Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"INSTALAçãO E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE Pó METáLICO EM CáPSULAS".<D> A invenção refere-se a uma instalação, bem como a um processo para a obtenção de material preliminar para peças de pó metalúrgico. Para se atender a critérios preferenciais de enrijecimento das gotículas de metal, acompanhados de uma altura reduzida da construção da invenção, assim como também para se obter uma colocação e uma preparação vantajosas do pó formado e também uma embalagem de pó que seja a mais compacta possível para o enchimento de cápsulas, de acordo com a invenção é previsto que a câmara de pulverização (3), a qual, pelo lado de entrada, fica em ligação com o recipiente metalúrgico (2) e em cuja extensão longitudinal acha-se projetada inclinada para baixo com um ângulo <244>, pelo lado de saída coopere com uma peça de retorno (4), em cuja peça (4) a continuação do trajeto de transporte para o pó, acha-se conectado um tubo (5) apontado para cima e esse tubo ascendente (5) desemboca em um desintegrador (6) disposto antes do separador (7), sendo que o separador (7), ligado com o desintegrador (6) através de uma válvula de desvio (61), apresenta uma ligação com um recipiente coletor (8), o qual ser colocado ele próprio em ligação com uma instalação de encapsulação (9), respectivamente com uma cápsula de pó, intercalando-se um órgão de bloqueio
