Claims (10)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung für einen Fenster- bzw. Türflügel (2) der Art Fensterladen, Tür, Fenster oder dergleichen, umfassend eine Sperrklinke (6), schwenkbar gelagert am Flügel (2) zwischen einer Position der Verriegelung und einer Position der Entriegelung, in der diese Sperrklinke (6) geeignet vorgesehen ist, um mit einem Kupplungsorgan (8), der ein Schließblech bildet, zusammenzuwirken, wobei diese Sperrklinke (6) imstande sei, um in Schwenkung um ihre Drehachse (10) unter der Wirkung von Mitteln zum Steuern (3) der Öffnung und der Schließung des besagten Flügels (2) gesteuert zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen beweglichen Anschlag (15) umfasst, geeignet gebildet, um von einer aktiven Position (16), in der die Sperrklinke (6) entriegelt gehalten wird, in eine inaktive Position (17) der Entsperrung zurückgedrückt zu werden, um die Schwenkung dieser Sperrklinke (6) unter der Wirkung eines angepassten Steuerorgans (8) freizugeben, wenn der besagte Flügel (2) in Schließungsposition geführt wird.
  2. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Anschlag (15), einerseits, einen Sperrstift (18), vorgesehen, um mit der Sperrklinke (6) zusammenzuwirken, und einen Stift zur Steuerung der Entsperrung (19), imstande, um mit dem Steuerorgan (8) zusammenzuwirken, umfasst, wobei dieser bewegliche Anschlag (15) schwenkbar um einen Zapfen (21) gelagert sei, um unter der Wirkung des besagten Steuerorgans (8) zu schwenken und das Zurückziehen des Sperrstiftes (18) entgegen der vorab in entriegelter Position gehaltenen Sperrklinke (6) zu sichern.
  3. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Haltemittel (12) umfasst, geeignet vorgesehen, um eine Widerstandskraft gegen die Schwenkung der Sperrklinke (6) unter der Wirkung der besagten Steuermittel (3) zumindest ab der Position der Entriegelung dieser Sperrklinke (6) in Richtung der Position der Verriegelung zu sichern.
  4. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (12) in Form von einem Sperrorgan (13) vorgesehen sind, das elastischen Rückstellmitteln ausgesetzt ist, die geeignet vorgesehen sind, um dieses Sperrorgan (13) in eine Sperrposition zu drücken, in der es einen Widerstand gegen die Verschiebung der Sperrklinke (6) sichert.
  5. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Haltemittel (12) in Form von einer elastischen Rückstellkugel gebildet sind, geeignet vorgesehen, um in eine Aussparung (14) zurückgedrückt zu werden, die die Sperrklinke (6) umfasst, und die in Position der Entriegelung dieser letzteren vor dieser Kugel rückt, wobei sie ihr erlaubt, sich dort zu positionieren.
  6. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrklinke (6) schwenkbar an einem Befestigungsträger (20) gelagert ist, der mit dem beweglichen Anschlag (15) ausgestattet ist.
  7. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsträger (20) die Haltemittel (12) umfasst.
  8. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsträger (20) geeignet vorgesehen ist, um eine Stange (20) in Drehung zu halten, die die Drehachse (10) der Sperrklinke (6) bildet.
  9. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Anschlag (23) umfasst, vorgesehen, um den Entriegelungshub der Sperrklinke (6) lediglich unter der Wirkung der Steuermittel (3) zu begrenzen.
  10. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 6 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (23) dem Befestigungsträger (20) zugeordnet ist.
