Claims (16)

  1. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) intended in particular for a railway vehicle (1), with at least one leaf (4) able to be fitted substantially transversely in an opening (5) in the closed position, and to slide substantially longitudinally along a wall (2) of the vehicle (1) where the opening (5) is provided, the said device comprising anchoring means (12) intended for mounting the door (3) on the wall; a beam (17) for suspending the leaf; means (13) for the transverse linear guidance and fastening of the leaf (4), for example with a pair of slides (22), connected to the suspension beam (17); means (14) for the longitudinal guidance of the leaf, for example a sliding runner; means (6) of motorisation of the leaf, such as an electric motor, one output of which, for example a motor body, is connected to an articulation assembly (29), for causing transverse movements of the suspension beam (17); means (15) of rotationally locking the articulation assembly to the output of the motorisation means, and means (16) for the longitudinal transmission of movement to the leaf (4), for example two pulleys (36) connected to an output shaft of the motorisation means and a belt (37) connected to the leaf (4), characterised in that all the means providing the movement or locking of the door, that is to say the said means of anchoring (12), unfastening (13), longitudinal guidance (14), motorisation (6), rotational locking (16) and longitudinal transmission, are carried by the suspension beam (17) and in that the locking means comprise a point for buttressing the articulation assembly (29) between the body of the motor and levers (31, 32) pivotally connected by one of their ends, the said locking means being able, in an inactive state, to allow a transverse movement of predetermined travel of the suspension beam (17), and to prevent it in an active state, for the locking in closed position, after passing the buttressing point.
  2. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to Claim 1, characterised in that the means (12) of anchoring the door (3) to the wall (2) comprise two support plates (18), intended to be placed against and rigidly fixed to the wall (2) and/or to a horizontal surface of the vehicle (1).
  3. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the suspension beam (17) for the leaf consists essentially of a rail of the longitudinal guidance means (14), for example a telescopic runner rail, in a horizontal "U" with its concavity turned transversely to the door (3) and rigidly fixed by means of screws or the like to a shoulder (21) of the transverse guidance means (13).
  4. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the transverse guidance means (13) comprise at least one slide (22) mounted so as to be able to move with respect to the anchoring means on the one hand and rigidly fixed (12) on the other hand to the suspension beam (17), for example these means (17) comprise two transverse cylindrical slides (22), each with a lift shoulder (21) at an external transverse end.
  5. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the transverse guidance means (13) comprise an attachment system allowing the longitudinal and/or transverse and/or elevational positioning (23) of the longitudinal guidance means (14).
  6. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the transverse guidance means (13) comprise a transverse stop (26) delimiting a so-called internal end of the predetermined transverse travel.
  7. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the locking means (15) comprise a buttressing articulation assembly (29) connecting an output of the motorisation means (6) such as a motor body, the transverse guidance means (13) and the anchoring means (12).
  8. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to Claim 7, characterised in that the locking articulation assembly (29) at the output of the motorisation means comprises:
    a radial arm (30) rigidly fixed to the output (27);
    a substantially horizontal connecting rod (31) mounted so as to pivot at a distance from the motorisation means (6), on the radial arm (30); and
    a locking lever (32) articulated on the suspension beam (17);
    one leg of the lever (32) being pivotally mounted on the connecting rod opposite the arm, whilst its other leg comprises an aperture in which there is housed a tenon (34) fixed to the anchoring means, and intended to come into abutment against a surface fixed to these anchoring means, so that the rotation of the output (27) and of the radial arm (30) causes a transverse movement of the suspension beam (17), which is interrupted in a direction of rotation of the output, by a stop, after passing of the buttressing of the articulation assembly (29) between the connecting rod on the beam, the output or body and the lever, after a predetermined travel.
  9. A device (11) for operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the longitudinal transmission means (16) comprise:
    a pulley (35), fixed coaxially to an output (27) such as a shaft of the motorisation means (6);
    two pulleys (36) with a lift spindle, mounted on the suspension beam (17);
    a belt (37) with substantially longitudinal lengths, in engagement with the pulleys (35, 36) and the output (27) of the motorisation means (6), at least one length being connected to the leaf (4) for example via a gripping jaw (38); and
    tension rollers (39), the lift spindles of which are mounted substantially parallel to that of the pulley (35) at the output of the motorisation means (6), on each side longitudinally.
  10. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that, according to one embodiment intended for a double door (3), an articulated connection arrangement (40) connects a slide (22) of the transverse guidance means (13), longitudinally at a distance from the locking means (15) to another slide (22), so as to cause the simultaneous or identical movement thereof.
  11. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to Claim 10, characterised in that the articulated connecting arrangement (40) comprises:
    a cam (41) articulated on the suspension beam (17) about a lift spindle, longitudinally close to the slide (22) at a distance from the locking means (15);
    a finger (42) with a transversely inclined aperture, rotationally fixed to the cam (41);
    a stud (43) rigidly fixed, at a distance from the locking means (15), to the anchoring means (12) and connecting the latter means (12) transversely to the aperture in the finger (42);
    a tie bar (44) close to the other slide (22) and pivotally mounted on a lever (31) fixed to the motorisation (6) or locking (15) means, so as to be longitudinally moved under their effect; and
    a substantially longitudinal rigid rod (45) articulated about a lift spindle on the cam (41) and rigidly fixed to the tie bar (44), in order to connect them during longitudinal movements of the latter (44).
  12. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the motorisation means (6) comprise a flexible supply (46) or the like.
  13. A device (11) operating a motorised door (3) according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the suspension beam (17) comprises means of assembling modular elements, able to make up the operating device (11) by means of constituents chosen according to the intended door (3).
  14. A door (3), in particular for a railway vehicle (1), characterised in that it is equipped, for example at a top edge of its opening (5), with an operating device (11) according to one of Claims 1 to 13.
  15. A door (3) according to Claim 14, characterised in that it also comprises connection means (48) connecting a longitudinal edge of the leaf (4), such as the top one, to an edge opposite in elevation such as the bottom one, for example these means (48) comprise a rigid lift rod (49) and/or a flexible system, connected by levers (50) with rollers to longitudinal ramps fixed respectively to an edge of a leaf (4).
  16. A railway vehicle (1), characterised in that it is equipped with at least one device (11) according to one of Claims 1 to 13 and/or a door (3) according to Claim 14 or 15.
