Claims (12)

  1. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) von der Art, die in eine Wand (100) der Überdachung (A) integriert ist und einen festen Teil und einen beweglichen Teil umfasst, wobei letzterer aus einem oder mehreren Faltflügeln (210) besteht, der bzw. die aus einer Vielzahl von Platten (300) gebildet wird bzw. werden, die untereinander und im Verhältnis zu dem festen Teil (120) angelenkt sind, um den Übergang der Tür (200) von einer geschlossenen Position in eine offene Position und umgekehrt mittels einer Translationsbewegung an dem Flügel (210) zu ermöglichen, wobei sie von einer im Wesentlichen koplanaren Position, in der die Platten (300) nebeneinander liegen, in eine parallele Position, in der sie übereinander liegen, und umgekehrt übergeht, wobei die Platten (300) mit einem Rahmen ausgestattet sind, der aus zwei Pfosten (320 und 330) und zwei Querstreben (340 und 350) gebildet ist, wobei die angrenzenden Pfosten (320 und 330) der Platten (300) mit Mitteln zur Übertragung einer Drehbewegung durch Kontakt ausgestattet sind, damit einerseits die Schwenkbewegung einer Platte (300) das Schwenken aller Platten (300) bewirkt und den gesamten Flügel (210) zusammenklappt oder ausklappt, und damit andererseits die Bewegung einer Platte (300) im Verhältnis zur anderen nicht die Bildung eines Zwischenraums zwischen den Platten (300) verursacht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pfosten (320 und 330) der Platten mit einem Antriebselement, das die Form eines Zahnrads annimmt, über die gesamte Länge des Pfostens (320 und 330) ausgestattet sind.
  2. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügel (210) an einer Querführungsschiene (120) aufgehängt sind, die eine feste Querstrebe in der Wand (100) bildet.
  3. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hängeschiene (120) aus einem Profil besteht, dessen untere Seite über der gesamten Verschiebungslänge der Platten mit einem Schlitz versehen ist, wobei das ausgehöhlte Volumen, das durch dieses Profil begrenzt ist, zu Führungszwecken Schlitten (400) zum Aufhängen der Platten (300) aufnimmt, wobei der Schlitz den Durchgang von Verbindungsstäben (410) zwischen den Schlitten (400) und den Platten (300) erlaubt.
  4. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (120) aus Innenvorsprüngen (122) vorgeformt ist, deren Ränder als Führungsfläche für die Rollen (420) dienen, mit denen der Schlitten (400) ausgestattet ist.
  5. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (420) auf zwei Rollenpaare mit waagerechter Achse, die auf beiden Seiten des Schlittens angeordnet sind, und ein Rollenpaar mit senkrechter Achse, das über dem Schlitten (400) angeordnet ist, verteilt sind.
  6. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede obere Querstrebe (350) der Platten (300) in ihrem mittleren Bereich mit einem Stab (410) verbunden ist, der ihre Verbindung mit einem Schlitten (400) sicherstellt.
  7. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pfosten (320 und 330) vorgeformt ist, um sowohl die Formen, die für den Rahmen notwendig sind, als auch diejenigen, welche die Form eines Zahnrads wiedergeben, anzunehmen.
  8. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten (300) untereinander gemäß einer Achse angelenkt sind, die zu der Achse der Zahnräder, welche die Pfosten (330 und 340) ausstatten, koaxial ist.
  9. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenseitige Abstützung der Platten (300) als Hubbegrenzung in der zusammengeklappten Position dient, und die Abstützung der Platten (300) auf dem unteren Teil der Schiene (120) als Hubbegrenzung für die ausgeklappte Position dient.
  10. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehzentren der Zahnräder der Ränder der Platten um Stäbe herum schwenkbar gelagert sind oder mit diesen Stäben verbunden sind, die wiederum im Verhältnis zu einem Bügel (430) schwenkbar gelagert sind, mit dem sie paarweise verbunden sind.
  11. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Querstrebe (340) der Platte (300) vorteilhaft mit einer Dichtung (341) ausgestattet ist, die es dem Flügel (210) ermöglicht, mit dem Boden in Kontakt zu bleiben.
  12. Tür (200) für Schwimmbadüberdachung (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Zahnräder eine Antriebsachse umfasst, deren Drehsteuerung es ermöglicht, die Drehung aller Zahnräder und folglich das Zusammenklappen oder Ausklappen des Flügels sicherzustellen.
