, 72, 82) aufweisen und daß der Umführungsteil (4) abnehmbar ausgeführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel Alpha (α) der Vedüsungskammer zwischen 5≮° und 60≮° beträgt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umführungsteil (4) und/oder das Steigrohr (5) mindestens eine Zuführung (13) für das im Rohr (5) nach oben gerichtete wirksame Fördergas aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammelbehälter (8) bodenseitig zumindest einen Anschluß (14) für die Zufuhr von Gas zur Homogenisierung der Pulverfraktionen besitzt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fassungsvermögen des Sammelbehälters (8) der Pulvermenge entspricht, die aus einer Charge Flüssigmetall (1) im Verteiler (2) erstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels eines Leitungssystemes (10,13,15) in allen mit Metallpulver beaufschlagten Teilen sowie den Gasreinigungs (16, 18)- und dergleichen Kühlkomponenten (17) ein Druck einregelbar ist, der um mehr als 0,1 bar über dem Umgebungsdruck liegt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schmelze (1) im Verteiler (2) Wärmeengergie zuführbar und/oder diese durch magnetische Mittel (21) bewegbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metallpulver aus Schmelzen, bei welchem Flüssigmetall von einem metallurgischen Gefäß in eine Verdüsungskammer eingebracht, in dieser mittels eines gasförmigen Mediums zerstäubt, erstarren gelassen und ein derart gebildetes Metallpulver klassiert und in Kapseln abgefüllt wird, wonach diese verschlossen sowie einer Weiterverarbeitung zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in der schräg nach unten geneigten Verdüsungskammer gebildete Metallpulver im unteren bzw. austragseitigen Bereich derselben zusammengeführt, in einen nachgeordneten Umführungsteil eingesetzt, mittels eingeleiteten Fördergases in einer Rohrführung nach oben gefördert, in einen Desintegrator, insbesondere in einen Zyklonseparator, eingebracht, desintegriert und nachfolgend klassiert wird, worauf die gewünschten Fraktionen des Pulvers in einem Behälter gesammelt, in diesem von unten mit Gas durchströmt und derart gemischt werden, worauf nach Sammlung einer gewünschten homogenisierten Pulvermenge ein Einbringen des Metallpulvers in eine Kapsel und ein Verschließen derselben erfolgen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Herstellung des Metallpulvers und dessen Kapselung bei Vermeiden von Luftzutritt bzw. bei einem Überdruck von Intertgas im System erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt eine Charge oder Schmelze zu Metallpulver verdüst und dieses nach einem Aufbereiten in mindestens eine Kapsel eingebracht und in dieser eingeschlossen wird, worauf in einem Folgeschritt des Verfahrens ein Offenstellen der in den einzelnen Teilen der Einrichtung angeordneten Reinigungsverschlüsse durchgeführt und die Einrichtungsteile von Pulverrückständen gesäubert werden, wonach die Reinigungsöffnungen abgedichtet und eine Bereitstellung der Einrichtung für eine Verdüsung einer weiteren Charge erfolgt.
