Claims (10)

1. Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) zum Öffnen und Schließen eines nach außen schwenkbaren Tür-oder Fensterflügels (3), mit einem Betätigungsgriff (6), wie einer Kurbel od.dgl., die am Stockrahmen (4) angeordnet ist und Translationsmittel (12) betätigt, die eine Zahnstange (24) aufweisen, welche in den Falz (9) des unteren Randes (7) des Stockrahmens (4) eingesetzt ist, wobei die Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Translationsmittel (12) Drehmittel (11) des Flügels (3) antreiben, die durch einen Betätigungsarm (37) gebildet sind, der mit dem Flügel verbunden ist und mit zweiten Translationsmitteln (146) in Form eines Schlittens (148) zusammenwirkt, der mit dem Flügel (3) verbunden ist, um der Drehachse desselben eine Translation parallel zur Ebene des Stockrahmens (4) zu erteilen.
2. Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) zum Öffnen und Schließen eines nach außen schwenkbaren Tür-oder Fensterflügels (3), mit einem Betätigungsgriff (6), wie einer Kurbel od.dgl., die am Stockrahmen (4) angeordnet ist und Translationsmittel (12) betätigt, die eine Zahnstange (24) aufweisen, welche in den Falz (9) des unteren Randes (7) des Stockrahmens (4) eingesetzt ist, wobei die Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Translationsmittel (12) Drehmittel (11) des Flügels (3) antreiben, die durch einen Betätigungsarm (37) gebildet sind, der mit dem Flügel verbunden ist und mit zweiten Translationsmitteln (46) in Form eines Schlittens (48) zusammenwirkt, der über einen Sekundärarm (47) mit dem Flügel (3) verbunden ist, um der Drehachse desselben einerseits eine Translation parallel zur Ebene des Stockrahmens (4) und anderseits ein Vorragen derselben nach außen zu erteilen.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnstange (24), die rechteckige Form hat, an einem Längsrand (26) einen Ansatz (27) aufweist, der einen Winkel von etwa 30° mit der Horizontalen einschließt und einen gezahnten Abschnitt hat, der mit der Zahnung (23) eines Antriebsritzels (22) zusammenwirkt, welches auf einer Welle (19) sitzt, die durch den Betätigungsgriff (6) betätigt wird, wobei die Zahnstange (24) in einem Gehäuse (13) sitzt, das durch einen Abdeckteil (14) und einen Sockelteil (15) gebildet und parallel zur Ebene des Stockrahmens (4) angeordnet ist.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnstange (24) an einem ihrer Enden (28), welches dem hinteren Stehers (10) des Flügels (3) zugekehrt ist, eine Vertikalachse (29) trägt, deren Enden (30, 31) mit Rinnen (32, 33) zusammenwirken, die im Abdeckteil (14) und im Sockelteil (15) des Gehäuses (13) ausgebildet sind, und am anderen Ende (34), das dem vorderen Steher (35) des Flügels (3) zugekehrt ist, eine Rolle (36), die mit einer Rinne (32) zusammenwirkt, welche im Abdeckteil (14) des Gehäuses (13) ausgebildet ist.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsarm (37), welcher die Drehmittel (11) des Flügels (3) bildet, mit einem seiner Enden (38) schwenkbar auf der Vertikalachse (29) der Zahnstange (24) montiert ist und an seinem anderen gegenüberliegenden Ende (39) eine Rolle (40) aufweist, die sich auf einer Führungsschiene (41) bewegt, welche horizontal am unteren Querstück (42) des Rahmens (43) des Flügels (3) angeordnet ist.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (48, 148), der etwa rechteckige Form hat, parallel und unter der Zahnstange (24) angeordnet ist und einerseits in seinem dem hinteren Steher (10) des Flügels (3) zugekehrten hinteren Teil (49, 149) ein Langloch (50, 150) aufweist, in dem sich die mit der Zahnstange (24) verbundene Vertikalachse (29) bewegt, und anderseits an seinem Ende (51, 151) eine Achse (52, 152), die bezüglich der Unterseite (53, 153) des Schlittens (48, 148) vorsteht und mit der Rinne (33) zusammenwirkt, die im Sockelteil (15) des Gehäuses (13) ausgebildet ist.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (48, 148) in seinem hinteren Teil (49, 149) einen gezahnten Abschnitt (54, 154) aufweist, der mit einer Zahnung (55) zusammenwirkt, die am Umfang (56) des Endes (39) des Betätigungsarmes (37) vorgesehen ist, um dem Schlitten (48, 148) eine Längsbewegung parallel zur Ebene des Stockrahmens (4) zu erteilen.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sekundärarm (47), welcher die zweiten Translationsmittel (46) mit dem Flügel (3) verbindet, durch einen Schieber gebildet ist, der sich senkrecht zur Ebene des Stockrahmens mittels Führungsschienen bewegt, die am Schlitten (48) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Schieber mit einem Ende und über ein Gelenk (64) mit dem Flügel (3) verbunden ist und es ermöglicht, diesem ein Vorragen gegen die Außenseite des Stockrahmens (4) zu erteilen.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sekundärarm (47) durch eine Kurbel (61) gebildet ist, die mit einem Ende (62) mit der am Ende (51) des Schlittens (48) vorgesehenen Achse (52) verbunden ist, wogegen das andere Ende (63) dieser Kurbel (61) über ein Gelenk (64) mit dem Flügel (3) verbunden ist.

Bedienungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (148) an seinem hinteren Ende (180) eine Öse (172) aufweist, die bezüglich seiner äußeren Längskante (181) vorsteht, wobei die Öse (172) zur Bildung eines Gelenkes (64) mit einem Element in Form eines Winkels (73) zusammenwirkt, der am unteren Querstück (42) des Rahmens (43) des Flügels (3) befestigt ist.
