    • des moyens de blocage en rotation aptes, d'une part à autoriser une rotation du tambour dans au moins une position, dite de réglage, dans laquelle ledit tambour est emmanché d'une longueur prédéterminée à l'intérieur dudit manchon et, d'autre part à bloquer en rotation le tambour dans au moins une position, dite de blocage en rotation, obtenue après translation du tambour à l'intérieur du manchon à partir d'une position de réglage,
    • des moyens de blocage en translation du tambour à l'intérieur du manchon, dans chaque position de blocage en rotation dudit tambour.

Claims (12)

  1. A lateral guide trolley for sectional doors with vertical lift which are constituted by a plurality of panels (1, 2) articulated to one another about transverse axes, said lateral guide trolley comprising:
    a trolley body (6) which is endowed with a face for support against a panel (1) of a sectional door and which is intended to be laterally fixed to said panel,
    a bearing (28) which is arranged so as to extend parallel to the axes of articulation of the panels (1, 2) and which is borne by the trolley body (6) through the agency of means for adjusting the distance between the axis of said bearing and the support face of the trolley body,
    and a shaft (36) which is partially inserted into the bearing (28) and which bears a roller (4) which is arranged so as to roll in a fixed lateral guide rail (5),
    said guide trolley being characterised in that the means for adjusting the position of the bearing (28) relative to the trolley body (6) comprise:
    a cylindrical sleeve (9) which is integral with the trolley body (6) and which has an axis of rotation parallel to the axis of the bearing (28),
    a cylindrical drum (27) having dimensions which are adapted so as to be capable of sliding and rotating within the cylindrical sleeve (9), within which the bearing (28) is engaged in eccentric manner,
    said cylindrical sleeve and said drum including:
    means (18, 19, 30, 31) for blocking rotation which are capable, on the one hand, of permitting a rotation of the drum (27) in at least one position, the so-called adjustment position, in which said drum is fixed with a predetermined length within the sleeve (9) and, on the other hand, of blocking rotation of the drum (27) in at least one position, the so-called rotation-blocking position, which is obtained after translation of said drum within the sleeve (9) from an adjustment position,
    means (29, 34, 35) for blocking translation of the drum (27) within the sleeve (9), in each rotation-blocking position of said drum.
  2. Lateral guide trolley according to Claim 1, characterised in that the means for blocking rotation comprise notches (18, 19) and complementary axial catches (30, 31) which are provided, respectively, on the opposite faces of the peripheral walls of the sleeve (9) and of the drum (27), starting from one end of these latter, in such a way that a catch (30, 31) is able to penetrate into a notch (18, 19) for predetermined rotation-blocking positions of said drum and said sleeve by sinking of the drum (27) within the sleeve (9), starting from an adjustment position in which said drum is partially extracted from said sleeve.
  3. Lateral guide trolley according to Claim 2, characterised in that the notches (18, 19) are provided on the internal face of the peripheral wall of the sleeve (9) and are juxtaposed with one another over the entire circumference of said peripheral wall, the drum (27) comprising at least one catch (30, 31) which is provided on the external face of its peripheral wall.
  4. Lateral guide trolley according to Claim 3, characterised in that the drum (27) comprises four catches (30, 31) which are uniformly distributed about the axis of said drum.
  5. Lateral guide trolley according to one of Claims 3 or 4, characterised in that the sleeve (9) includes two series of notches (18, 19) which are provided respectively in the region of each of the extremities of said sleeve.
  6. Lateral guide trolley according to one of Claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the means for blocking translation of the drum (27) within the sleeve (9) comprise an external peripheral edge (29) which is provided in the region of the extremity of the drum (27) that is endowed with catches (30, 31) and which is capable of coming to abut against the sleeve (9) when said drum is sunk within said sleeve, and at least one radially retractable elastic axial tongue (32, 33) which is endowed with an external catch (34, 35) for abutment against the extremity opposite the sleeve (9).
  7. Lateral guide trolley according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the bearing (28) is attached to the peripheral wall of the drum (27).
  8. Lateral guide trolley according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cylindrical sleeve (9) is constituted by two parts (9a, 9b) endowed with means of assembly (50-53) which are adapted so as to permit them to be engaged and disengaged:
    a first part (9a) in one piece with the trolley body (6), taking the form of a cradle having a cross-section conjugate with that of the drum (27),
    and a second part (9b) constituted by a shell having a shape complementary to that of the cradle (9a), which together with the latter is capable of forming the cylindrical sleeve (9).
  9. Lateral guide trolley according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the trolley body (6) includes two portions of concave frontal walls (10, 11) extending respectively on either side of the sleeve (9) in the continuity of the peripheral wall of the latter, said frontal-wall portions being pierced by orifices (13) for the fastening of said trolley body to a panel (1) of a sectional door.
  10. Lateral guide trolley according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the trolley body (6) constitutes a first element of a hinge which is endowed with a transverse central pivot (8) and with a second hinge element (7) having the general shape of a plate which is capable of being fixed to a panel (2) of a sectional door.
  11. Lateral guide trolley according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shaft (36) bearing the roller (4) is a hollow shaft of length greater than that of the bearing (28) and includes an end flange (40) for abutment against said bearing and, on the opposite side of said flange, an end section (37) of external diameter smaller than the regular external diameter of said shaft, defining a raceway for the roller (4), said end section being endowed with at least two axial slots delimiting a flexible tongue which is endowed with an external catch (38, 39) for axial abutment of said roller.
  12. Lateral guide trolley according to Claim 11, characterised in that the shaft (36) bearing the roller (4) comprises a pin (42) which is adapted so as to be axially inserted and to be locked in the end section (37) of said shaft, said pin being endowed with a flange (48) including, for each external catch (38, 39) of said roller-bearing shaft, a notch (49) which is capable of accommodating said catch in such a way as to form with the latter a radial ring for axial abutment of the roller (4).
