Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for electrically opening and closing a leaf of a mini motor vehicle with a cocking lock, comprising a movable element provided with a hook-shaped pivoting bolt capable of trapping a keeper and of a bolt locking lever, said movable element being moved under the action of a geared motor so as to cause the electric closing of the leaf controlled by a first electrical contact triggered by the bolt, the locking lever being actuated opening by mechanical means of automatic unlocking.
  • a device for electrically opening and closing a leaf of a mini motor vehicle with a cocking lock comprising a movable element provided with a hook-shaped pivoting bolt capable of trapping a keeper and of a bolt locking lever, said movable element being moved under the action of a geared motor so as to cause the electric closing of the leaf controlled by a first electrical contact triggered by the bolt, the locking lever being actuated opening by mechanical means of automatic unlocking.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide automatic opening and closing over a large stroke and to make manual operation operations independent of the stop position. It also allows to open the leaf. The size is reduced.
  • this object is achieved by developing a device according to the preamble of claim 1 which is characterized in that the mobile element is a housing housed so as to slide in a guide sleeve, coaxially with the axis of rotation of the locking lever and the control tail arranged in the extension of said lever, said control tail being provided with a rotation control lever.
  • the external surface of the upper part of the lock housing is provided with a thread which cooperates with a motor nut driven by the geared motor.
  • the locking lever comprises a cylindrical body pivotally mounted in a corresponding position of the housing extended at its upper part by said control tail and provided at its lower part with a locking heel which cooperates with the free end of the bolt to keep it in the closed position.
  • the rotary control lever cooperates with a ramp during the partial electric opening of the leaf to cause the automatic unlocking of the lock.
  • the case is provided with a longitudinal notch inside which the free end of the bolt is kept trapped by the locking lever when the lock is in its locked position, said notch being open so as to constitute a window.
  • the locking heel is provided with a lateral abutment which cooperates with an abutment surface formed vis-a-vis on the internal wall of the housing to define the locked position of the locking lever towards which the latter is permanently resiliently recalled, and a ramp which cooperates with the free end of the bolt to cause the rotor and the erasure of the locking heel when the lock is closed, in order to allow said end of the bolt to enter its notch.
  • the locking lever is provided with a rotation return spring wound around a portion of said cylindrical body, one end of which is fixed to said body with which it is rotated and the other end of which is immobilized in rotation.
  • the lock comprises a housing 10 in which are pivotally mounted a hook-shaped bolt 12 and a locking lever 14.
  • the bolt 12 is pivotally mounted in the housing 10 around an axis 16, the ends of which are received in a through bore 18 of the housing 10 of the lock.
  • the bolt 12 is mini at its lower part of a hook 20 of conventional shape which is capable of trapping the upper portion of a keeper in the form of U22.
  • the hook-shaped part 20 of the bolt 12 is reinforced by two side plates 24 juxtaposed with the main part constituting the body of the bolt 12.
  • the locking lever 14 is disposed entirely inside the housing 10 of the lock.
  • the locking lever 14 comprises a cylindrical body 26 which is pivotally mounted in a corresponding cylindrical portion 28 of the housing 10 formed at the top of the latter.
  • the cylindrical body 26, which constitutes the axis of rotation of the locking lever 14 proper, is extended at its upper part by a control rod 30 which opens out from the upper part 31 of the lock housing.
  • the cylindrical body 26 of the locking lever 14 is provided at its lower part with a locking heel 32 which, as will be explained later, cooperates with the free end 34 of the upper part of the bolt 12 to ensure its maintenance in closed position.
  • the housing 10 is provided with a longitudinal notch 36 which opens out of the housing 10 and inside of which, as can be seen in Figures 1 and 4, the free end of the bolt 34 is kept trapped by the locking heel 32 when the lock is in the locked position.
  • the through layer 36 constitutes a window in the housing 10 through which the free end 34 can come out to actuate an electrical contact.
  • the free end 34 of the bolt 12 is in abutment on the free edge 38 of the locking heel 32.
