Claims (16)
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3), insbesondere für ein Eisenbahnfahrzeug (1), mit mindestens einem Flügel (4), der etwa quer in einen Rahmen (5) in geschlossener Position eingefügt und etwa in Längsrichtung entlang einer Wand (2) des Fahrzeugs (1) verschoben werden kann, in der der Rahmen (5) vorgesehen ist, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung Verankerungsmittel (12) für die Montage der Tür (3) an der Wand umfasst; einen Aufhängebalken (17) des Flügels; lineare Führungsmittel (13) in Querrichtung oder zum Aushaken des Flügels (4), beispielsweise mit einem mit dem Aufhängebalken (17) verbundenen Schlittenpaar (22); Führungsmittel (14) in Längsrichtung des Flügels, beispielsweise eine Gleitschiene; Motorisierungsmittel (6) des Flügels wie beispielsweise einen Elektromotor, von dem ein Ausgang, beispielsweise ein Motorkörper, mit einer Gelenkeinheit (29) verbunden ist, um Querverschiebungen des Aufhängebalkens (17) zu bewirken; Verriegelungsmittel (16) der Rotation der Gelenkeinheit am Ausgang der Motorisierungsmittel; und Übertragungsmittel (16) der Längsbewegung an den Flügel (4), beispielsweise zwei Rollen (36), die mit einer Ausgangswelle der Motorisierungsmittel verbunden sind, und ein Riemen (37), der mit dem Flügel (4) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche der die Bewegung oder Blockierung der Tür gewährleistende Mittel, d.h. die besagten Verankerungs- (12), Aushak- (13), Längsführungs- (14), Motorisierungs- (6), Rotationsverriegelungs- (16) und Längsübertragungsmittel, von dem besagten Aufhängebalken (17) getragen werden, und dass die Verriegelungsmittel einen Verstrebungspunkt der Gelenkeinheit (29) zwischen dem Motorkörper und an einem ihrer Enden schwenkbar verbundenen Hebeln (31, 32) umfassen, wobei die besagten Verriegelungsmittel in einem inaktiven Zustand geeignet sind, eine Querverschiebung über einen vorgegebenen Weg des Aufhängebalkens (17) zu ermöglichen, und diese Verschiebung in einem aktiven Zustand für die Verriegelung in geschlossener Position, nach Überschreiten des Verstrebungspunkts, zu verhindem.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsmittel (12) der Tür (3) an der Wand (2) zwei Stützplatten (18) aufweisen, die gegen die Wand (2) und/oder eine horizontale Ebene des Fahrzeugs (1) gesetzt und befestigt werden sollen.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufhängebalken (17) des Flügels im wesentlichen aus einer Schiene der Längsführungsmittel (14) besteht, beispielsweise einer teleskopischen Gleitschiene in Form eines liegenden "U" mit quer zur Tür (3) gerichteter Konkavität, die mittels Schrauben oder ähnlichem an einem Absatz (21) der Querführungsmittel (13) befestigt ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querführungsmittel (13) mindestens einen Schlitten (22) umfassen, der einerseits in Bezug auf die Verankerungsmittel mobil montiert ist und andererseits (12) am Aufhängebalken (17) befestigt ist, wobei diese Mittel (17) beispielsweise zwei zylindrische Querschlitten (22) umfassen mit jeweils einem Erhöhungsabsatz (21) an einem äußeren Querende.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querführungsmittel (13) ein Einhaksystem umfassen, das die Längs- und/oder Quer- und/oder Höhenpositionierung der Längsführungsmittel (14) ermöglicht.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querführungsmittel (13) einen Queranschlag (26) umfassen, der ein so genanntes inneres Ende des vorgegebenen Querwegs abgrenzt.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (15) eine Verstrebungs-Gelenkeinheit (29) umfassen, die einen Ausgang der Motorisierungsmittel (6), wie beispielsweise einen Motorkörper, die Querführungsmittel (13) und die Verankerungsmittel (12) verbindet.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsgelenkeinheit (29) am Ausgang der Motorisierungsmittel die folgenden Elemente umfasst:einen am Ausgang (27) befestigten radialen Arm (30);eine etwa längliche Stange (31), die schwenkbar in einem Abstand zu den Motorisierungsmitteln (6) auf dem radialen Arm (30) montiert ist; undeinen an den Aufhängebalken (17) angelenkten Blockierhebel (32);
