Claims (8)

  1. Verriegelungsbeschlag für Fenster, Fenstertüren, Türen oder dergleichen (4), umfassend, einerseits, einen Verriegelungsmechanismus (7) vom Typ eines Treibstangengetriebes mit wenigstens einer sich wenigstens über einen Teil im Falz (10) des Flügels (3) erstreckenden Treibstange (8, 8A; 9, 9A), die von einem über ein Bedienungselement (12), wie einen Griff, einen Schliesszylinder oder dergleichen, betätigten Antriebsmechanismus (11) verschiebbar gesteuert wird, und, andererseits, wenigstens eine Vorrichtung (1A), um den Flügel (3) des genannten Fensters oder dergleichen (4) in einer teilgeöffneten Stellung zu halten, mit einem Scherenarm (26) der geeignet ist, den festen Rahmen (6) mit dem Flügel (3) zu verbinden, und zwar um dessen Schwenkwinkel bezüglich des festen Rahmens (6) zu begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1A) von einem am festen Rahmen (6) befestigten Halter (23) definiert wird, an dem eines (25) der Enden des Scherenarmes (26) schwenkbar gelagert ist, dessen gegenüberliegendes Ende (27) mit Kupplungsmitteln (28), wie einem Zapfen (29) oder einer Rolle, versehen ist, die geeignet sind, in einem Schliessblech (30) zu gleiten, das einem Halter (31) zugeordnet ist, der unverschiebbar an einer am Flügel (3) angeordneten Treibstange (8A; 9A) angebracht ist, um dessen Schwenkwinkel bezüglich des festen Rahmens (6) zu begrenzen, wobei die genannten Kupplungsmittel (28) in der Lage sind, sich vom genannten Schliessblech (30) zu lösen nach einer entsprechenden Verschiebung der genannten Treibstange (8A; 9A) unter dem Impuls des auf den Antriebsmechanismus (11) wirkenden Bedienungselements (12), zwecks einer grösseren Öffnung des Flügels (3).
  2. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungsmittel (28) als ein kreisförmiger Zapfen (29) mit T-förmigem Axialquerschnitt ausgestaltet sind.
  3. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schliessblech (30) einerseits eine T-förmige Nut (30A), in der sich der Zapfen (29) verschieben kann, und andererseits eine Öffnung (36), an einem ihrer Enden (35), umfasst, die das Ein- und Auskuppeln des Zapfens (29) aus der T-förmigen Nut (30A) des Schliessbleches (30) erlaubt.
  4. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (31) wenigstens an einem seiner Enden (33, 34) Verbindungsmittel (32, 32A) umfasst, die seine Verbindung mit einer Treibstange (8A; 9A) erlauben.
  5. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (31) an jedem seiner Enden (33, 34) Verbindungsmittel (32, 32A) umfasst, die es ihm erlauben, sich in eine Treibstange (8A; 9A) einzufügen.
  6. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1A) Rückhaltungsmittel (37) umfasst, die in der Lage sind, den Scherenarm (26) in einer Stellung parallel zum festen Halter (23) zu halten, wenn die Kupplungsmittel (28) aus dem Schliessblech (29) herausgeschoben sind.
  7. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsmechanismus (7) so ausgebildet ist, dass es, nachdem der Flügel (3) entriegelt wurde, möglich ist, das Bedienungselement (12) und somit die Treibstange bzw. Treibstangen (8, 8A; 9, 9A) in wenigstens zwei Stellungen zu bringen von denen die eine die Vorrichtung (1A) betätigt, um nur eine teilgeöffnete Stellung des Flügels (3) zu erlauben, und die andere das Auskuppeln der Kupplungsmittel (28) aus dem Schliessblech (30) der Vorrichtung (1A) bewirkt zwecks einer grösseren Drehung des Flügels (3) bezüglich des festen Rahmens (6).
  8. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Vorrichtungen (1A) umfasst, von denen die erste, wenn sie betätigt wird, das Halten des Flügels (3) in einer teilgeöffneten Stellung bezüglich dem festen Rahmen (6) sichert und die zweite näher der Schwenkungsachse (5) dieses Flügels (3) anqeordnet ist und eine grössere Öffnung des Flügels (3), diese aber ebenfalls begrenzend, bezüglich dem festen Rahmen (6) erlaubt, wenn die erste der Vorrichtungen (1A) durch Auskuppeln ihrer Kupplungsmittel (28) aus dem entsprechenden Schliessblech (30) desaktiviert wurde.