  • This free edge 38 has a slightly convex external surface so as to facilitate its cooperation with the end 34 of the bolt 12 and its pivoting inside the housing 10; in the same way, the opposite end of the locking heel 32 is provided with a convex surface 40 which cooperates with the internal wall 42 of the housing 10.
  • the locking heel 32 is provided with a lateral stop 44 made integrally with the heel 32 and which cooperates with an abutment surface 46 formed vis-à-vis on the internal wall 42 of the housing to define the locked position of the locking heel 32 towards which the latter is permanently resiliently recalled.
  • the locking heel 32 is provided with a first ramp 48 which cooperates with the free end 34 of the bolt 12 to cause the rotation of the locking heel and the erasure of the latter when the lock is locked and this so as to allow the end 34 to penetrate into the notch or window 36.
  • the lock shown in the figures is provided with elastic means which hold in the armed position the lock lever 14 and the bolt 12.
  • the lock lever is provided with a return spring 50 which is a rotation spring wound around the cylindrical body 26, one end 52 of which is fixed in the cylindrical body 26.
  • the end 52 which is threaded into a notch in the cylindrical body 26 is thus rotated with the latter.
  • the other end 54 of the spring 50 is immobilized in rotation about the axis of rotation of the locking lever 14, it in fact cooperates with a lug 56 formed in the vicinity of the free end 34 of the bolt 12 so as to also ensure the return spring function of this same bolt 12.
  • This rotation causes the free end 34 of the bolt 12 to move to the left by considering FIG. 10 until this end 34 comes to bear on the first ramp 48 of the locking heel 32.
  • the vertical force applied to the wing then has the effect, thanks to the cooperation of the free end 34 of bolt 12 and the ramp 48, of causing a rotation of the locking heel and therefore of the entire locking lever 14 clockwise, considering FIG. 10.
  • the consequence of this rotation is to completely erase the locking heel 32 to allow the free end 34 of the bolt 12 to penetrate into the notch 36 provided for this purpose in the housing 10.
  • This rotation of the locking heel 32 and the bolt 12 takes place against the elastic return force exerted on the two elements by the spring 50.
  • the device essentially comprises a gearmotor 60 constituted by an upper flange 62 and a lower flange 64.
  • the gearmotor 60 incorporates an electric motor arranged in the portion 65 of the gearmotor whose motor pinion 66 shown in silhouette in FIG. 1 attacks the external gear 68 of a motor nut 70 immobilized in translation and guided in rotation in the housing formed by the upper and lower flanges 62 and 64.
  • the lower flange 64 is extended at its lower part by a substantially cylindrical guide sleeve 72 which is provided at its lower end with a fixing flange 74 making it possible to assemble and fix the entire device on the leaf 75.
  • the housing 10 of the lock is largely arranged in the guide sleeve 72 inside which it can move axially under the action of the gearmotor 60.
  • These axial displacements are obtained by converting the rotational movement of the drive nut 70 into an axial displacement of the housing 10.
  • the upper part of the housing 10 is extended by a cylindrical portion 73 which opens at the upper part of the upper flange 62.
  • the external surface 76 of the cylindrical upper part 73 of the housing 10 of the lock is provided with a thread 78 which cooperates with a corresponding internal thread of the motor nut 70 of the geared motor.
  • the sheath 72 is provided at its internal periphery with two flats 80 and 82 which cooperate with two corresponding flats 84 and 86 formed on the external wall of the housing 10 of the lock in order to prevent any rotation of the housing 10 relative to the sheath. It is thus easily understood that in a conventional manner, any rotation of the nut 70 is transformed into an axial displacement movement of the housing 10 of the lock parallel to the axis of rotation of the locking lever 14 which is extended by the tail of command 30.
  • a first electrical contact 88 is disposed in the vicinity of the lower end of the guide sleeve 72 and facing the window 36 formed in the housing 10 when the latter occupies the axial position relative to the sleeve corresponding to the partial opening of the leaf as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11.