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsübertragungsmittel (16) die folgenden Elemente umfassen:eine Rolle (35), die koaxial zu einem Ausgang (27), wie beispielsweise der Welle der Motorisierungsmittel (6) befestigt ist;zwei Rollen (36) mit Elevationsachse, die am Aufhängebalken (17) befestigt sind;einen Riemen (37) mit etwa länglichen Strängen, in Eingriff mit den Rollen (35, 36) und dem Ausgang (27) der Motorisierungsmittel (6), wobei zumindest ein Strang beispielsweise über eine Klemmbacke (38) mit dem Flügel (4) verbunden ist; undSpannrollen (39), deren Elevationsachsen etwa parallel zu derjenigen der Rolle (35) am Ausgang der Motorisierungsmittel (6), auf beiden Seiten in Längsrichtung, montiert sind.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gemäß einer für eine Doppeltür (3) bestimmten Ausführungsform, eine gelenkige Verbindungseinrichtung (40) einen Schlitten (22) der Querführungsmittel (13) in Längsrichtung in einem Abstand zu den Verriegelungsmitteln (15) mit einem anderen Schlitten (22) verbindet, um so ihre gleichzeitige und identische Verschiebung zu bewirken.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gelenkige Verbindungseinrichtung (40) die folgenden Elemente umfasst:einen Nocken (41), der an den Aufhängungsbalken (17) um eine Elevationsachse in Längsrichtung in der Nähe des Schlittens (22) in einem Abstand zu den Verriegelungsmitteln (15) angelenkt ist;einen Finger (42) mit einer quer geneigten Aussparung, der gemeinsam mit dem Nocken (41) rotiert;einen in einem Abstand zu den Verriegelungsmitteln (15) an den Verankerungsmitteln (12) befestigten Klotz (43), der diese letzteren Mittel (12) in Querrichtung mit der Aussparung des Fingers (42) verbindet;einen Kreuzkopf (44) in der Nähe des anderen Schlittens (22), der schwenkbar auf einem zu den Motorisierungs- (6) oder Verriegelungsmitteln (15) gehörigen Hebel (31) montiert ist, um unter ihrer Wirkung in Längsrichtung verschoben zu werden; undeine starre, etwa längliche Stange (45), die um eine Elevationsachse um den Nocken (41) angelenkt und am Kreuzkopf (44) befestigt ist, um sie bei den Verschiebungen in Längsrichtung des letzteren (44) zu verbinden.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motorisierungsmittel (6) eine flexible Versorgung (46) oder ähnliches umfassen.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) einer motorisierten Tür (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufhängebalken (17) Zusammensetzungsmittel von modularen Elementen umfasst, die die Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) anhand von je Bestimmungstür (3) ausgewählten Bestandteilen ausbilden können.
- Tür (3), insbesondere für ein Eisenbahnfahrzeug (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie beispielsweise an einem oberen Rand ihres Rahmens (5) mit einer Betätigungsvorrichtung (11) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 ausgerüstet ist.
- Tür (3) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Zuordnungsmittel (48) umfasst, die einen Längsrand des Flügels (4), beispielsweise den oberen, mit einem in Elevation gegenüberliegenden Rand, beispielsweise dem unteren verbinden, wobei diese Mittel (48) beispielsweise eine starre Elevationsstange (49) und/oder ein flexibles System umfassen, das über Rollenhebel (50) mit jeweils zu einem Rand des Flügels (4) gehörigen Längsrampen verbunden ist.
- Eisenbahnfahrzeug (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit mindestens einer Vorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 und/oder mit einer Tür (3) nach Anspruch 14 oder 15 ausgerüstet ist.
