Claims (9)

  1. Drehlager für ein Dachschwing- oder -kippfenster mit einem am Fensterrahmen (1) befestigten ortsfesten Element (6), das mit einer oberen Abdeckung (2) versehen ist, einem am Schwing- oder Kippflügel (3) befestigten bewegbaren Element (27), das mit einer unteren Abdeckung (4) versehen ist, und einem Zwischenelement (18), das durch die erste Gelenkachse (7) mit dem ortsfesten Element (6) und durch eine zweite Gelenkachse (28) mit dem bewegbaren Element verbunden ist, wobei in der Reinigungsstellung des Schwing- oder Kippflügels die zweite Gelenkachse (28) gegenüber der Ebene des Schwing- oder Kippflügels (3) nach außen verlagert ist aufgrund einer ersten Drehung des Schwing- oder Kippflügels (3) um die zweite Gelenkachse (28), die das bewegbare Element (27) mit dem Zwischenelement (18) verbindet, gefolgt von einer zweiten Drehung um die erste Gelenkachse (7), die das Zwischenelement (18) mit dem ortsfesten Element (6) verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Hebel (37) aufweist, der die Rückkehr des Schwing- oder Kippflügels aus seiner blockierten Reinigungsstellung in die Öffnungsstellung sperrt, wobei dieser zwischen dem ortsfesten Element (6) und dem beweglichen Element (7) eingefügte Hebel (37) durch einen am bewegbaren Element (27) befestigten Zapfen (32) gesteuert ist, dessen Drehung durch ein am Zwischenelement (18) befestigtes Bremszahnrad (21) gebremst ist.
  2. Drehlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das am Festrahmen befestigte ortsfeste Element (6) zwei Drehachsen (7, 8) aufweist, deren eine (7) die Gelenkachse zwischen dem ortsfesten Element (6) und dem Zwischenelement (18) und deren andere (8) die Gelenkachse zwischen dem ortsfesten Element (6) und den Anti-Rückkehrmitteln (37) bildet, wobei sich die beiden Drehachsen (7, 8) an den Enden (13, 14) der Schenkel (11, 12) des ortsfesten Elementkörpers befinden und diese Schenkel (11, 12) einen Winkel in der Größenordnung von 120° zum Freigeben der unteren Abdeckung (4) des Schwing- oder Kippflügels (3), nach dessen Öffnen, bilden.
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der um die Drehachse (8) des ortsfesten Elements (6), auf das das Ende (38) des Hebels (37) aufgeschoben ist, schwenkbare Hebel (37) an seinem anderen Ende (36) einen Schlitz (35) aufweist, der mit dem am bewegbaren Element (27) befestigten Zapfen (31) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Schlitz (35) zwei Führungsrampen (40, 41) aufweist, die in den Grund einer Auskehlung (42) münden, in die der Zapfen (31) eingreift, um die Drehung des Hebels (37) um die Drehachse (8) durch leichtes Anheben des Mittelpunktes (43) der Kontur der Auskehlung (42) über die durch die Drehachse (8) verlaufende Horizontalebene (44) einzuleiten.
  4. Drehlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am bewegbaren Element (27) befestigte Zapfen sich während der Schließphase zwischen der zweiten Gelenkachse (28), um die das bewegbare, am Schwing- oder Kippflügel befestigte Element schwenkbar ist, und der Drehachse (7) des ortsfesten Elements (6) befindet, wobei das Zusammenwirken des Zapfens (31) mit dem Schlitz (35) des Hebels (37) die Drehung des Zwischenelements (18) um die Drehachse (7) bewirkt.
  5. Drehlager nach den Ansprüchen 2, 3, 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für eine Anti-Rückkehr-Gleichgewichtslage des Schwing- oder Kippflügels (3) sich die jeweiligen Mittelpunkte (45, 32, 29) der Drehachse des ortsfesten Elements (6), des Zapfens (31) und der Gelenkachse (28), die das bewegliche Element (27) mit dem Schwing- und Kippflügel (3) verbindet, auf einer gleichen Fluchtlinie (47) befinden.
  6. Drehlager nach den Ansprüchen 2, 3, 4, 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Bewegung sich der Mittelpunkt (32) des Zapfens (31) des beweglichen Elements (27) über der Fluchtlinie (47) befindet, zum Blockieren des Schwing- oder Kippflügels (3) in der Reinigungsstellung.
  7. Drehlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenelement (18) eine Drehachse (22) aufweist, um die das Bremszahnrad (21) schwenkbar ist, das auf seinem Umfang (23) eine Verzahnung (24) aufweist, die mit einer Verzahnung (25) eines gekrümmten Segments (26) des bewegbaren Elements (27) in Eingriff steht.
  8. Drehlager nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (22), um die das Bremszahnrad (21) schwenkbar ist, und die Drehachse (7), um die das Zwischenelement (18) schwenkbar ist, sich beidseitig der Gelenkachse (28) des bewegbaren, am Schwing- oder Kippflügel (3) befestigten Elements (27) befinden.
  9. Drehlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenelement (18) auf seiner oberen Kante (19) einen Abstand (20) zum Verschieben der oberen Kante (18) der unteren Abdeckung (4) des Schwing- oder Kippflügels (3) aufweist.