  • the free end 34 of the bolt 12 can trigger the electrical contact 88 when the bolt exceeds the angular position of locking the lock in the direction corresponding to the locking of the latter, that is to say in the. anti-clockwise by considering FIG. 11, and this under the effect of an additional force in the vertical direction exerted by the user on the leaf tending to cause the additional rotation of the bolt 12.
  • the triggering of the first electrical contact 88 by the free end 34 of the locking pin 12 has the effect of causing the complete closure of the leaf in response to the electrical pulse delivered to the geared motor. 60 by the contact 88 causing an axial displacement of the housing 10 in the sheath 72 in a first vertical direction upwards by considering the figures, until the housing 10 occupies the position shown in FIG. 1. In this position , the lock is locked and the housing 10 occupies a maximum high position in the sheath 72. This maximum high position is defined by the cooperation of a shoulder 90 formed in the lower part of the housing 10 of the lock which cooperates with the lower face of the mounting flange 74 of the sleeve 72.
  • the housing 10 can move axially inside the sheath 72 in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, that is to say vertically upward, to cause the partial electric opening of the beating in response to an electrical pulse delivered to the gearmotor from a second electrical contact (not shown) operated by the vehicle user.
  • This partial opening phase is obtained by the rotation in opposite direction of the gearmotor in response to the electric opening impulse given remotely either from a second electrical contact disposed inside the vehicle cabin, either from an external contact actuated for example by a trunk key or by a push button.
  • the arrangement also comprises mechanical means making it possible to cause the automatic unlocking of the cocking lock during the partial electric opening of the leaf performed by means of the geared motor 60.
  • These mechanical means consist of a lever for controlling the rotation 98 of the axis of the lock locking lever.
  • the rotary control lever 98 is mounted at the free upper end 100 of the control rod 30 of the locking lever 14.
  • a perpendicular extension 102 of the rotary control lever 98 cooperates with a ramp 104 formed on a cleat 106.
  • the cleat 106 is pivotally mounted on the upper flange 62 of the gearmotor 60 by means of a horizontal axis 108.
  • the control lever 98 is mini with a corresponding ramp 110 shown in FIG. 6.
  • the stopper 106 bears by its free end 112 on the upper face of the upper flange 62; the cleat 106 is held in this normal operating position, shown in solid lines in FIG. 6, by a rotation return spring 114.
  • the stopper 106 must not act to control the rotation of the locking lever 14 by means of the control lever 98 until the housing 10 moves vertically downwards, that is to say during the partial electric opening of the leaf. ; for this purpose, the cleat is erasable when the case moves vertically upwards, that is to say that it pivots about its axis 108 against the elastic return force exerted by the spring 114
  • the return spring 114 of the stopper 106 must be chosen so that its elastic return torque is significantly lower than that of the elastic return spring 50 of the locking heel 32 so as not to cause the lever 98 to rotate when it comes into contact. cleat contact 106.
  • the ramp 110 of the lever 98 as well as the pin 116 of the cleat 106 also serve to disengage the system in order to be able to unlock the lock in the event of a power failure, regardless of the axial position of the housing 10 relative to the sheath 72.
  • detection means sensitive to the torque exerted on the motor nut 70 causes the gearmotor 60 to stop.
  • the dotted lines in FIG. 6 are shown under the references 110 ′ and 110 ′′ the positions successively occupied by the ramp 110 formed on the control lever 98 during the vertical axial movement down the lock housing.
  • the position 110 ′ corresponds to the maximum angular rotation of the locking lever 14 about its axis 26 thanks to which the free end 34 of the bolt 12 can come out of the notch 36 to come to occupy its unlocked position represented in FIG. 9.
  • the position 110 " corresponds to the angular position of rest towards which the control lever 98 is spring-loaded by the spring 50.
  • a circuit breaker (not shown) can be fitted to neutralize the electrical function of complete closure of the leaf in order to allow the user to have the possibility of locking the leaf in the half-open position for various reasons such as for example the presence of a domestic animal in the trunk equipped with the leaf.
