Claims (11)
- Obturateur de cartouche formant soupape, destiné en particulier à des cartouches d'encre en matière plastique, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:a) un corps central (5) bombé en direction de l'extérieur est lié par des pattes (4) dirigées vers l'intérieur à un col (2) prévu sur la paroi frontale (1) de la cartouche,b) le col (2) présente une partie d'extrémité cylindrique qui s'étend au-delà de la zone de liaison avec les pattes (4), se termine sensiblement à la hauteur du bord périphérique du corps central (5) et définit une ouverture (6) en forme de fente avec celui-ci,c) sur le col (2) est montée une bague formant soupape (7), qui comporte une partie annulaire (9) inférieure encliquetée (10) axialement sur le col et une partie supérieure (8) liée à la première par des bras (11), qui présente une lèvre d'étanchéité (12) coopérant avec le corps central (5),d) les bras (11) assurent une liaison élastique dans la direction axiale entre la partie annulaire (9) inférieure et la partie supérieure (8) de la bague formant soupape (7).
- Obturateur de cartouche selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un bouchon (13) qui recouvre le corps central (5) et la bague formant soupape (7) peut être vissé sur le col (2).
- Obturateur de cartouche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les bras (11) entre la partie annulaire (9) inférieure et la partie supérieure (8) de la bague formant soupape (7) présentent chacun un profil en S orienté dans la direction périphérique de la bague formant soupape.
- Obturateur de cartouche selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les bras (11) à profil en S sont disposés par paires ou par paires doubles orientées dans des directions opposées, en plusieurs groupes répartis sur le pourtour de la bague.
- Obturateur de cartouche selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la partie annulaire (9) inférieure de la bague formant soupape (7) est pourvue d'un certain nombre d'ouvertures d'encliquetage réparties sur sa circonférence qui peuvent s'encliqueter avec des saillies d'encliquetage (10) aménagées sur la surface périphérique extérieure du col (2).
- Obturateur de cartouche selon une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la partie supérieure (8) de la bague formant soupape (7) est pourvue d'un profilé en U qui chevauche la partie d'extrémité supérieure du col (2).
- Obturateur de cartouche selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'aile intérieure du profilé en U est conformée en lèvre d'étanchéité (14) élastique, qui coopère avec la surface interne du col (2).
- Obturateur de cartouche selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel le profilé en U de la partie supérieure (8) de bague formant soupape (7) et le profil de l'extrémité frontale libre du col sont complémentaires, de telle sorte qu'il existe entre les deux parties un double contact linéaire suivant deux lignes de contact concentriques.
- Obturateur de cartouche selon une des revendications 2 à 8, dans lequel le bouchon (13) comporte une partie de paroi intérieure qui, lors du vissage du bouchon sur le col (2), presse la lèvre d'étanchéité (12) de la partie supérieure (8) de la bague formant soupape (7) contre le corps central (5).
- Obturateur de cartouche selon une des revendications 6 à 9, dans lequel le bouchon (13) comporte une partie de paroi intérieure qui, lors du vissage du bouchon sur le col (2), presse le profilé en U de la partie supérieure (8) de la bague formant soupape (7) contre l'extrémité frontale libre du col (2).
- Obturateur de cartouche selon une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le col (2) comporte au niveau de sa surface intérieure, un décrochement ou une zone de raccordement (2a) constitué par un changement de diamètre, qui est positionné de manière telle que la lèvre d'étanchéité (14), lorsque la bague formant soupape (7) se trouve dans une position de fermeture reculée, coopère avec une partie de paroi intérieure du col de plus grand diamètre et, lorsque la bague formant soupape (7) est déplacée axialement dans une position d'ouverture avancée, coopère avec une partie de paroi intérieure du col de plus faible diamètre, située au-delà du décrochement ou de la zone de raccordement (2a).
