Claims (7)

  1. Scharnier für Tür, Fenster od. dgl., deren Flügel (3) einen Überschlag (4) aufweist, der sich auf den Stockrahmen (6) auflegt, wobei das Scharnier (1) einen festen Teil (7) aufweist, der zur Montage am Stockrahmen (6) bestimmt und mit einer Schwenkachse (9) versehen ist, auf der ein beweglicher Teil (8) gelagert ist, der am Flügel (3) befestigbar ist und eine Hülse (11) aufweist, die in eine Ausfräsung (12, 12a), insbesondere einen Schlitz, in dem Überschlag (4) einfügbar ist, derart, daß die Achse der Hülse (11) mit der Drehachse (10) des Flügels (3) übereinstimmt, wobei der Hülse (11) Befestigungsmittel (18) zur Befestigung an dem Überschlag (4) zugeordnet sind in Form eines Winkels (19) mit Öffnungen (22a) für den Durchgang von Befestigungsorganen, der sich an der Außenkante (20) des Überschlags (4) in der von diesen in Höhe der Drehachse (10) des Flügels (3) definierten Ecke (21) abstützen kann, wobei der Winkel (19) einen Schenkel (22) parallel zur Drehachse (10) des. Flügels (3) und einen anderen Schenkel (23) rechtwinklig zu dem ersten Schenkel (22) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der andere Schenkel (23) die Hülse (11) aufnimmt.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (11) an ihrem in die Ausfräsung (12, 12a) eingeführten Ende (24) eine Schraubführung (25) aufweist, die aus zwei parallelen Flügeln (26, 27) besteht, zwischen denen eine Befestigungsschraube einführbar ist, die in die Öffnung (22a) einschraubbar ist, die der parallel zur Achse der Hülse (11) verlaufende Schenkel (22) aufweist.
  3. Scharnier nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feste Teil (7) eine Befestigungsplatte (28) aufweist, die auf dem Stockrahmen (6) aufgesetzt befestigbar ist, in Verlängerung der Hülse (11) des am Flügel (3) befestigten beweglichen Teils (8), wobei die Befestigungsplatte (28) mit zwei Kappen (29, 30) versehen ist, in denen eine Achse (21) geLagert ist, die sich rechtwinklig zur Drehachse (10) des Flügels (3) erstreckt, wobei auf der Achse (31) zwischen den Kabeln (29, 30) eine mit der Schwenkachse (9) verbundene Öse (23) gelagert ist.
  4. Scharnier nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (31) in der Bohrung (33) der Kappen (29, 30) herausnehmbar gelagert ist, wobei Verschiebe-Blockiermittel (34) ihr ungewolltes Lösen verhindern.
  5. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Einstellmittel (38) zum Einstellen der Position des Flügels (3) relativ zum Stockrahmen (3) aufweist, wobei die Einstellmittel (38) bestehen aus einer Gewindehülse (40), die drehfest auf der Achse (31) gelagert ist und sich zwischen den Platten (29, 30) der Befestigungsplatte (28) erstreckt, wobei auf der Gewindehülse (40) die Öse (32) der Schwenkachse (9) gelagert ist, die eine Gewindebohrung (39) aufweist.
  6. Scharnier nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (31) an mindestens einem ihrer Enden (42) eine Konfiguration für das Ansetzen eines Werkzeugs für ihre Drehung aufweist.
  7. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (9) im wesentlichen im Bereich ihres Übergangs in die Öse (32) eine Schulter (44) aufweist.
