Claims (15)

  1. Safety device against the lifting of roller shutters, comprising:
    a curtain (1) comprising a plurality of laths (2) with an upper lath (2a), articulated one to another,
    a winding shaft (3) with an axe of rotation (x), connected to the upper lath (2a) of the curtain (1) through fastening means (20) in order to allow the winding and the unwinding of said curtain around said shaft,
    means for rotatively driving the winding shaft (3), able to allow the unwinding of the curtain (1) in a lower unwound position in which it closes an opening, and the winding of the curtain (1) in an upper wound position in which the latter is wound over its greatest length around said winding shaft and in which the opening is cleared,
    and means (7) for guiding and maintaining the curtain (1),
       said safety device against the lifting being characterized in that it comprises:
    at least one flange (8) destined to be integral with the winding shaft (3), and to be positioned in order to extend along the edge of one of the lateral sides of the curtain (1),
    a link (10), associated with each flange (8), destined to be laterally positioned along the edge of the curtain (1), and to be articulated around two axles (11, 12) integral respectively with the upper lath (2a) of said curtain and with said flange, with the axles being arranged so that the link (10) pivots between a radially out-spread position in the lower unwound position of said curtain, in which the radial distance between the axle (12) integral with the upper lath (2a) and the winding shaft (3) is superior to the distance between the axle (11) integral with the flange (8) and said winding shaft, and a radially retracted position against the winding shaft (3) in the wound position of said curtain,
    stop means (10a, 13, 16) for automatically blocking each link (10) relatively to the corresponding flange (8) in the radially out-spread position of said link.
  2. Safety device against the lifting according to claim 1, characterized in that:
    each flange (8) is provided with a port (21), said guiding port, having the form of a circular sector placed around the axe of rotation (x), and in that
    each link (10) is articulated to a flange (8) around an axle (11), said mobile axle, seated in the guiding port (21) of said flange, with said mobile axle and said guiding port being arranged so that the mobile axle (11) abuts on one of the ends of the guiding port (21) in the radially out-spread position of the link (10), and moves in the direction of the other end of said guiding port at the beginning of the winding of the curtain (1).
  3. Safety device against the lifting according to claim 2, characterized in that:
    the mobile axle (11) comprises a head (14) for laterally guiding and maintaining said axle in the guiding port (21), and in that
    the guiding port (21) is extended at one of its ends by an orifice (22) the section of which corresponds to the section of the head (14) of the mobile axle (11), for the introduction of said head, with the orifice being adapted to be closed by a closer, once the mobile axle (11) has been introduced in said guiding port.
  4. Safety device against the lifting according to one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the guiding port (21) forms a circular sector the apex of which is between 90° and 180°.
  5. Safety device against the lifting according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the stop means comprise, for each link (10), a front face (10a), said rear frontal face, of said link on the opposite side of the axle (12) integral with the upper lath (2a), the form of which is adapted to contact and to be blocked against the winding shaft (3), in the radially out-spread position of said link.
  6. Safety device against the lifting according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stop means comprise a blocking stop (16), mounted to each flange (8), integral with said flange, and positioned so that it forms a toggle joint with the joint axles (11, 12) of the link (10) and it locks said toggle joint in the out-spread position of said link.
  7. Safety device against the lifting according to claim 6, characterized in that it comprises adjustment means (17) for adjusting the position of the blocking stop (16), able to allow to adjust the blocking position of said link.
  8. Safety device against the lifting according to claim 7, characterized in that:
    the link (10) comprises a portion of convex contour relatively to the mobile axle, provided with a notch (13) able to accommodate the blocking stop (16), and in that
    the adjustment means (17) for adjusting the position of said stop are adapted to allow to adjust its position along a circular trajectory placed around the axe of rotation (x) and secant relatively to the notch (13) in the out-spread position of the link.
  9. Safety device against the lifting according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that each flange (8) is destined to be disposed so that it substantially contacts the lateral side in front of the curtain (1), with the flange being provided with a recess forming a cut (9) the form of which is adapted to accommodate the link (10) when the latter pivots between its out-spread position and its retracted position.
  10. Safety device against the lifting according to claim 9, characterized in that the depth of the recess (9) of each flange (8) corresponds to the thickness of the link (10).
  11. Safety device against the lifting according to one of claims 9 or 10, characterized in that the recess (9) of each flange (8) and each link (10) comprise edges (9a, 10b) with an oblique profile.
  12. Safety device against the lifting according to any one of preceding claims, wherein each lath (2) of the curtain (1) comprises upper (2b) and lower shapes articulated to the juxtaposed laths, characterized in that the articulation axle of each link (10) to the upper lath (2a) of said curtain comprises a sleeve (12) perpendicular to said link the form of which is adapted to snap onto the upper shape (2b) of said upper lath with a freedom of rotation relatively to said upper shape.
  13. Safety device against the lifting according to claim 12, characterized in that it comprises a cylindrical intermediary sheath (15) the form of which is adapted to snap onto the upper shape (2b) of the upper lath (2a), with the sleeve (12) integral with the link (10) having a cylindrical form corresponding to the form of said sheath.
  14. Safety device against the lifting according to any one of preceding claims, characterized in that each flange (8) comprises an axial sleeve (30) the form of which is adapted for the accommodation into the end section of the winding shaft (3), and means for fixing said winding shaft to said sleeve.
  15. Safety device against the lifting according to claim 14, characterized in that each sleeve (30) forms a bearing able to accommodate a connection axle (31) for connecting the winding shaft (3) to the roller shutter case.
