Claims (16)
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée, destinée en particulier à un véhicule ferroviaire (1), avec au moins un vantail (4) apte à être emboíté sensiblement transversalement dans une baie (5) en position fermée, et à coulisser sensiblement longitudinalement suivant une paroi (2) du véhicule (1) où est ménagée la baie (5), ledit dispositif comprenant des moyens d'ancrage (12) destinés au montage de la porte (3) sur la paroi ; une poutre de suspension (17) du vantail ; des moyens (13) de guidage linéaire transversal ou déboítement du vantail (4), par exemple avec une paire de coulisseaux (22), reliés à la poutre de suspension (17); des moyens (14) de guidage longitudinal du vantail, par exemple une glissière coulissante; des moyens de motorisation (6) du vantail, tels que moteur électrique, dont une sortie, par exemple un corps de moteur, est reliée à un ensemble d'articulation (29), pour provoquer des déplacements transversaux de la poutre de suspension (17); des moyens (16) de verrouillage en rotation de l'ensemble d'articulation en sortie des moyens de motorisation, et des moyens (16) de transmission longitudinale de mouvement au vantail (4), par exemple deux poulies (36) reliées un arbre de sortie des moyens de motorisation et une courroie (37) reliée au vantail (4), caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des moyens assurant le mouvement ou la blocage de la porte, c'est-à-dire lesdits moyens d'ancrage (12), de déboítement (13), de guidage longitudinal (14), de motorisation (6), de verrouillage en rotation (16), de transmission longitudinale est porté par ladite poutre de suspension (17) et en ce que les moyens de verrouillage comportent un point d'arc-boutement de l'ensemble d'articulation (29) entre le corps du moteur et des leviers (31, 32) liés à pivotement par l'une de leurs extrémités, lesdits moyens de verrouillage étant aptes dans un état inactif à permettre un déplacement transversal de course prédéterminée de la poutre de suspension (17), et à l'empêcher dans un état actif, pour le verrouillage en position fermée, après passage du point d'arc-boutement.
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ancrage (12) de la porte (3) à la paroi (2) comprennent deux platines (18) d'appui, destinées à être placées contre et rigidement fixées à la paroi (2) et/ou à un plan horizontal du véhicule (1).
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la poutre de suspension (17) du vantail est essentiellement constituée par un rail des moyens (14) de guidage longitudinal, par exemple un rail de glissière télescopique, en "U" couché à concavité tournée transversalement de la porte (3) et rigidement fixé à l'aide de vis ou analogues, à un épaulement (21) des moyens de guidage transversal (13).
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage transversal (13) comprennent au moins un coulisseau (22) monté mobile par rapport aux moyens d'ancrage d'une part et rigidement fixé (12) d'autre part à la poutre de suspension (17), par exemple ces moyens (17) comportent deux coulisseaux (22) cylindriques transversaux, chacun avec un épaulement (21) d'élévation à une extrémité transversale extérieure.
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage transversal (13) comprennent un système d'accrochage permettant le positionnement (23) longitudinal et/ou transversal et/ou en élévation des moyens de guidage longitudinal (14).
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage transversal (13) comprennent une butée transversale (26) délimitant une extrémité dite intérieure de la course transversale prédéterminée.
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage (15) comprennent un ensemble d'articulation (29) d'arc-boutement reliant une sortie des moyens de motorisation (6) telle qu'un corps de moteur, les moyens de guidage transversal (13) et les moyens d'ancrage (12).
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble d'articulation (29) de verrouillage en sortie des moyens de motorisation comporte :un bras radial (30) rigidement fixé à la sortie (27) ;une biellette (31) sensiblement longitudinale montée pivotante à distance des moyens (6) de motorisation, sur le bras radial (30) ; etun levier de blocage (32) articulé sur la poutre de suspension (17) ;
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transmission longitudinale (16) comprennent :une poulie (35), fixée coaxialement à une sortie (27) telle qu'arbre des moyens de motorisation (6) ;deux poulies (36) d'axe d'élévation, montées sur la poutre de suspension (17) ;une courroie (37) à brins sensiblement longitudinaux, en prise avec les poulies (35, 36) et la sortie (27) des moyens de motorisation (6), un brin au moins étant relié au vantail (4) par exemple via un mors de pincement (38) ; etdes galets de tension (39), dont les axes d'élévation sont montés sensiblement parallèles à celui de la poulie (35) en sortie des moyens de motorisation (6), de part et d'autre longitudinalement.
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, suivant un mode de réalisation destiné à porte (3) double, un agencement articulé (40) de liaison relie un coulisseau (22) des moyens de guidage transversal (13), longitudinalement à distance des moyens de verrouillage (15), à un autre coulisseau (22), de manière à provoquer leur déplacement simultané et identique.
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement articulé (40) de liaison comporte :une came (41) articulée sur la poutre de suspension (17) autour d'un axe d'élévation, à proximité longitudinalement du coulisseau (22) à distance des moyens de verrouillage (15) ;un doigt (42) à lumière inclinée transversalement, solidaire en rotation de la came (41) ;un pion (43) rigidement fixé, à distance des moyens de verrouillage (15), aux moyens d'ancrage (12) et reliant ces derniers moyens (12) transversalement la lumière du doigt (42) ;une crosse (44) à proximité de l'autre coulisseau (22) et montée pivotante sur un levier (31) solidaire des moyens de motorisation (6) ou de verrouillage (15), de façon à être longitudinalement déplacée sous leur effet ; etune tige rigide (45) sensiblement longitudinale, articulée autour d'un axe d'élévation à la came (41) et rigidement fixée à la crosse (44), afin de les relier lors des déplacements longitudinaux de cette dernière (44).
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce les moyens de motorisation (6) comportent une alimentation flexible (46) ou analogues.
- Dispositif (11) opérateur de porte (3) motorisée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la poutre de suspension (17) comporte des moyens d'assemblage d'éléments modulaires, aptes à conformer le dispositif opérateur (11) à l'aide de constituants choisis, selon la porte (3) de destination.
- Porte (3), en particulier pour véhicule ferroviaire (1), caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée par exemple à un bord supérieur de sa baie (5), d'un dispositif opérateur (11) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13.
- Porte (3) selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre des moyens de conjugaison (48) reliant un bord longitudinal du vantail (4) tel que supérieur, à un bord opposé en élévation tel qu'inférieur, par exemple ces moyens (48) comportent une tige rigide d'élévation (49) et/ou un système flexible, relié par des leviers (50) à galets à des rampes longitudinales solidaires respectivement d'un bord de vantail (4).
- Véhicule ferroviaire (1), caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'au moins un dispositif (11) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13 et/ou une porte (3) selon la revendication 14 ou 15.
