Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Karde mit einem eine Tambourgarnitur (12) aufweisenden Tambour (10) und einer Anzahl von jeweils mit einer Deckelgarnitur (22) versehenen Dekkeln (20), bei der die Deckel (20) unter Einhaltung eines vorgegebenen Abstandes (d) zwischen der Tambourgarnitur (12) und der Deckelgarnitur (22) längs einer vorgegebenen Bahn bezüglich dem Tambour (10) bewegbar sind, wobei jeder Deckel (20) längs der vorgegebenen Bahn mit einer Deckellauffläche (42) an einer die vorgegebene Bahn festlegenden Führungsfläche (52) anliegt, bei dem der vorgegebene Abstand (d) zwischen der Tambourgarnitur (12) und den Deckelgarnituren (22) durch eine Aufbereitung der Deckellaufflächen (42) eingestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufbereitung eine Bearbeitung der Deckellauffläche (42) umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Deckel (20) eine etwa parallel oder mit einem Anzug von vorzugsweise etwa 0° 45' bis 1° 30' zur Deckellauffläche (42) verlaufende Auflagefläche (32, 132, 232) für die Deckelgarnitur aufweist und durch die Aufbereitung der Abstand (D) zwischen der Deckellauffläche (42) und der Auflagefläche (32, 132, 232) für alle Deckel auf den gleichen Wert eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufbereitung der Deckellauffläche (42) im Zusammenhang mit einer neuen Garnierung der Deckel (20) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckellauffläche (42) zur Einstellung des vorgegebenen Abstandes (d) mit einer Kopierfräsmaschine und/oder einer Kopierschleifmaschine bearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckellauffläche (42) durch mindestens ein bzgl. einem Tragkörper (130, 230) des Deckels (20) festgelegtes Laufflächenelement (140, 240) aus einem im Vergleich zum Material des Trägerkörpers (130, 230) härteren Material gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laufflächenelement (140, 240) in Form von mindestens einem Stift (140) aus gehärtetem Stahl gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (140) einen im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und im Bereich der Deckellauffläche (42) zur Bildung eines im wesentlichen rechteckigen Oberflächenbereiches (144, 146) abgeflacht ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laufflächenelement (140, 240) kraft-, form- und/oder stoffschlüssig an dem Tragkörper (130, 230) festgelegt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitung unter Verwendung von Bornitrid als Schleifmittel, vorzugsweise mit einem Bornitrid-Schleifring erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Deckellauffläche (42) durch eine lösbar an einem zum Halten der Deckelgarnitur durch Tragkörper (240) des Deckels festgelegtes Laufflächenelement (240) gebildet wird und die Aufbereitung einen Austausch des Laufflächenelementes (240) umfaßt.
