Claims (10)
- Feststeller für Fenster, Fenstertür od. dgl., versehen mit einem Riegelmechanismus (8), wie z.B. ein Treibstangenbeschlag oder Treibstangenschloß, der einem Flügel (3) zugeordnet ist und auf mindestens ein Riegelorgan (14) einwirkt, das mit einem am Festrahmen (7) befestigten Schließblech (16) zusammenwirken kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Schließblech (23) für das Zusammenwirken mit einem von dem Riegelmechanismus (8) betätigten Riegelorgan (14) aufweist, wobei das Schließblech (23) einem Schwenkarm (24) zugeordnet ist, der auf einer am Festrahmen (7) befestigten Halterung (26) gelagert ist, wobei der Schwenkarm (24) in eine erste Position (32) durch die Kraft von Rückstellfedermitteln (29) gebracht wird, um den Flügel (3) spaltgeöffnet zu halten, wenn das Riegelorgan (14) in die Verriegelungsstellung gebracht ist, um mit dem dem Schwenkarm (24) zugeordneten Schließblech (23) zusammenzuwirken, und beim Schließen des Flügels (3) gegen die Kraft der Rückstellfedermittel (29) in eine zweite Position (34) gebracht wird, damit das Riegelorgan (14) mit dem entsprechenden Schließblech (16) am Festrahmen (7) zusammenwirken kann. - Feststeller nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er im Falz des Fensters, der Fenstertür od. dgl. zwei im wesentlichen an dem Ort eines Riegelorgans (14) angeordnet ist, welches für das Zusammenwirken mit einem am Festrahmen (7) angebrachten Schließblech (16) bestimmt ist. - Feststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (24) in seiner zweiten Position (34) sich im wesentlichen über seine Halterung (26) legt, derart, daß er in der Ebene des Fensters, der Fenstertür od. dgl. (2) liegt und sich zwischen dem Falz des Flügels (3) und dem Schließblech (16), mit dem das Riegelorgan (14) zusammenwirken soll, befindet. - Feststeller nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließblech (23) aus einer durchgehenden Öffnung an dem Schwenkarm (24) besteht, wobei dieses Schließblech (23) sich an dem Ort des Schließblechs (16) des Festrahmens (4) positioniert, wenn der Schwenkarm (24) in seine zweite Position (34) gebracht wird, in der er das Zusammenwirken des Riegelorgans (14) mit diesem Schließblech (16) durch die das Schließblech (23) des Feststellers (1) gebildete Öffnung hindurch gestattet. - Feststeller nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstellfedermittel (29) den Schwenkarm (24) zur Schwenkung relativ zu seiner Halterung (26) mitnehmen derart, daß sie das freie Ende (30) des Schwenkarms (24) in eine Richtung drücken, die der Öffnungsrichtung des Flügels (3) entspricht, wobei diese Schwenkung durch Anschlagmittel (31) begrenzt wird derart, daß der Schwenkarm (24) einen definierten Winkel (33) relativ zur Ebene des Fensters, der Fenstertür od. dgl. (2) bildet. - Feststeller nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagmittel (31) die Form eines Vorsprungs (35) haben, der mit dem Ende (25) des Schwenkarms (24) jenseits von dessen Schwenkachse (28) verbunden ist und sich rechtwinklig zu diesem in Richtung auf die Halterung (26) erstreckt, die einen querverlaufenden Ausschnitt (36) zur Aufnahme des Vorsprungs (35) aufweist, dessen Tiefe (37) entsprechend dem gewünschten Winkelausschlag des Schwenkarms (24) gewählt ist. - Feststeller nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (38) der die Halterung (26) bildenden Platte und ebenso die Breite des Schwenkarms (24) entsprechend der verfügbaren Falzbreite des Festrahmens (7), an dem der Feststeller (1) angebracht werden soll, gewählt ist. - Feststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkrahmen (24) Mittel (39) zum Ausgleich des Spiels im Falz zwischen dem Flügel (3) und dem Festrahmen (7) aufweist, um die Anordnung des Schließblechs (23) des Schwenkarms (24) in Flucht mit dem Schließblech (26) beim Schließen des Flügels (3) zu gewährleisten. - Feststeller nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (39) die Form einer oder mehrerer Blattfedern (40) haben, deren Steifigkeit deutlich größer als die der Rückstellfedermittel (29) ist und die an der dem Flügel (3) zugewandten Vorderkante (41) des Schwenkarms (24) vorgesehen sind. - Feststeller nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zum Zusammenwirken vorgesehene Riegelorgan im wesentlichen aus einem Ende (14) von Treibstangen (12) des Riegelmechanismus (8) in Form eines dem Flügel (3) zugeordneten Treibstangenbeschlags oder Treibstangenverschlusses besteht.
