Abstract
Винахід стосується пристрою та способу для виготовлення вихідного матеріалу для виробів, одержуваних методом порошкової металургії. Пристрій для виготовлення металевого порошку містить розпилювальну камеру (3), яка на стороні входу з'єднана з металургійним резервуаром (2) і встановлена в поздовжньому напрямі з нахилом під кутом (а) вниз. На стороні виходу камера обладнана перехідним патрубком (4), до якого приєднана спрямована вгору труба (5).Ця висхідна труба (5) приєднана до дезінтегратора (6), що встановлений перед сепаратором (7), при цьому сепаратор (7) з'єднаний з дезінтегратором (6) через відхиляючий клапан (61) та зі збірником (8), який, у свою чергу, через запірний орган (81) з'єднаний з пристроєм для капсулювання (9) і, відповідно, з капсулою для порошку. Винахід дозволяє при сполученні сприятливих критеріїв твердіння краплин матеріалу та сприятливих умов підготовки одержаного порошку досягти найвищої можливої густини завантаження порошку у капсули.
