Claims (12)
- Chariot latéral de guidage pour portes sectionnelles à effacement vertical constituées d'une pluralité de panneaux (1, 2) articulés entre eux autour d'axes transversaux, ledit chariot latéral de guidage comprenant :un corps de chariot (6) doté d'une face d'appui contre un panneau (1) de porte sectionnelle, et destiné à être fixé latéralement sur ledit panneau,un palier (28) agencé pour s'étendre parallèlement aux axes d'articulation des panneaux (1, 2), porté par le corps de chariot (6) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de réglage de la distance entre l'axe dudit palier et la face d'appui du corps de chariot,et un arbre (36) inséré partiellement dans le palier (28) et portant un galet (4) agencé pour rouler dans un rail latéral fixe (5) de guidage, ledit chariot de guidage étant caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage de la position du palier (28) relativement au corps de chariot (6) comprennent :un manchon cylindrique (9) solidaire du corps de chariot (6) et d'axe de révolution parallèle à l'axe du palier (28),un tambour cylindrique (27) de dimensions adaptées pour pouvoir coulisser et tourner à l'intérieur du manchon cylindrique (9), à l'intérieur duquel est solidarisé de façon excentrée le palier (28),lesdits manchon cylindrique et tambour comportant :des moyens (18, 19, 30, 31) de blocage en rotation aptes, d'une part à autoriser une rotation du tambour (27) dans au moins une position, dite de réglage, dans laquelle ledit tambour est emmanché d'une longueur prédéterminée à l'intérieur du manchon (9) et, d'autre part à bloquer en rotation le tambour (27) dans au moins une position, dite de blocage en rotation, obtenue après translation dudit tambour à l'intérieur du manchon (9) à partir d'une position de réglage,des moyens (29, 34, 35) de blocage en translation du tambour (27) à l'intérieur du manchon (9), dans chaque position de blocage en rotation dudit tambour.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage en rotation comprennent des encoches (18, 19) et des crans axiaux (30, 31) complémentaires ménagés respectivement sur les faces en regard des parois périphériques du manchon (9) et du tambour (27), à partir d'une extrémité de ces derniers, de façon qu'un cran (30, 31) puisse pénétrer dans une encoche (18, 19) pour des positions de blocage en rotation prédéterminées desdits tambour et manchon, par enfoncement du tambour (27) à l'intérieur du manchon (9) à partir d'une position de réglage où ledit tambour est partiellement extrait dudit manchon.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les encoches (18, 19) sont ménagées sur la face interne de la paroi périphérique du manchon (9) et juxtaposées les unes aux autres sur la totalité du pourtour de ladite paroi périphérique, le tambour (27) comprenant au moins un cran (30, 31) ménagé sur la face externe de sa paroi périphérique.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (27) comprend quatre crans (30, 31) uniformément répartis autour de l'axe dudit tambour.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le manchon (9) comporte deux séries d'encoches (18, 19) ménagées respectivement au niveau de chacune des extrémités dudit manchon.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage en translation du tambour (27) à l'intérieur du manchon (9) comprennent un rebord périphérique externe (29) ménagé au niveau de l'extrémité du tambour (27) dotée de crans (30, 31), apte à venir buter contre le manchon (9) lors de l'enfoncement dudit tambour à l'intérieur dudit manchon, et au moins une languette axiale élastique (32, 33) escamotable radialement, dotée d'un cran externe (34, 35) de butée contre l'extrémité en regard du manchon (9).
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le palier (28) est accolé à la paroi périphérique du tambour (27).
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le manchon cylindrique (9) est constitué de deux pièces (9a, 9b), dotées de moyens d'assemblage (50-53) adaptés pour permettre de les solidariser et de les désolidariser :une première pièce (9a) d'un seul tenant avec le corps de chariot (6), présentant la forme d'un berceau de section conjuguée de celle du tambour (27),et une seconde pièce (9b) constituée d'une coquille de forme complémentaire de celle du berceau (9a) apte à former avec ce dernier le manchon cylindrique (9).
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de chariot (6) comporte deux portions de parois frontales concaves (10, 11) s'étendant respectivement de part et d'autre du manchon (9) dans la continuité de la paroi périphérique de ce dernier, lesdites portions de paroi frontales étant percées d'orifices (13) pour la fixation dudit corps de chariot sur un panneau (1) de porte sectionnelle.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de chariot (6) constitue un premier élément d'une charnière dotée d'un pivot central transversal (8) et d'un deuxième élément (7) de charnière présentant la forme générale d'une platine apte à être fixée sur un panneau (2) de porte sectionnelle.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (36) porte galet (4) est un arbre creux de longueur supérieure à celle du palier (28), et comporte une collerette d'extrémité (40) de butée contre ledit palier, et à l'opposé de ladite collerette, un tronçon d'extrémité (37) de diamètre externe inférieur au diamètre externe courant dudit arbre, définissant un chemin de roulement pour le galet (4), ledit tronçon d'extrémité étant doté d'au moins deux fentes axiales délimitant une languette flexible dotée d'un cran externe (38, 39) de butée axiale dudit galet.
- Chariot latéral de guidage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (36) porte galet (4) comprend un pion (42) adapté pour être inséré axialement et se bloquer dans le tronçon d'extrémité (37) dudit arbre, ledit pion étant doté d'une collerette (48) comportant, pour chaque cran externe (38, 39) dudit arbre porte galet, une encoche (49) apte à loger ledit cran de façon à former avec ce dernier une couronne radiale de butée axiale du galet (4).
