Abstract

Um bei geringerer Bauhöhe der Einrichtung bevorzugte Erstarrungskriterien der Metalltröpfchen, eine vorteilhafte Verbringung und Aufbereitung des gebildeten Pulvers und eine dichtestmögliche Pulverpackung zum Füllen von Kapseln zu erreichen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß die Verdüsungskammer (3), welche eintragseitig mit dem metallurgischen Gefäß (2) in Verbindung steht und in deren Längserstreckung mit einem Winkel (α) nach unten geneigt ausgebildet ist, austragseitig mit einem Umführungsteil (4) zusammenwirkt, an welchen Teil (4), in Weiterführung des Förderweges für das Pulver, ein nach oben gerichtetes Rohr (5) anschließt und dieses Steigrohr (5) in einen dem Separator (7) vorgeordneten Desintegrator (6) mündet, wobei der mit dem Desintegrator (6) über ein Ablenkventil (61) verbundene Separator (7) eine Verbindung mit einem Sammelbehälter (8) aufweist, welcher selbst unter Zwischenlage eines Absperrorganes (81) mit einer Kapselungsanlage (9) bzw. Pulverkapsel in Verbindung bringbar ist.
