Claims (10)

1. Lager für Kipp- oder Schwingdachfenster mit einem feststehenden Element (13), das mit dem Stockrahmen (1) verbunden ist, der aus Profilen besteht und mit einer oberen Abdeckkappe (3) versehen ist, und einem beweglichen Element (30), das mit dem Kipp- oder Schwingflügel (2) verbunden ist, der aus Profilen besteht und mit einer unteren Abdeckkappe (8) versehen ist, wobei das bewegliche Element (30) Antriebsmittel (37, 38) aufweist, die mit Bremsmitteln (19, 39) des Kipp- oder Schwingdachflügels (2) zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Element aus einem Sektor (30) gebildet ist, der um eine Drehachse (31) schwenkt, die mit dem feststehenden Element verbunden ist, welches durch eine Befestigungsplatte (13) gebildet ist, wobei der Sektor (30) die Antriebsmittel (37, 38) aufweist, die mit den mit der Befestigungsplatte (13) verbundenen Bremsmitteln (19, 39) zusammenwirken, um eine permanente Bremsung der Drehung des Kipp- oder Schwingdachflügels (2) bezüglich des Stockrahmens (1) zu bewirken, wobei das aus dem Sektor (30) gebildete bewegliche Element ferner mit Betätigungsmitteln (41) versehen ist, die unter Zwischenschaltung eines in eine Translationsbewegung versetzten Elementes (45) Antriebsmittel (54, 65) betätigen, die das Zurücktreten oder Anbringen einer Zwischenabdeckkappe (10) bewirken, welche den Raum zwischen der unteren Kante (4) der oberen Abdeckkappe (3)-des Stockrahmens (1) und der oberen Kante (9) der unteren Abdeckkappe (8) des Flügels (2) ausfüllt.

Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel des Sektors (30), dessen dem Flügel (2) zugekehrte Seite (32) einen Vorsprung (33) aufweist, in welchem Löcher für Befestigungsschrauben (35, 36) ausgebildet sind, welche den Sektor (30) mit dem Flügel (2) verbinden, durch einen gekrümmten Sektor (37) gebildet sind, der mit einer Zahnung (38) versehen ist, welche mit den Bremsmitteln (19, 39) der mit dem Stockrahmen (1) verbundenen Befestigungsplatte (13) zusammenwirken.

Lager nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsmittel der mit dem Stockrahmen (1) verbundenen Befestigungsplatte (13) durch ein Bremszahnrad (19) gebildet sind, dessen Zahnung (39) mit der Zahnung (38) des Sektors (30) und mit einem Bremskegel (17) zusammenwirkt, der in einer kegelstumpfförmigen Ausnehmung (16) angeordnet ist, die in einer Seite (15) der Befestigungsplatte (13) ausgebildet ist und in welche eine mit dem Bremszahnrad (19) verbundene kegelstumpfförmige Nabe (18) eingreift, wobei eine Achse (20), deren Kopf (21) in eine Bohrung (22) im Bremszahnrad (19) eingreift und deren anderes Ende (23) in einer Öffnung (24) sitzt, die in der anderen Seite (25) der Befestigungsplatte (13) ausgebildet ist, sowie ein Federelement (28) vorgesehen sind, das zwischen der Schulter (26) und dem Kopf (21) der Achse (20) sowie dem Boden (27) der Bohrung (22) des Bremszahnrades (19) angeordnet ist.

Lager nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsmittel Einstellmittel für das Zusammenwirken des Bremskegels (17) mit der kegelstumpfförmigen Nabe (18) des Bremszahnrades (19) aufweisen, wobei diese Einstellmittel aus einem am Ende (23) der Achse (20) ausgebildeten Gewindeabschnitt und einer Mutter bestehen, die in der Öffnung (24) angeordnet ist und es gestattet, den Druck des Federelementes (28) einzustellen.

Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel durch einen Betätigungsfinger (41) gebildet sind, der bezüglich einer der Seiten (42) des Sektors (30) vorsteht, wobei er sich praktisch in derselben Horizontalebene (43) wie die Mitte (46) der Drehachse (31) befindet und einen zur Drehachse (31) und zum gekrümmten Segment (37) konzentrischen Kreisbogen beschreibt.

Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einer Translationsbewegung unterworfene Element eine Gleitplatte (45) ist, die zwischen einer Seite (15) der Befestigungsplatte (13) und einer der Seiten (42) des Sektors (30) zwischengeschaltet ist und eine aktive Kante (44) aufweist, die mit dem Betätigungsfinger (41) des Sektors (30) zusammenwirkt und die Form eines Kreisbogens hat, dessen Mitte die Mitte (46) der Drehachse (31) ist, wobei das untere Ende (47) der aktiven Kante (44) in einer Anschlagfläche (48) zur Anlage kommt, die senkrecht zur Längskante (49) der Gleitplatte (45) ist.
7. Lager nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsfinger (41) einen Leerweg (67) aufweist, der beim Schließen des Flügels (2) die Wirkung auf die Antriebsmittel verzögert, die auf die Zwischenabdeckkappe (10) einwirken.
8. Lager nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitplatte (45) an ihrem oberen Ende (50), welches auf der Seite der oberen Abdeckkappe (3) des Stockrahmens (1) liegt, eine Öffnung (51) aufweist, in welcher eines der Antriebsmittel (52) gleitet.

Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel, welche die Gleitplatte (45) mit der Zwischenabdeckkappe (10) verbinden, einen Lenker (54) aufweisen, der an jedem Ende (53, 56) einen ersten Betätigungsfinger (52), der mit der Gleitplatte (45) zusammenwirkt, und einen zweiten Betätigungsfinger (57) aufweist, der mit der Zwischenabdeckkappe (10) zusammenwirkt, wobei dieser Lenker (54) um eine Anlenkachse (58) schwenkt, die zwischen den beiden Betätigungsfingern (52 und 57) angeordnet und mit der Befestigungsplatte (13) verbunden ist.
10. Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenabdeckkappe (10) an ihrer Innenseite (66) eine Gabel (65) aufweist, deren beide Wände (63, 64) mit dem zweiten Betätigungsfinger (57) des Lenkers (54) zusammenwirken.
